What you see in the pictures is what you get, no surprises. We also had a very nice breakfast- nothing excessive, but did the job for me and my boys. Very pleasant staff, checkin was smooth.

- Anna (8/5): - Widać, że właściciele dbają o wystrój pokoi. Miły personel, wygodna łazienka, łatwy dojazd. Przepiękna zastawa ceramiczna do śniadania. Duże łóżko w pokoju. Mały pokój i brak miejsca na bagaże. Musieliśmy się rozkładać na podłodze, co trochę utrudniało korzystanie z pokoju. Pierwszej nocy dostaliśmy tylko jeden komplet pościeli. :( Dość ubogie śniadanie.
- Lutu (7/5): - The host was very welcoming and available, the location quite close to the main points of interest, parking space near the location, on the street (paid on workdays) Considering that we were accommodated between December 31 and January 2, it was very cold in the room, as well as in the bathroom, the radiator, although turned on at maximum, could not cope, it was approximately 15-16 degrees in the room, only with the help of the air conditioning we reached somewhere around 20-21 degrees, which is unpleasant in the cold season, the room is very small, We appreciated the host's desire to offer us a specific breakfast, but these cannot cover most of the problems.

- Gerald (10/5): Entspannter Aufenthalt, schöne Zimmer, tolle Lage, zentrumsnah. U-Bahn fußläufig erreichbar. - Kleines Haus mit wenigen Gästezimmern. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ausreichend groß. Jedes Zimmer hat sein eigenes Motto bzw. seine eigene Einrichtungslinie. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Zum Frühstück gab es in einem kleinen Wintergarten sehr gute, regionale Lebensmittel und Kaffee/Tee/Fruchtsäfte. Die nächste Öffi-Station war leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen, im Umkreis befinden sich mehrere Geschäfte/Restaurants. Man fühlt sich in der kleinen aber feinen Unterkunft nicht wie in einer Großstadt. Das Zentrum ist jedoch in wenigen Minuten mit der U-Bahn zu erreichen. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen!

- Hugo (7/5): Duur voor zo'n kleine kamer - Het ontbijt De kamer was erg klein. Geen ruimte om iets op te zetten. Ook geen tafeltje naast het bed. Gelukkig hadden wij alleen een rugtas want een koffer had niet op de kamer gepast. Ook niet fijn was dat er geen parkeermogelijkheid dichtbij is.

- Georg Unger (9/5): Beim nächsten Mal IRON MAIDEN im Stadion werden wir THE ROOMS wieder buchen! \m/ - Wir sind bei unserer Ankunft bereits erwartet worden. Der Privatparkplatz zu 10 EUR wurde bei der Buchung bereits mittels Nachricht reserviert (TIPP) und stand uns somit zur Verfügung. Die Unterkunft ist -wie schon so viele geschrieben haben- kunterbunt -jedoch mit viel Liebe zum Detail- dekoriert. Das Frühstück ist nicht wirklich aufregend. Für die Frische & Qualität der Lebensmittel gibt es von uns eindeutig: DAUMEN HOCH! Und ein Frühstücksei wurde uns zusätzlich angeboten! Die Lage ist mit der Erreichbarkeit des Donau-Zentrums und der U-Bahn-Station KAGRAN zu Fuß einfach genial / ideal. Die Freundlichkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft & die unkomplizierte Kommunikation des Personals (inklusive familienfreundlichem Labrador) muss ich besonders erwähnen, da diese Eigenschaften leider nicht mehr "normal" sind! "Vielen Dank dafür!" Der Garten könnte besser betreut werden, sodass auch dieser Bereich zum Verweilen einlädt.

- Uwe (10/5): - Fantastischer Aufenthalt – Sehr zu empfehlen! Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Bed-and-Breakfast in Wien. Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise war alles perfekt. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, und ich habe mich sofort willkommen gefühlt. Die Zimmer waren gemütlich und sauber, und die Atmosphäre war sehr heimelig. Das Frühstück war frisch und reichhaltig – genau der richtige Start in den Tag. Außerdem war die Lage ideal, mit einer guten Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, sodass man die Stadt problemlos erkunden konnte. Ich kann dieses Bed-and-Breakfast jedem empfehlen, der eine entspannte und herzliche Unterkunft in Wien sucht. Der Aufenthalt war einfach großartig, und ich komme definitiv wieder!

It was really warm in room which was crucial taking into account the temperature outside:). The family breakfast with other quests was really great. Host prepared food for us. We were able to park car in front of the house on the street. Metro station which took us to the market was in walkable distans from the house. around 5 minutes. The place is really near to the highway so you do not have to drive much in Vienna city center.

The film was not in English. - On your website you stated that the distance from the B& B to the Vienna convention centre is 1.1km. But in actual fact the distance is about 6km. That is a fundamental mis - representation that made the choice of the B & B unfit for purpose. Pls give accurate information on your website.

- Giacomo (4/5): Disappointing - stafff was very kind and helpful. The basement room is humid and not a place where you can sleep. They shouldn't hire that room to guests. The price was way too high for the stay. Also the breakfast is awkward cause you sit together with people you don't know, at the same table. not a good experience in the morning. The Parking is 10Euros per day .. that you need to pay cash without getting a receipt. TBH, not a good place to stay. Will not come back.
