Great place to stay in Coimbra. - Superbly clean, first thing you notice when you get in is that the people working here genuinely care about making sure the place is clean and that they help you get settled best way possible. Very helpful and friendly staff. It’s a bit old and small, but that’s a minor gripe really and I’d already consider it nitpicking.

O quarto é simples, mas a cama é grande e confortável. O anfitrião é muito simpático. Excelente custo-benefício. De nada.

- Lucía (9/5): La habitación muy bien, pero la recepcionista regular. - Estaba muy céntrico y nos gustó mucho, además nos avisaron con bastante antelación de que podíamos comprar una tarjeta para un parking que hay a 100 metros, muy atentos. La recepcionista no hizo ni el intento de que la entendiéramos la verdad, le dijimos que éramos españoles y no intentó ni entendernos y hacerse entender, hubo cosas que averiguamos luego por lógica, pero el desayuno ni nos lo ofreció para cogerlo para la mañana siguiente, en cambio el recepcionista muy atento. La habitación limpia, pero eran dos pisos sin ascensor, por lo demás genial.

A receção é completamente colada á porta do quarto, é desconfortável. Sem elevador, muitas escadas. Com carrinho de bebé e mala foi uma experiência terrível. Devido a ser fim de semana prolongado não serviam pequeno almoço.

- François (8/5): Excellente base pour visiter Coimbra - Personnel très accueillant, nous avons pu prendre possession de notre chambre dès le matin. Emplacement parfait pour visiter la ville à pied. Notre chambre était à proximité immédiate de la réception et peu insonorisée, heureusement il n'y avait pas grand monde dans l'hôtel. Impossible de prendre le petit déjeuner sur place pour cause temporaire de personnel, cependant il y a beaucoup d'alternatives de restauration juste à côté.

Some street noise, so pack ear plugs if you are a light sleeper

- Patricia (7/5): - Bon rapport qualité-prix pour une ville comme Coïmbra. L'hôtel est situé au cœur de la vieille ville. L' accueil est particulièrement sympathique, le personnel est très serviable. La chambre était agréable. La chambre était bien plus petite que celles montrées sur les photos. Le personnel a la gentillesse d'aider à monter les bagages car il n'y a pas d'ascenseur (ça peut gêner certains!). Il n'y a pas d'isolation sonore...

No desayunamos porque hay muchas cafeterías en la zona.el.oaeking concertado sale a 10 euros por día pudiendo entrar y salir sin problema con una tarjeta. Fuimos en familia y las habitaciones eran grandes. Mis hijos en una doble que cabían cuatro camas y nosotros en una doble más pequeña pero muy agradable. La ubicación es muy buena pero por la zona algún grupo con mala pinta. Aunque no tuvimos problemas la zona está en decadencia. Pero no es culpa del hotel.

- Jose (10/5): The owners and staff gave us their best and we enjoyed our stay very much. - Breakfast consisted of bread, cheeses, ham, jams, juice, and fresh most excellent coffee. Our host was immaculately courteous and generous. Breakfast was perfectly proportioned that we did not eat dinner until late afternoon and after a day full of walking. The WIFI was spotty and mostly unavailable but we still had good cellular signal throughout our stay.

- Giulia (6/5): - Fomos muito bem atendidos pela funcionária Nivea e bem instruídos quanto ao pequeno almoço e serviços de limpeza. Boa localização também O quarto tinha um cheiro estranho. Não parecia arejado, o isolamento acústico não existe praticamente, e não há elevador no hotel (o que posso não ter me atentado ao reservá-lo ou apenas não disseram na reserva).
