• Marcello (10/5): Cambio di programma ma molto soddisfatto - Ho prenotato una notte alla residenza Cavour. Al check in, che si fa comunque al NovoHotel, vicino alla stazione, mi hanno detto che avrei dormito al novohotel: mi hanno dato, ovviamente a parità di costo, due camere doppie comunicanti molto belle e nuovissime. In pratica non so come sarebbe stato dormire alla residenza Cavour ma io sono stato benissimo al novohotel
• António (8/5): Agradable lugar… - La zona, la casa y la habitación eran excelentes, lo malo, que me cambiaron la habitación reservada, todo bien… pero quedaron de mandar a las 8 am a recogernos y cuando llamamos por qué nos cansamos de esperar nos dicen que no hay servicio a esa hora y que la persona que nos atendió nos mintió, tuvimos que caminar con una persona de movilidad limitada que usa silla de ruedas; la silla se quedó en el auto en donde nos hicimos vieron check in.

• Raymond (10/5): - This hotel is under the Novotel chain. Check in was at Novotel Parma Centro which is 300m from Parma Station. After getting the keys from there, we walked about 800m to the high-end shopping area Cavour where the Residenze Cavour is located smacked in the midst of the high-end shopping area, above Zara. It comes with a living room with 1 single bed and 1 single sofa bed, bedroom with a double bed, and a huge dining room equipped with full sets of crockeries, cutleries, and kitchen appliances. Very spacious room. We just wanted to stay longer in the room and sacrifice going out for sight seeing!

TV og internet fungerte ikke, kjøleskapet var ikke helt rein, Toiletten og dusjen var av eldre sort og ikke 100 fungerende. Innsjekkingen er på novotel Centro som er ca 15 minutter å gå. Resepsjonen er liten og var veldig busy, så servicen var ikke glimrende.

As a guest of the Residenza Cavour, you have the option of having breakfast at the Novotel. The breakfast at the Novotel is FANTASTIC. • Philipp (2/5): Eine einfache Studentenbude - Wer glaubt er bekommt hier ein Apartment welches den Bildern entspricht ist fehl am Platz. Aber der Kontrast zwischen enorm. Ca. 20 Minuten muss man zum Novotel laufen für Check in und Check out. Check out 11:00, d.h. man sollte das Apartment um 10:30 verlassen. Die Dusche war Eckelhaft mit Schimmel und alt. Wer glaubt die Küche ist benutzbar irrt sich und muss sich auf 20€ Reinigungsgebühr einstellen, hier spart man also nichts während des Aufenthaltes. Das erübrigt sich übrigens da die Küche mangelhaft ausgestattet ist ubd somit nichts anständiges kochen kann. Das Schlafsofa kann nur als Eckelhaft beschrieben werden. Das beste : das Geschäft Zara liegt direkt daneben , die Rolltreppe und Belüftung läuft 24/7 Ein unglaublicher Geräuschpegel.
• Michael (10/5): - Super zentral in der Fußgängerzone. Nur umständlich dass der Check in im Novotel am Bahnhof ist. Aber da kann man sein Auto abstellen. Shuttle Service hat uns kostenlos zur Unterkunft, welche ca 1,5 km entfernt liegt, hingefahren. Zurück zum Hotel mussten wir laufen, war aber nicht weiter schlimm. Sonst war alles sauber, Apartment sehr großzügig, mit allem ausgestattet.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Check In As Late As You Like - It is in a great location. I have used it before. It was spotlessly clean. I really liked the fact that, as it connected to Novotel, there is a 24 hour reception which is grest when you have a "stupid o' clock" arrival at Bologna airport.

Molto comodo per visitare il centro storico e raggiungere i punti di maggior interesse. È molto bello come appartamento, ben arredato. Unica pecca, che non era inserita nella descrizione della struttura, è che il piano cottura NON è incluso nella tariffa del sito. Se si vuole cucinare in appartamento e non si prenota per minimo una settimana, bisogna pagare 20 euro per l utilizzo della cucina.

Tivemos a sorte que uma moradora nos ajudou a ligar para o Novotel que enviou um carro para nos pegar. Fizemos o check in com um funcionário que nos atendeu de modo grosseiro e rapidamente, insistindo que existia a informação do check in no. Novotel. Foi um absurdo. Depois nos levaram de volta ao local e nos deixaram na porta. Ninguém nos acompanhou. Quando chegamos o apartamento ainda não estava arrumado. Lamentável
• FABIO (10/5): SOGGIORNO GRADEVOLE - ABBIAMO SOGGIORNATO DUE NOTTI, GIOVEDI E VENERDI 5 E 6 SETTEMBRE 2019, COPPIA CON BAMBINA. L'APPARTAMENTO CON CAMERA MATRIMONIALE E DIVANO LETTO IN OPEN SPACE CON ANGOLO COTTURA CON ARREDO MODERNO, BAGNO CON DOCCIA SPAZIOSO, IN OTTIMA POSIZIONE CENTRALISSIMA. IN PALAZZO TRANQUILLO, MA ESSENDO IN ZONA CENTRALE SI PUO' SENTIRE QUALCHE SCHIAMAZZO PROVENIENTE DALLA STRADA. PREZZO ECONOMICO. DA SEGNALARE CHE E' PREVISTO UN SOLO CAMBIO BIANCHERIA E ASCIUGAMANI ALLA SETTIMANA, MA PER UN PAIO DI GIORNI NON E' UN PROBLEMA. SE SI USA L'ANGOLO COTTURA SONO DOVUTI 20 EURO PER LA PULIZIA. CONSIGLIATO.
• Verified traveler (4/5): - intanto con mio grande stupore, sono stato dirottato in un'altra struttura (Liberty) in quanto quella prescelta non era raggiungibile in auto , poichè situata in pieno centro in zona pedonale, quindi non posso esprimere alcun giudizio. Premetto che durante le varie fasi di prenotazione, ho avuto contatto telefonico con un operatore del NOVO HOTEL( a cui fanno capo le strutture in oggetto) il quale non mi ha informato sul disagio logistico che avrei trovato con la scelta di tale struttura, (RESIDENZA CAVOUR)quindi al momento del cek inn, l'operatrice in servizio, pensando di agevolarmi, mi ha dirottato in un'altra struttura dove, per raggiungerla in auto ero obbligato a transitare in una zona ZTL facendomi però compilare e firmare un modulo che in teoria dovrebbe dispensrami da contravvenzione,(speriamo in bene!!) scoprendo poi che anche il Residece Liberty è raggiungibile solo a piedi, lasciando l'auto a diversi isolati di distannza per carenza di parcheggi liberi in zona e probabili altre ZTL. Morale della favola, l'unica cosa gradevole per me è stata l'esibizione in P.le Salvo D'Acquisto di alcuni gruppi Rock emergenti. Grazie ma per una prossima volta , ANCHE NO!!! Saluti Franco D'Oria

We rented an apartment rather than a hotel to arrange our own breakfast,make drinks etc but the note said that we could use the room but by using the kitchen we would need to pay an additional 20 euros, ridiculous.

I slept on blue couch because the bed was hard , uncomfortable n lift it up bed baggage nesting over there . The walk to hotel novel was horrible , didn’t provide shuttle . The space was big but I will never stay. Their have hidden fees as well.

The only drawback is that cars don't have access to this area and you have to walk from Novotel to Residenza Cavour, which is not an issue if you're traveling light, but with children and luggage is not fun.

Inoltre, chi lo vuole ha la possibilità di preparasi una cena. Vicino alla Residenza Cavour ci sono tantissime attività commerciali e monumenti storici come il Duomo ed il teatro di Parma. • Maria Isabel (8/5): Estancia agradable en el centro de la maravillosa - Me ha gustado mucho el emplazamiento y la organización de los apartamento. Pero el hecho de tener que ir a recoger y entregar las llaves a un hotel bastante distante, perjudica al viajero. En cuanto al bus-naveta que potencialmente podía llevarte desde este hotel a la Residenia Cavour, es inexistente, por lo que se puede considerar como "publicidad engañosa". Debo añadir que a pesar de estar en pleno centro, es muy silencioso ante los ruidos de la calle; en cambio, el del extractor del baño -constantemente en funcionamiento - es un hándicap para quien tenga el sueño ligero. Muy bien tener televisor en dormitorio y salon-cocina pero desde mi punto de vista sería mejor poder disponer de cafetera y plancha, así como de algún producto y medios para la limpieza, sobre todo cuando no solo se está un fin de semana.Pero lo peor es la altura del armario, a dónde no se llega sin subirse a una silla para alcanzar las perchas, con el consiguiente peligro de caídas.Hay procedimientos para resolver estas situaciones....

• vanda (8/5): - la residenza è in centro bella posizione , ma impossibile arrivarci se non in taxi in quanto è tutta zona ztl, le chiavi bisogna andarle a prendere e a riportarle in un altro hotel distante circa 1 km
• Verified traveler (6/5): - La struttura é in posizione molto centrale purtroppo difficilmente raggiungibile in macchina a causa della limitazioni al traffico (ztl, parcheggi ecc...) la reception é in un altro albergo (segnalato su Expedia) accettano animali, ma certo che una comunicazione da parte della struttura su come arrivare (si possono acquistare permessi a tempo per la ztl) suggerimenti di parcheggio per ricordare che il check-in é altrove comunicare che hanno accettato la presenza del cane (cosa meno scontata di quanto si pensi) sarebbe stata utile e ci avrebbe fatto risparmiare un’ora buona di tempo provocandoci un notevole ritardo sui nostri impegni
• Riccardo (4/5): Notte insonne - Gli appartamenti sono divisi da muri sottili. Io e la mia compagna abbiamo passato la notte sul divano in quanto in camera da aletto sino alle 6:00 si sentiva solo il televisore del vicino a tutto volume. La reception, allocata in un altro stabile, ha fatto solo una telefonata notturna dopo la nostra segnalazione ma non avendo ricevuto risposta non ha fatto altre azioni per contattare i vicini o permetterci di dormire nella camera da letto.

• Francesco (10/5): Una vera, piacevole, sorpresa - Alla prenotazione pensavo d'avere qualche problema per via del check in da fare in un altro albergo, invece tutto semplicissimo: Check in presso Novotel a 2 passi dalla Stazione. Residence a 10 minuti in zona ztl assoluta ( dietro il Duomo ) centralissimo, sopra un grande magazzino d'abigliamento notissimo, ma tranquillissimo e silenzioasissimo. ambienti confortevoli e puliti. soggiorno in perfetta autonomia. Il personale del Novotel, gentile, professionale e disponibile; dopo il check out ci ha custodito il bagaglio per l'intera giornata, senza alcuna difficoltà o addebito, Grazie.
• Ger (8/5): Nespresso Machine..... - Accommodation was great....but a Nespresso coffee machine would have made it better, considering that there was a Nespresso boutique at the end of the street. When checking in, were told to check at the Astoria Hotel....but this hotel is no longer there!!! Will stay again. Please get a Nespresso machine!!!
• Luisa (6/5): Comunicare sempre il luogo del check-in - Sulla prenotazione non era specificato che il check in era a quasi 1 km dalla camera. Quindi arrivati davanti alla camera(zona ztl, quindi eravamo a piedi con le valigie) abbiamo chiamato, dato che non c'era nessuno, e per telefono ci danno l'indirizzo per il check in. Andiamo con le valigie all'indirizzo dato e ritorniamo alla camera. Belli 2 km a piedi alle 10 di sera con i bagagli! La camera almeno era molto spaziosa, ma abbiamo dormito tutta la notte con un ronzio continuo che veniva dal cortile del palazzo abbastanza fastidioso

• Veronica (4/5): Cercate altro. - Ho trovato la location per nulla pulita con il pavimento tutto rotto,nel senso che le mattonelle erano proprio staccate.Il letto obsoleto,con le molle che uscivano fuori ,che mi hanno spaccato la schiena,e inoltre dopo aver prenotato un letto matrimoniale Queen ,ho trovato due lettini singoli uniti.E per non farci mancare nulla isolamento acustico pessimo ,oltre a sentire i miei vicini di stanza si sentiva il chiasso della strada ed essendo al centro di Parma e nel fine settimana ,non è stato bello. Sicuramente non ritornerò e non lo consiglierei.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Struttura ubicata in pieno centro a due passi dalla piazza duomo. Stanza comoda e calda. Mi ha lasciato perplessa la pulizia del piano cottura, anche se non utilizzato. Per il resto era tutto pulito.
• Anita (4/5): Didn’t meet expectations - Pros: location, cleanliness. Cons: no shuttle service from Hotel Astoria to Residence Cavour. After booking, we were in email communication with the staff, who ensured there would be a shuttle to take us to our hotel location from the Astoria hotel after check-in. Both at check-in and checkout, we were told the shuttle service was no longer available, and that they were doing away with the shuttle service entirely. It’s about half a mile walk, which is not very comfortable with luggage. Another inconvenience was the 20 Euro charge to use the kitchenette. The booking is advertised to suggest that the kitchenette is a feature. However, as kitchenette use comes at an additional cost, it should be listed as an optional feature. Lastly, our booking was for a queen bed. When in fact upon our check in we realized we were given two twin beds put together.
• Isabella (6/5): Posizione ottima,ok prezzo, ma servizio scadente - Buonasera Ho già espresso al servizio clienti via e mail le problematiche avute Scomodo e difficile da trovare l hotel xcfare check in Il servizio WiFi non funziona quasi per nulla La camera era troppo calda e non mi è stato possibile segnalarlo perché x due volte la comunicazione è stata interrotta ( l operatrice ha messo giù il telefono .....) Il prezzo è conveniente , ma il sevizio è scarso Spero migliorare il servizio perché bla location è ottima, ma l esperienza complessiva non lo è stata....
• Verified traveler (6/5): - Posizione fantastica piu in centro di cosi non si puo!! Struttura un po vecchia, dalle finestre entra il rumore e sopratutto passa il freddo. Costi nascosti, tipo 14 euro al giorno per posteggio e 20 euro se si utilizza la cucina. Attenzione difficile trovare l hotel astoria, che è in ristrutturazione diventera novotel. Non andate in centro con la macchiana ala città e piena di ZTL

• Anne (2/5): Cannot recommend this place! - We were not aware that we would not be staying in the main hotel but in a totally different location. The room was old, the bed uncomfortable, with pillows that had seen better days. The bidet did not work at all and water splattered all over the floor.

We knew where we had to check in , so really can’t understand why residents have a problem. Apartment was extremely clean . Central to absolutely everything. Other reviewers have mentioned about deep cleans etc, for the kitchen area - come on it’s PARMA ! - why ever would you want to eat in . Lovely stay in your lovely City xx
• Verified traveler (10/5): Home away from home - This has been one of my favorite stays anywhere. A nice little apartment right in the center of Parma, I couldn't ask for much more. A working kitchenette, very comfortable and clean. Cleaning staff comes every day. I'm already planning my return here.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Uncomfortable and overpriced - The comfort level of the bed was very bad. The placement in the city center was good if you were interested in shopping, and it had good access to restaurants and main squares. The check-in was a 20 minute walk away, but right next to the train station so that was easy because we left right after we checked out. Would have preferred more comfort, and the room smelled of antiseptic. Wouldn't stay there again.
• Gil (10/5): - Everything was fine but no one was available to help us with use of telephone. We were not able to connect to wifi because we weren't able to call the front desk (which was at a different address). When we finally had help reaching the front desk to get the password for wifi, we tried to make connection, but was unsuccessful. We had no wifi the 3 days there. An inconvenience but not the end of the world. The place was well located and we enjoyed our stay in Parma. GHu

• Amy (8/5): - Affordable for one person which is wonderful and the property which I stayed at was located at the perfect central spot. You check in at one place and then they will shuttle you to the actual room. My neighbor liked her music which is the only somewhat complaint. If you need thick walls you might want to pay more somewhere else for thick walls. For me though, I'm happy as a clam that I stayed here.

• Raeshawn (10/5): Best location for amazing price - We loved this property it was such a great find for a great price. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Once you on the property we thought it was awesome it's upstairs from the shops near by right next to Zara and across from sephora! I would definitely stay here again.
• Charles (10/5): City efficiency apartment in center of Parma. - We arrived at the Hotel Astoria, checked in & had our car parked for us. A shuttle took us to the apartment building which was right in the heart of the city center of Parma. A very nice unit & very reasonably priced. The return shuttle van came very promptly the next day & all services were very smoothly handled by the hotel staff.
• Ruth (10/5): - The hotel is close to everything. Make sure you check in at the Astoria Hotel next to the train station before going to the Cavour address. They will drive you to the final location.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Nice hotel - The hotel is in a fantastic location, and is kept very clean. The room itself was rather large, with a kitchen area and separate bedroom/bathroom space. It was quiet at night and I had no trouble sleeping. The women working the check-in/check-out were pleasant and helpful, though the driver of the shuttle lacked patience, and made me feel like I was a cattle he was herding across town.

Great to be able to stop in in-between our various outings during the day. Just outside is a pedestrian street where people were taking their passagiatas (sp?) in the evening. Fun town to explore.
• mame (10/5): I love the hotel but the staff was horrible - I never want to give bad reviews but this hotel staff made me feel outrageous . I been to residente cavour twice . I stood their for 3 weeks each time I been there . I also stayed at their hotel Astoria which is a few minutes away from Cavour . I'm so disappointed . The only reason I kept staying there was because of Receptionist Anglica which no longer works there . Long story short ! The staff is so rude and they treated my husband and I horrible I spent over 5 thousand dollars on this hotel and they still treat me like I'm worthless . The maids are disrespectful and rude . Most of the staff talked down to me. Although all that happen I kept booking the hotel because it's. Right in the heart of Parma where all the shopping goes on . But I had to point out how disgusting the staff is . The rooms are comfortable and the sights are beautiful . The only staff member who treated me nice was Angelina but other wise everyone else was very rude . I would love to stay here again but I pay 1600 a stay to get treated like trash ! It's unappreciated.
• Robert (8/5): Good location and spacious - The Residenza Cavour is spacious and well-placed. The most inconvenient feature is having both to collect and to return the keys to the Hotel Astoria (returning the keys is especially inconvenient). We were a little surprised that using the cooking facilities would incur a 20 Euro charge for cleaning, but this did not affect us as we ate out.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Location, location, location! - Checkin was across the road from the train station and then you are taken to your residence in h centre of the city. The rooms were large and facilities excellent. I particularly liked the kitchen. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

• Rimvydas (10/5): Pleasant experience. Will come back. - Awesome place. You will check-in at other hotel just on the left of train station. It will take you about 10 minutes to walk to the actual hotel. Received nice hotel room with equipped kitchen, 2 good air conditioners, 2 tv's, nice bathroom, big beds. Best part - it's location. You will be in the center of old town and you can walk anywhere in a few minutes.
