• Jake (8/5): When trying to save money this place is worth the money. - The price was good and the room was clean no bugs or anything. For being down town it was quite enough to steep. The bed was not quite as comfortable as I am use to.

• Kcee (1/5): ALL BAD! 💥 - I liked the location. It's close to restaurants and schools and events in the area. The staff was RUDE RUDE RUDE! We used Booking app to reserve our trip for three (3). Our friend had a very traumatic time recently and we were her comfort these RUDE PPL @ STUDIO PUT threw us out at 8:30 pm. No rules were violated. We took our friend to dinner and returned to the hotel and she told us to get off her property and she threw racial slurs embarrassed us on the road people were staring it was another traumatizing thing added to her life too quickly on top of what she's going through. The manager was wrong and we don't deserve to be outside freezing right now and we didn't violate any of the hotels rules. This kind of treatment from businesses in our community is unacceptable.

I had a smooth check in and check out process. I would most definitely stay here again ! Everything was wonderful in my opinion.

• Bryan (6/5): If I was the kind of traveler to invite someone back to my room, NOT HERE, but fine for me alone. - The bed was comfortable, and all entrances were locked. Housekeeping replaced my hand towel, wash rag, and shower stuff without my having to ask. The jet tub worked well. Everything was dated and dim. The towels were thin. The room door stuck to the point of seeming locked when I first arrived, and was slightly better by the time I left. The external door was nondescript (walked past it trying to get in and had to go back) and didn't close on its own.

• Michelle (3/5): Piss poor from entry to exit - Absolutely nothing the man who checked me in was very rude, there was also a$30 fee that wasn't listed in the price on the app and the place could use a serious face lift. Walked into the room and the first thing we see is a cockroach crawling on the the refrigerator was off and the door on it was open and it had a horrible smell extremely tired I overlooked all of that and checked the bed for bed bugs as I always do there weren't any bugs but there was a disturbing amount of hair between the top and bottom sheet I'm pretty sure they hadn't been changed. I WOULDN'T LET MY DOGS STAY HERE AND I MOST DEFINITELY WON'T VISIT THERE AGAIN!!

They were so helper holding doors open, making us coffee to fill our thermos up and even made sure we had our extra towels we had asked for at check in. He insisted that I didn't pay even after I showed him several times on my phone that I had already paid on booking.com he then accepted the fact that I already paid and then blamed me for not telling him sooner...🤦‍♂️
• Keith (4/5): Disappointing - Large room. Very friendly staff at check in. Water pressure great water warm. Quiet and comfortable. One toilet leaked when flushed. Half of the jets on the spa tub didnt work. Room a little dated but still comfortable. When checking out told the day clerk that toilet leaked and the spa tub didn't work correctly. He didn't really care about it. I won't be going back so it really doesn't matter.

We didn't know that the whole area wasn't a no smoking area. Instead of having a negative attitude with him, just asked politely to moved to a smoking area and we will be fine, but instead she was very rude and disrespectful
• Eric (5/5): Adequate for a quick night stay - Room was adequate, clean and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was dated, front door needs weatherstripping and my room was over the office and faced the main road. It sounded like a drag strip until about midnight and starts again with road traffic fairly early. The tv didn’t work and staff wasn’t able to get it working so there was no way to drown out the outside noise.
• Michael (10/5): - The check-in was easy and loading made convenient, especially with the elevator. Staff was always friendly and very helpful, and in one situation, went above the call of duty to help us. We are very appreciative. The room was neat and clean and was serviced at our request. The motel is just a few minutes off I-65 on the north side of Decatur and is worth the extra time, espcially if you are visiting local attractions, I our case, the Wheeler National Wildlife Refuge.

• James (1/5): Worst places I’ve stayed in a a long long timer - Well the good things.., it was moderately clean and the heater was able to keep it at 65 degrees on full blast so we didn’t freeze to death Not clean, heater didn’t work well, uncomfortable beds and VERY rude owner. I am a disabled vet with a service dog. Walked in and paid. Told them he was a service dog and the owner called the room a few minutes late screaming about the service dog. Told me he didn’t care about the laws he wanted us out. I invited him to call the police and went to bed. He did not. Phone call with him was recorded and had been sent to ADA Katie, DOJ and Alabama attorney general

So bad that I told the lady I was leaving. She said that I was "Going to lose my money." I told her that I wasn't going to risk staying there over $225. FYI this is the first review that I have ever made. Take my advice and STAY AWAY.
