Guest Reviews
- Amber (2/5): - Unprofessional and very rude
- Verified traveler (2/5): - They claimed i had no reservation even after showing them my confirmation. No offer of a room… nothing. I was forced to find another hotel at the last minute at much higher cost (weekend at tourist high season).
- Verified traveler (10/5): - the staff is very professional and the location is perfect if that's your concern.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Small but clean
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Didn’t have parking at night
- Verified traveler (2/5): - There were used condom wrappers in the room. The wifi wasn't working when we were there, maybe that's what they always say though..
- Jose (2/5): Is a trash hotel - 1st I will never book there again the place is a trash no towels they charge more then they say I had to look somewhere else to stay the night I want my money back. I can’t believe that hotels.com have them in their website terrible place.
- Alvin (8/5): - The lady behind the counter had no people skills
- Doug (2/5): - I was treated horribly by the manager of this property. I made a reservation and then called the hotel to cancel about one hour later. The person I spoke to did not speak English very well but assured me that I would not be charged. Then they ended up charging me one night on my credit card. They refused to offer a refund.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Great little place to stay - Very quaint and clean hotel. We were on the second floor next to the maintenance shop and it was left open. The room was clean albeit a little outdated. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!
- Derwyn (8/5): High marks for this small establishment. - I left my phone charger and they let me use their phone to call my mom. Very nice of them.
- Tanya (2/5): Awful motel. - When we first arrived, we were checked into a dirty, smoking room. The room hadn't been serviced and looked like someone had just checked out. Also, I requested non-smoking. The second room was better, but there was ash and [what looked like] dog kibble on the bathroom floor. There was mold on the shower curtains at the bottom and the smoke detector had been completely removed from the wall (the wires left hanging). At one point during the stay, one of the men (the younger of the two I saw there) working at the hotel let himself into my room with their key. Just opened up the door for whatever reason. That was pretty upsetting, luckily I was fully clothed while on the bed. Also, at 7 am when I was packing up my car my room key decided to stop working entirely and no one would answer at the office. Luckily we had planned to be out most of the day but that was still very annoying. The bathroom window was faced directly into the parking lot of another business that was a level up - so whoever was walking by could look directly down into your window through the chain link fence. Parking was crap, if you got back too late you wouldn't have a spot and some were even double parking/blocking in others.
- Amanda (4/5): - The room was not very clean, they charged my card twice, they were rude towards me but kind to my husband. My husband had to take pictures of the room to ensure that we were not charged for damages that were already present. He also brought in a blanket and pillow for me from the car because he did not feel comfortable with me using their linen's.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Nice hotel - The place was nice and clean no bed bugs and this hotel was in great shape
- Angie (10/5): Convenient - Every two weeks my husband and I have been staying here same room and we love it , he works out of town and I hope we keep getting the same room . Man at the desk was nice .
- louis (2/5): Worst stay - Manager was horrible, bad customer service. Unaware of late check out fee when specifically asked the night before what would be reasons why we would not get deposit back
- Barbara (4/5): A Dump - The room provided the basics, towels, pillows, filthy comforter.
The only good service was check in & check out
- Verified traveler (4/5): Displaced Fsmily - Family displaced by fire to our home. Hotel Owners very disrespectful. Room had leaks in ceiling, mildew in bathroom. Roaches, room wasn't properly sanitized.
- Verified traveler (4/5): A place to smash not stay for extended purposes - Too many opportunities to take more money out of my wallet
- Debbie and Lamo (6/5): Small but nice - The Lodge is going through some major renovations. I could tell it was a "no tell motel" at one time. The room we had was brand new, small, efficient yet very clean. The manager was very nice.
