• Vincent (8/5): hotel-complexe de vacance hyper agréable (en mai). - Attention commentaires valables pour période mi-mai, très peu de vacanciers présents, beaucoup de calme, pas de queues, transat dispos à toute heure même par 28°C. les chambres en petits ilots de 7 chambres par étage : pas de couloir ni d'escaliers fermés, on respire. Propreté extérieure. L'accueil attentif aux demandes, dont le nouveau Directeur. Le self OK mati-midi-soir en choix, qualité, repas extérieur à 20m du bord de mer super (si place dispo). Les horaires larges. Accès plage, self, piscine au même endroit, en bord de mer, très agréable. Les pelouses vertes entre les chambres. Garer sa voiture tout près de la chambre. Echangeur autoroute à 1 min direction Athènes à l'Est ou Péloponnèse vers l'Ouest, super. Belle piscine. Les monts du massif géronien en arrière plan, de 750 à 900m d'altitude, trail en free ou GR possibles. La façon du personnel des bars (plage ou intérieur) de servir : très très désagréable : très sec, expéditif, robotisé, à peine poli, voire autoritaire !, pas de mots gentils, gestes brusques, visages fermés, pas de questions, pas de commentaires, sentiment de déranger, un comble ! C'est assez agaçant, mais le reste est tellement bien ! Ce qui n'était pas du tout le cas du personnel du restaurant ni de l'accueil central, disponible et souriant. Les chambre ne sont pas toutes neuves (sauf la 314 nickel !), mais très correctes. Parfois un détail de finition à revoir, mais on est là pour le soleil et les visites...
• Ginka (10/5): Cozy Comer Kinetta Beach - We like the hotel's location, the room cleanliness, the service, the personnel, the food, and more. During this time if the year (spring) the sea water is too cold for swimming. The beach is rocky, not sandy as we are used to.

• Sofiia (10/5): У висновку я дуже задоволена відпусткою і рекомендую всім свої друзям. Не перший раз повертаюся в це місце і не раз ще п - Чудовий готель! Їжа як домашня, великий вибір навіть при тому що сезон ще не почався. Швидке обслуговування персоналу, всі усміхнені і доброзичливі. Окреме дякую за комплімент в якості фруктів і вина в номер! Є номера новіші і старі також, десь щось пошарпане може бути, але хто у відпустці сидить в номері почнемо з цього😅 Може потрібно трошки оновити меблі і двері , але попри це все було чистенько що є плюсом.

Dla typowych Polaków, w niektóre dni śniadanie może być wyzwaniem::) Duże pokoje, spory balkon (w naszym przypadku pokój w pawilonie na pierwszym piętrze). Personel na najwyższym poziomie gościnności. Prośba o późne wymeldowanie (o 2h) bez problemu. Brak informacji że korzystanie z basenu krytego jest płatne! (to strefa spa i wejście kosztuje 20 EUR). Dwa baseny zewnętrzne fajne, czyste acz nie podgrzewane (końcówka kwietnia). Brak napoi w pokojach.

• Natalia (6/5): - Πάρα πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό και πολύ καλό φαγητό , ειδικά το πρωινό Στην τιμή δεν συμπεριλαμβάνεται εμφιαλωμένο νερό το οποίο πληρώνεις 1€ το μικρό μπουκαλάκι , διαθέτουν βέβαια νερό από ψύκτη που είναι σε θερμοκρασία δωματίου οπότε και δεν πίνεται . Δεν συμπεριλαμβάνεται επίσης κανένας κρύος καφές και η τιμή τους είναι 4€ . Στο snack bar που λειτουργεί τις περισσότερες ώρες στην παραλία δουλεύει ένας άνθρωπος με αποτέλεσμα να έχει πολύ μεγάλη αναμονή ,μέσα στον ήλιο . Το χειρότερο όμως για εμάς ήταν το ότι στο ξενοδοχείο τα events γίνονται στα γαλλικά. Το Σάββατο το βράδυ πήγαμε για ποτό στην παραλία και έκαναν quiz στα Γαλλικά με μια κυρία που φώναζε όλη την ώρα σαν να έκανε τηλεπαιχνίδι με αποτέλεσμα όλοι οι Έλληνες να πάμε στα δωμάτια μας από τις 9:30 . Επίσης θα πρέπει τα μπαλκόνια να έχουν σχοινιά για να απλώνεις τα ρούχα σου . Τέλος αναφορικά με την παραλία , δεν είναι «προστατευμένη» με αποτέλεσμα να περνάνε κάθε 5 λεπτά πλανόδιοι πωλητές. * αν δεν ξυπνήσετε νωρίς να βάλετε πετσέτες στις ξαπλώστρες δεν υπάρχει περίπτωση να βρείτε να καθίσετε

• Ikbal (8/5): una semana perfecta en un sitio perfecto!!!! - Me encato el acceso directo a la playa, la disponibilidad de hamacas ,el equipo de animación era muy profesional y el servicio de recepción un 10 siempre listos para ayudarte 2/No había mucha variedad en buffet de almuerzo y cena casi siempre lo mismo y ciendo una zona costera se echa de menos el pescado que lo pusieron una vez. 2/Visto que el hotel está a las afueras de Atenas aunque hay un tren que te lleva ahí sugiero que el hotel proponga un servicio de autobús shuttel seguro que muchos clientes lo iban a utilizar.

• Gyorgy (10/5): Perfect weekend getaway with family - Perfect location, well maintained and noise was minimal, not disturbing during the night. Staff is helpful and they've tried to refill everything at the earliest. Snacks were surprisingly delicious. The difference between the taverna and the main restaurant area is confusing, we were not aware that a reservation is required for the taverna in advance. As we stayed only for one night, therefore we could not try the menu in the taverna.

• Laurent (5/5): Très beau cadre mais prestations pas au niveau prévu lors de la réservation. - La chambre avec vue mer est très bien. Vue imprenable. Accès direct à la plage. Chambre et literie confortable. Ménage fait tous les jours. Suite au départ du dernier groupe Lookéa, un seul restaurant ouvert sur trois dès le deuxième jour. Snack fermé dès le lundi alors qu'il est prévu dans les prestations fournies. Très peu de choix au niveau des plats, plus de plats cuisinés sur place. Très peu de spécialités locales. Pas de carte au bar, cocktails et boissons de mauvaise qualité. Il s'agissait de la dernière semaine de la saison pour l'hôtel et le personnel commençait déjà à ranger et nettoyer alors qu'il restait des clients. Aucune animation et aucune information touristique.

Plage avec transats devant l'hôtel, chambre spacieuse, propre et confortable, buffets variés (même si toujours un peu pareil) au restaurant, possibilité de réserver une table à la Taverne avec des spécialités grecques savoureuses, équipe d'animation énergique et volontaire qui fait de son mieux avec peu de moyens, All include, à revoir, au niveau des boissons, juste des sirops très sucrés, café frappé payant, Literie peu confortable, heureusement, un surmatelas a été ajouté à notre matelas à notre demande, Chambre du coté du parking des arrivées et des départs, des livraisons, les véhicules laissent leurs moteurs tourner de longs moments ce qui entraîne des vibrations dans les fenêtres à toutes heures de la journée. Réveil en fanfare certains matins !

• Matthaeus (6/5): Schöner Standort aber Anlage leicht in die Jahre gekommen. Gesamturteil: OK - Die Gesamtanlage ist landschaftlich schön zwischen Berge und Meer eingebettet. Die weißen Häuser und grünen Gärten sind von außen gepflegt. Das kulinarische Angebot ist entsprechend und vielfältig allerdings eher fleischlastig. Strand und Pools sind schön. Das Apartment fällt eher klein aus und die Betten sind mäßig bequem. Die Sportanlagen sind schon in die Jahre gekommen aber nutzbar. Das All-In.- Angebot bezogen auf Getränke ist eher unterdurchschnittlich.

Το φαγητό στον μπουφέ ηταν πάντα τέλειο ΟΙ παροχές πολυ καλές με μοναδική παραφωνία το νεράκι που αν επινες μονο εμφιαλωμένο έπρεπε να το πληρώσεις 1 ευρω σε γενικες γραμμές όλα ήταν άψογα

• Evrydiki (8/5): Ωραία τοποθεσία, θάλασσα και παροχές all inclusive - Η θέση του ξενοδοχείου ιδανική. Οι χώροι μεγάλοι και ευχάριστοι. Πολύ εξυπηρετικό και ευγενικό το προσωπικό. Το δωμάτιο μεγάλο, άνετο και καθαρό. Κάθε μέρα άλλαζαν πετσέτες. Το φαγητό ποικίλο και ικανοποιητικό. Το grill τους πολυ καλό. Η θάλασσα πεντακάθαρη. Η παραλία με χαλίκι χωρίς άμμο. Οι πισίνες μεγάλες και άνετες περιμετρικά. Ήσυχο περιβάλλον. Πολλοί ξένοι τουρίστες λόγω πρακτορείων. Τα πάρκινγκ άνετα. Ένα ξενοδοχείο για όλες τις ηλικίες. Οι ξαπλώστρες της παραλίας θα μπορούσαν να αναβαθμιστούν. Κάποιες ήταν "πολυχρησιμοποιημένες". Στην εστίαση τα γλυκά του θα μπορούσαν να είναι πιο "γκουρμε". Μου θύμησαν όμως γλυκά της μαμάς μου. Ο καφές στο snack bar θα μπορούσε να είναι πιο ποιοτικός.

• Viktoria (10/5): Beautiful location, delicious food, one of the most relaxing stays we’ve ever had! - We absolutely loved the location of this resort – with the majestic mountain rising beautifully in the background and the crystal-clear sea stretching out in front. The stunning contrast created such a serene and visually satisfying atmosphere, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The food was also amazing! The breakfast pancakes were simply perfect. The Trigona dessert was a highlight, truly one of the most memorable sweets I’ve ever tasted. The gym was also great to use. The staff were very friendly, which added to the overall great experience )) We had a room with a double bed and a single bed, but the ‘double’ bed was too tiny for a pleasant sleep for two..

Был неприятный случай, когда на пляж пришли посторонние люди, скинули вещи с лежаков отдыхающих гостей из Франции и заняли лежаки.

• Donato (10/5): Un last-minute meraviglioso - Il Resort è BELLISSIMO, con tanto verde molto curato e direttamente sul mare. Tutto lo staff è stato molto cordiale e disponibile. Abbiamo avuto un problema con il condizionatore e ci hanno offerto varie alternative tra cui l'upgrade, e la nostra vacanza è diventata doppiamente meravigliosa con vista sul mare. L'all inclusive è meraviglioso, c'e sempre uno dei tanti bar aperti con qualsiasi cocktail alcolico e non, tanti snack dal dolce al salato e tanta frutta. Il ristorante a buffet offre tanta varietà sia di cibo che di bevande, la taverna nn l'abbiamo provata perché siamo rimasti 6 giorni ed è solo x chi soggiorna almeno 7 giorni. L'animazione buona, sono stati carini e non troppi invadenti, unico appunto essendo un'agenzia di animazione francese, parlavano solo francese, e non riuscivamo a capire tutto, ma io e mia figlia ci siamo divertite molto a giocare a kahoot in francese ed assistere allo spettacolo anni 2000 con i brani dei francesi. Ma con un po' di inglese lei forse avrebbe partecipato al gruppo 13-17 anni. Ci sono due aree piscine, quella del relax dove non è permesso tuffarsi ed i bambini devono essere accompagnati e quella dove si fanno giochi, tuffi e attività con gli animatori, dove mio figlio ha passato l'intera vacanza. La spiaggia è di sassolini ma a riva si trova anche la sabbia, il mare è spettacolare!! Che dire, nonostante il nostro sia stato un last-minute preso così, 4 giorni prima della partenza, per problemi di salute di mio figlio nei mesi precedenti, siamo rimasti davvero colpiti. Grazie per aver reso questi giorni Meravigliosi. La pasta è da rivedere perché troppo scotta.
• Alfred (8/5): - We had a very good experience staying at this all-inclusive hotel. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of choices and great quality at every meal. The customer service was outstanding as well — staff were always friendly, helpful, and made the stay feel special. The beach was another highlight: clean, well-kept, and a beautiful place to relax. On the other hand, there isn’t much to do around the hotel outside of the property, so if you’re looking for activities or exploring the area, options are quite limited. Also, the evening entertainment was only in French, which made it hard to fully enjoy if you don’t speak the language.
• Maiorano (5/5): Mare bello ma attenzione ai servizi - Il mare su cui si affaccia il villaggio è veramente bello e cristallino, raramente sporco. L'unica pecca era il tanfo di fogna che predominava tutto il resort. Vorrei mettere in evidenza, e sopratutto scriverlo a caratteri cubitali, il villaggio Kinetta è a predominanza francese. Pertanto abbiamo scoperto solo una volta arrivati che l''animazione è tutta in francese, la cucina del ristorante è tendenzialmente francese con pochi prodotti tipici. Anche l'animazione per bambini e ragazzi non è inclusiva, lo dico per esperienza personale, perché mia figlia è stata mandata via dall'animatore stesso del club per ragazzi solo perché parlava esclusivamente inglese. Un altro grande problema è la comunicazione della reception che è assente, solo un receptionist capiva bene l'inglese ed è stato l'unico disponibile a spiegare come funzionassero le attività. In più, le sdraio in spiaggia e in piscina non possono essere prenotate. Se si vuole passare una giornata tranquilla in spiaggia o in piscina bisogna svegliarsi all'alba per occupare i lettini ed evitare situazioni spiacevoli. In breve: la comunicazione è scarsa, i servizi sono pochi e vengono spiegati in maniera confusa e gli animatori sono poco inclusivi e non sanno l'inglese rendendo più difficile la comunicazione con gli ospiti non di lingua francese. L'unica cosa che merita questo villaggio è il mare su cui si affaccia.

• Paola (7/5): Vacanza relax - Il mare è bellissimo ed il personale è molto disponibile e sollecito nel risolvere qualsiasi inconveniente. La struttura è un pò datata e l'animazione è solo in francese. Al di fuori della struttura non c'è nulla.

• ANITA (1/5): Τραγικό κλαίω τα λεφτά μου - Θετικά οι κυρίες που καθαρίζουν τα δωμάτια , τα οποία σε μέγεθος είναι ικανοποιητικά  και γενικά κάποιοι από το προσωπικό, που παρόλο που ήταν λιγοστά για τόσο κόσμο, έβαζαν τα δυνατά τους να εξυπηρετήσουν.Στο μεσημεριανό και δείπνο υπάρχει ποικιλία φαγητού και φρούτων και γλυκών. Τραγικό! Η χρέωση είναι για ένα καλό resort χωρίς όμως να διαθέτει τις ανάλογες παροχές. Ένας χώρος που φτιάχτηκε το 1960 με 1970 και παραμένει έτσι. Οι εγκαταστάσεις θέλουν ανακαίνιση .Απάτη από τις φωτογραφίες μέχρι το all inclusive, απο που να ξεκινήσω. Αρχικά το μέρος απευθύνεται μόνο σε Γάλλους που μπορούν και τους κοροϊδεύουν , όλες οι δραστηριότητες είναι αποκλειστικά γι αυτούς. Δεν κατανοώ πώς πίνουν και τρώνε αυτά που σερβίρονται! Οι Γάλλοι θεωρούνται ευφυής άνθρωποι! Τα ποτά είναι μια άγνωστη μάρκα μπομπα και δεν πίνονται  με αυτά παρασκευαζουν κάτι μπλε πράσινα και κόκκινα κοκτέιλ. Με χρέωση 15 ευρώ το ποτό πίνεις ένα κανονικό, αυτό ισχύει και για τον καφέ που τον πληρώνεις και το νερό επίσης ,μόνο ο φίλτρου είναι στην τιμή . Η ποιότητα των προϊόντων ούτε σε δομή μεταναστών δεν δίνονται!!!Από την στιγμή που πατάς το πόδι σου αρχίζει το ατελείωτο κυνηγητό για ξαπλώστρα από τις επτά το πρωί, ουρά για πρωινό,ουρά για σνακ ουρά για όλα. Το δωμάτιο παλιό η πόρτα  δεν μπορεί να ανοίξει με το κλειδί,(910 δωμάτιο) και ούτε κλείνει εύκολα, φωνάζαμε τρεις φορές συντηρητή που τελικά δεν έκανε κάτι, χωρίς πρίζες  , χαλασμένα ελατήρια στο στρώμα με μια τεράστια τρύπα στην αριστερή πλευρά μας είπαν ότι θα αλλάξουν το στρώμα αλλά ακόμη περιμένουμε.  Η πισίνα έχει σπασμένα πλακάκια που κόβεις άνετα το πόδι σου .Μόνο θέρετρο δεν το λες. Παρουσία ναυαγοσώστη στην παραλία ανύπαρκτη! Υπάρχει μόνο μια ταμπέλα που ενημερώνει γι αυτό. Κατάλληλο μόνο για Γάλλους και όσους δεν έχουν πάει σε θέρετρο ,resort άλλη φορά .

• VASILIKI (10/5): - Πολύ καλός μπουφές! Η τοποθεσία τέλεια και βολική, πολύ κοντά στον προαστιακό. Η παραλία επίσης. Μας αναβάθμισαν το δωμάτιο δωρεάν ακριβώς δίπλα στην παραλία ! Τα δωμάτια ήταν άνετα και καθαρά και μας άλλαζαν πετσέτες καθημερινά. Όλα ήταν πολύ καλα

The only slight reservation was the restaurant where the breakfast food was often cold/lukewarm and a little more choice (occasional curry?) would be well received. The Zen pool is lovely though the bar was never open in the morning which would have been nice.
• anthony (8/5): Un très bon séjour - L'hôtel est bien situé, à proximité de l'autoroute, mais sans les nuisances de l'autoroute. Globalement, les repas étaient bons. Les animations étaient bien dans l'ensemble. L'hôtel est propre, le personnel est gentil et serviable. Les boissons à volonté ne sont vraiment pas bonnes. Les animations sont exclusivement dédiées aux francophones. Les playlists lors des soirées sont un peu vieillottes (années 80-90 ! )
• Vince (7/5): Pleasant. Food passable. Location fantastic. - The beach side location is incredible. The pools are clean and large enough. The staff are friendly. The food needs just a little more love and variety and organisation at meal time. Some English entertainment would have been nice.
• AngelT (9/5): - All the staff!! without exception, always polite, friendly good people and willing to help in every aspect of any accomodation and service you may need.they main reason I ll revisit the place. Comfortable spaces , large gardens, clean,all inclusive is not stingy like most all inclusive hotels even 5stars in the nearby area😂 The french people from group travel agencies, put hotel towels mostly ,early in the morning (7am) in every sun loungers without using them all day. After an hr or so, the hotel must empty these towels, so the rest of us can accomodate too!Most of them, even double reserve pool and beach loungers!!so it's hard to find seat even with so many large areas the hotel provides.These known habits some people have ,can easily be arranged though from the hotel management ,as many hotels abroad do To these cases😉 Dinner must have more choices but again the staff find solutions if you ask.

• Ioan Mihail (10/5): Foarte plăcut pentru familii cu copii - Camera curata și încăpătoare pentru doi adulți și doi copii mari, având doua paturi mari, și nu pat dublu plus canapea extensibila ca în alte hoteluri. Mâncarea foarte bună și alimentata în continuu. Marea extrem de liniștită, fără valuri, chiar și când bătea vântul. Plaja este cu pietre, recomand sa aveți încălțări de plaja( noi avem din decathlon), iar apa este liniștită și nu e adâncă. Sunt terenuri de sport, se pot împrumuta mingi de la recepție. După 10 seara se închid toate sursele de galagie, piscine, etc si poti sa te odihnești fara probleme, comparativ cu Mamaia in Romania unde iti bubuie muzica de la toate terasele pana la 4 dimineața. Rămâne doar barul principal deschis unde se mai organizează evenimente pentru copii, dar doar în limba franceză, de către agenția TUI care operează aici în resort. Pentru copiii noștri nu erau totuși de interes fiind prea mari pentru joculețele organizate. Singura problema a fost faptul ca oamenii își "rezervau" toate șezlongurile în avans lăsând de la 7 dimineața prosoapele pe ele, iar în unele zile nu găseam nimic liber, chiar dacă ele erau fizic ocupate de oameni reali doar în proporție de 15%. Își lăsau prosoape pe ele, și majoritatea veneau la plaja dupa ora 11, dacă nu și mai târziu. Într-una din zile am făcut plângere la recepție, și am fost ajutat sa primim și noi o umbrela cu doua șezlonguri. Observasem ca oamenii aduși de agenția TUI primesc o ședință de informare la începutul sejurului intr-o sala de evenimente, unde probabil sunt puși in tema de acest lucru. Adică nu înțeleg de ce e nevoie de ședința de informare pentru sosirea într-un resort, unde oricum ai panouri peste tot cu informări despre ce sa faci...

Would be nice to have toilet seats on the toilets

• Andrew (10/5): - First time in an all inclusive resort. Overall impression was good. Not surprisingly the quality of the beer, wines and spirits was a little disappointing. Generally the food was fine if sometimes the breakfast food was a little cold. Particularly enjoyed the Taverna dinner. Fabulous location and beautifully clean. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

• Jaime (8/5): Beautiful seaside resort and long beaches for long walks - We very much enjoyed our stay. The resort is beautiful and the service is excellent. Unfortunately there were large groups of school children also staying at the resort that kept us awake most of the night. The hotel manager kindly upgraded us but that did not stop the children from continuing to waking us up at 3, 4 and 5 in the morning.

The frog in the pond :) Locals in and around pitta and grill restaurant.( really good food and staff) off site not connected to the hotel. New owners and i met one (very nice gentleman) and speaking with him i get the feeling the place is only going to get better and better. Id love to be there at peak season so anyone reading this planning a trip id highly reccomend the resort. It was my dads first holiday in over 20 years and he returned home a new man from good food and rest so thankyou to everyone @kinetta beach resort. Not hotels fault but lack of scooter rentals. We went at beginning of season so most services were unavailable but this is not a complaint as i understand. Taxi prices are extortionate!!!! But thats not hotels fault either.
• Lowenthal (1/5): Do not stay here if you are over 25 years old. You will not enjoy it at all. Ridiculous standards - Nothing. it was terrible and i wish i had never spent my money there. Literally nothing good to say about this place or the staff at the reception or the room itself which was revolting as well as the food. The room looks NOTHING like the foto i saw on the site, which is also the fault of Booking.com really. The room was small and filthy. i had hairs on my pillow and sheets. There was a second room in the "family room" of which the door is unable to close! it hits the tiny bed in there and cannot be closed. The matrasses if you can call them that, were terrible and gave us both back aches. Also, there are no electricity outlets to use other than one! which is also not near any bed. There was so much noise at night and the property did nothing about that either. One of the worst stays of my life. Unreal this place. It's not a hotel at all. it's rooms around a pool and near the beach and nothing else. There was no coffee or tea even in the room, which was not mentioned in the online details about this place.

• Marlène (8/5): - établissement propre et près de la plage. Le tout inclus est moyen car café soluble et jus de fruits chimique. Le tout inclus fait penser à une cantine de base. La nourriture est basique et ne fait pas penser à des spécialités grecques... L'hébergement est très confortable mais les chambres très vieillissantes. Rapport qualité prix assez correct pour un séjour.
