Also the “elektriker “ suite is sharing a wall with a wine bar that plays music until late on Fri/sat, so beware if you have light sleep. It’s still well insulated but you can definitely hear it

• Uni-kath (6/5): - The location was my main driver. This unit is close to Nestroyplatz and hence close the the Metro Station. I have repeatedly stayed with grätzl and really like the concept. This unit was too dark for me. It still served the purpose because I only slept there. The units closer to Karmeliterplatz are nicer.

Ground floor room with glass windows directly on to square felt like lack of privacy. Bar next door and in square was noisy with chat . Did quiten at around 11.
• Konstantina (4/5): Good location – poor cleanliness - The location was very good, quite close to everything we wanted to see. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were very soft, which made it difficult for us to get comfortable. We didn’t like it because the room was very small for what was presented as a junior suite on the website, and there wasn’t even a single chair for us to sit on. There was no window at all for ventilation, except for the door, which unfortunately was on the ground floor facing the street, so we obviously couldn’t keep it open. There was mold on the white curtains around the door, and the small sofa next to the entrance had a very unpleasant smell when you sat on it to put on your shoes. There was a lot of dirt and dust under the bedside tables, and whenever we used the hairdryer, it would blow into the air and end up on our luggage and bedsheets. In the bathroom, there was mold in the shower as well as in the right corner next to the toilet. Additionally, the fridge was not properly cleaned.

• Newell (7/5): - Lovely room everything you needed really- about a 20/25 min walk into the center, very easy to checkin just enter a code at ur room and the key gets relised very simple and worked efficiently room is also lovely and very well decorated. the room wasn’t attached to the rest of the hotel it was in the middle of a back street- the room has a all windowed front it looks as if it would be a coffee shop!- just a curtain to cover it. Did feel abit on edge at first with it being in the middle of no where and the full front being entirely clear glass viewing onto the street. That is the only downside and i think it was more so of a shock as this was not what we expected, lovely room tho.

• IVAN (1/5): Ужасные условия проживания. Холодно и неуютно. - Во-первых, я надеялся на другое расположение т.к. искал номер по названию отеля. Я приехал на такси по нужному адресу и мне пришлось просить помощи у прохожих чтобы найти жилье и идти до него 10 минут пешком с чемоданом. Во-вторых, как будто перед самым заселением мне поменяли номер. Он был не такой как на картинках при бронировании (был меньше и без кухни). Номер представляет собой бывшее коммерческое помещение то есть вход прямо с улицы. Помещение нельзя проветрить не открывая входную дверь, что не совсем безопасно как мне кажется. Ночью становится холодно и душно, все вещи на утро влажные. Пол из плитки без подогрева, а одноразовых тапочек не было, ходить босиком невозможно. Ко всему еще добавляется, что отгородить себя от полностью прозрачной входной двери можно только шторой и в номере будет только искусственное освещение в любое время суток. Днем вероятно штора тоже будет закрыта иначе мимо вас ходят люди на улице. В общем просто ужасно!

• Daniele (7/5): Tutto bene, peccato per il riscaldamento - Posizione (vicino alla metro), disponibilità dell' host e pulizia. Nella camera c'è la possibilità di bere caffè, tè o tisane, c'è anche il biscotto di benvenuto, segno di grande attenzione nei confronti dei turisti. Purtroppo non funziona bene il riscaldamento. Essendo stati in questa struttura a gennaio abbiamo sofferto molto il freddo. In compenso se si va nella stagione primaverile/estiva sicuramente non si incappa in questo problema.

• Yvonne (5/5): Ganz ok - Preis/Leistung passt nicht - Die Lage ist super zentral, viele Lokale in der Nähe und gute Öffi Anbindung. Die Einrichtung ist auch ganz hübsch und das Bett war bequem. Da man in einem ehemaligen Geschäft direkt in der Auslage lebt, konnten wir die Vorhänge nicht öffnen und somit kein Tageslicht oder Frischluft. Eine Lampe fiel während dem Aufenthalt ab, wurde schnell repariert und auch die Duschstange war sehr wackelig.

Többször (talán ötször) hívtam az ügyfélszolgálatot, akik egy alkalommal sem tudtak/ akartak érdemi választ adni. 6 óra hosszat vártunk, mire normális hőmérsékletű lett a szoba. Reggelre mindketten meghűltünk, ezért betegszabadságra kellett mennünk. Kértem kártérítést, de ez alól is kibújtak, arra hivatkozva, hogy én nem hívtam vissza őket aznap este. 5X telefonáltam legalább és képesek voltak meghazuttolni. Szemét, pénzrabló banda! Nagyon sajnálom, hogy ilyen rosszakat kényszerülök írni, de így megalázva még nem éreztem magam szálláshelyen. Kerülendő!!!

• Lina (8/5): Alles in allem für unseren Ausflug ein gutes Zimmer. Reist man allerdings mit Familie an oder verbringt mehr Zeit im Apa - Es ist mal was anderes. Die Einrichtung war schön, die Matratze sehr bequem Der Boden war etwas schmutzig. Die Weinbar daneben war sehr gut zu hören leider. Die Türe klemmte auch beim Zusperren, was bei einer ebenerdigen Tür direkt an der Straße nicht sehr gut ist.

I would absolutely not return and cannot recommend it. - The only positive was the convenient location near the city centre—but that’s about it. Absolutely terrible experience. To start with, we never received the confirmation details, including the PIN code for the apartment, so we had to call the contact centre. During the call, we were disconnected and never received a callback, forcing us to go through the entire phone prompt system again. When we finally spoke to someone, we discovered they have multiple locations with the same name. This meant we had to walk over 15 minutes through the city—carrying heavy international luggage—to the correct address. Upon arrival, things only got worse. The room looked nothing like the photos. It smelled strongly of a dirty toilet, and the bathroom fan did nothing to help. The cleanliness was unacceptable—the bathroom sink was grimy, and the edges of the shower were lined with pink bacteria. Shockingly, there was no door on the bathroom, which is incredibly uncomfortable in a shared space. To top it off, the Wi-Fi didn’t work. We contacted reception again, but they were unable to resolve the issue.

• Rocío sariñana (1/5): Vacanze fredde 🥶!! - La struttura si trova in una buona posizione e distanza dalle attrazioni principali,il centro si raggiunge in metropolitana velocemente. Purtroppo mi sono trovata in una situazione molto spiacevole perche questa struttura per le foto sembra molto bella e accogliente come stanza non conta con area condizionata calda figuriamoci riscaldamento quindi sconsiglio prenotare per l'inverno che a Vienna le temperature si abbassano -0°... Ho passato mie giorni di relax con lo stress e la impotenza di non potere risolvere la situazione, la struttura si è mostrata veramente assente e non ha fatto abbastanza per risolvere la situazione, penso che al momento di scrivere la descrizione della stanza potrebbero essere più corretti e scrivere che per riscaldarsi c'è solo un stufetta di poca potenza che non è abbastanza per scaldare la stanza. Oltre questo problema aggiungo che la doccia aveva la muffa e in generale la stanchezza non era molto pulita.

• Paglialunga (8/5): È stato un ottimo soggiorno - La posizione era ottima, con i mezzi ci mettevi pochissimo ad arrivare in centro e a muoverti in generale per la città ma anche a piedi ci voleva poco. Era inoltre in una posizione tranquilla, un bel quartiere della città quindi sono rimasta molto contenta. L'unica pecca, se cosi possiamo chiamarla, era non avere una presa in bagno in cui magari poter attaccare l'asciugacapelli ma potevi usarlo solo in camera e non era molto comodo ma diciamo che ci si adatta, è l'unica cosa che ho da dire come piccolo contro.
