• Penny (5/5): Very basic rooms, adjacent to a nice diner. - Good location, friendly staff Bathroom was quite small and bathtub stopper didn’t work. Also unfortunately there was a need to shut off the water for almost a full day. I feel like some compensation or discount might have been offered to make up for the inconvenience.

Small, pleasant motel in Leamington, ideal for staying overnight when visiting Point Pelee National Park. The motel is located in the center of Leamington, and the rooms have everything you need. Everything is ideal for the price. -

• Adrian (10/5): - We booked this motel last minute. We are biking in peely Park today. It was all we needed for a one night sleep. coffee and breakfast options are approximately a kilometer away. But in general, it was basic but good. Traffic outside get busy starting at 5:30 am.

• Debra (9/5): If ever I needed to stay in Leamington again, I would definitely stay there. Staff was also very nice - The unit was clean and water pressure was great. I also enjoyed having a little table and chair outside my unit to sit outside.

• Brian (8/5): Clean Budget Friendly Room - Stayed for two nights to see Pelee N/P. Since it was during a heat wave, the a/c struggled a bit to keep the room cool. It was also a bit noisy - not like the central a/c at home. Room including bathroom was very clean and plenty of hot water, although it is hard water, not soft. Small fridge and microwave are handy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Overall the stay was good. Will likely stay again...

• Elizabeth (7/5): Nice basic accommodation. All of the issues we had are solvable. - Nice basic accommodations. Mattress needs replacement. It had a hollow where others had slept. Two of the three towel rails in the bathroom were way too high and inappropriately placed. I could not use them. Bathtub needs a safety grab bar at the end of the tub. Microwave needs replacing. Stop button doesn’t work. Microwave only operates if you use the preset times. Plug beneath the bedside table is occupied with plugs for the lights. It needs a multi plug or a power bar so you can plug in your cell phone and smart watch.
