Marcel (10/5): - Wir waren diese Jahr zum dritten Mal im Bordoy Don Antonio. Wieder hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Sehr positiv ist das die Zimmer komplett renoviert und modernisiert wurden sind. Die neuen Zimmer sind wirklich sehr schön. Auch der Speisesaal wurde renoviert auch hier sieht es jetzt sehr modern aus. Das Personal war, wie jedes Jahr sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Abendessen wurde unser Meinung nach von den Mengen her ein wenig reduziert, vorher war die Auswahl einfach zu viel, und wir denken dies hat einfach nur den Grund das zu viel weggeschmissen werden musste. Trotzdem ist das Buffet sehr gut und trotzdem völlig ausreichen, uns hat es jeden Abend sehr gut geschmeckt. Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig und etwas vom Trubel entfernt was uns sehr gut gefällt. Da wir zum dritten mal da waren hatten wir bei der Buchung einen Zimmerwunsch angegeben, dieser wurde wie auch schon im letzten Jahr erfüllt und wir hatten das gewünschte Zimmer. Wir werden auf jeden Fall nächstes Jahr wieder kommen, vielen Dank an das Team vom Bordoy Don Antonio

The online TV (Netflix or Youtube) does not work, all other TV channels are in German... The rooms do not smell very nice, smells like fresh paints... There aren't any other amenities apart from soap in the room... You can book tours and transfer with the hotel, but they only accept cash for these service, which is a bit unusual...

Daraufhin vertröstete man uns auf den Folgetag, da sei der Direktor wieder im Hause, was uns aber nichts brachte, weil Abreisetag. Also keine Lösung. Bei der Abreise nochmal angesprochen aber nur Schulternzucken erhalten. Abendessen: um 20 Uhr wurden bereits keine Desserts mehr angeboten, das Buffet war leer. Positiv: die Zimmer im Nebenhaus sind frisch renoviert, die Einrichtung total neu, es ist (daher) auch unglaublich sauber. Der Zimmerservice ist sehr höflich und freundlich. Es fehlt allerdings an einem Mülleimer im Zimmer.

Marcel (10/5): - Wir waren nun zum zweiten mal in dem Don Antonio. Wieder hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und nett, die Zimmer sind ordentlich und sauber. Wir hatten einen Zimmerwunsch der wieder erfüllt wurde. Bei Anreise um 11:30 war unser Zimmer schon fertig und wir mussten nicht warten. Die Hotelanlage ist ruhig und man hat alles was man zum entspannen braucht. Im Gegensatz zu manchen Bewertungen bzgl. des Essens, das es schlecht sein soll, können wir nur sagen das in unseren Augen nichts schlecht ist. Weder das Frühstück noch das Abendessen. Natürlich sind manche Sachen Geschmacksache aber es ist immer was dabei. Für uns war es immer lecker und reichhaltig. Wir kommen wieder.
Cornelia (10/5): - Sehr schönes Hotel mit toller Aussicht. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Schöne Pools. Personal überaus freundlich und umsichtig. Das Essen war lecker schöne aussicht vom restaurant. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gern wieder. Ein Wohlfühlerlurlaub.

Allen (9/5): Friendly, cordial staff. Excellent breakfasts and very good buffet dinners. Great value. - Excellent buffet breakfast, with omelettes made to order and wide variety of breads and pastries. Bathrooms perfectly serviceable, but could do with updating. Same thing about rooms.

Ashmita (6/5): Great treatment for German guests - The location The facilities I paid for a room with sea view and did not get it. After a long discussion which honestly was quite rude towards me (they said the pictures were not representative and that I can go upstairs for sea view while I paid 50€ more for the sea view) I got a room with sea view. The made me feel like a criminal and quite stressed for what should have been the start of my vacation. I chose this hotel because of the facilities and great reviews. However, it seems not everyone gets the same treatment. I felt they were going out of their way for the German guests. Greeting them most friendly from far away. What a contrast. I would not stay here again. Also because you had to pay for everything- from the safe in the room to the towels at the pool. And in the end, the staff makes or breaks the experience. The breakfast btw was great hence still a solid 7
Florian (8/5): Very good - The pool was great. The drinks were very good. Some of the staff were not very nice.The beds were not very comfortable. Dinner was'nt great.
Els (10/5): - Dit is één van de beste hotels waar wij tot op heden verbleven. Zeer vriendelijk personeel, heel propere kamers, perfecte ligging voor wandelingen, voldoende parking rond het hotel, mooie tuin met comfortabele zetels rond het zwembad (waar het zeer rustig vertoeven was). Het ontbijt en diner waren zeer verzorgd (en 's avonds altijd voldoende groenten). We hebben alle maaltijden buiten gegeten op de balkonnetjes met zicht op zee. Een echte aanrader !!!

Vasilka (9/5): Superb - Spacious room with nice terrace. The hotel consists of few buildings and each one has separate swimming pool which makes the experience much calmer and more private. The receptionist Manuel was very welcoming and helpful. definitely room for improvement of the options for breakfast and dinner. We booked room with a sea view, however we’re given room on the first floor without sea view.

JEAN PIERRE (8/5): Agréable, propre mais un peu vieillot - Hôtel très propre avec bon rapport qualité prix mais qui gagnerait à proposer une déco et une ambiance plus actuelle et moins ciblée sur les retraités. Il serait bon d'équiper les chambres de rideaux opaques. La cuisine et simple mais correcte et les petits déjeuner sont généreux. Service impeccable.
Aurelia (8/5): - Les Personnels accueillant, chambre très propre. Les - les horaires de la restauration trop juste, si on arrive la dernière heure les plats ne sont pas re-fournis ce qui oblige à arriver de bonne heures. Un peut bruyant mais l’hôtel n’y est pour rien à l’éducation des personnes.
Natalie (8/5): - Wir haben Uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt, in einer sehr schönen ruhigen/erholsamen Lage. Die Pool/Jacuzzis Anlage ist wirklich dort klasse. Das Personal ist dort überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück Buffet ist dort hervorragend, mit sehr viel an Auswahl. Es ist wirklich was für jeden dabei! Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist dort genau richtig ❤️❣️ Animation sucht man dort vergeblich, was wir toll fanden. Ebenfalls keine typische Ballermann Party Musik .

Maureen (6/5): No spa - very disappointed - although the hotel was very good in many respects the reason we chose it was because it advertises a spa. When we arrived yesterday we were told the spa was closed! Guests should be notified in advance if a major aspect of their booking is not available. We would not have chosen this hotel had we been made aware. We had no option but to stay as we had paid in advance. Informed Booking.com. No action other than they informed the hotel. Did not have the facilities advertised.
