• Mackintosh-King (3/5): - Staff were kind upon arrival and leaving. Good location. We paid 1.3million KRW for a five night stay, the place was dirty, there were old dried up contact lenses from a previous stay on the back of the bed board, and bugs in the bathroom. I messaged the hotel via booking.com and they never even bothered to respond. I'd heard another person complaining to the reception staff already that day about the state of their room so I didn't want to add to their stress but it really isn't good enough. No windows so it's really dark. Just seems old and tired. I paid too much and honestly want some money back for this place.

• ABE (7/5): Busy young people area with excellent food options and location - The free bottle water and canned drinks. The address location was a little concerning,but Overall area was great. We walked or hopped into a taxi easily. The staff was very helpful with our requests. The bathroom didn’t have a shower curtain or glass divider (There was water splashing all over)

Staff was very helpful great for a first time stay. Price was great for the location no breakfast but coffee and water in the lobby Towels were smaller than we thought maybe it's Korea but need a bigger towel we had to get them at Costco. Bed was a little harder than we're use too but decent size

Boutons d'éclairage très très mal placés,il faut éteindre avant de se coucher,rien à côté du lit ??? En plus derrière le portant à vêtements ? Pfff! Pas assez de cintres , Baignoire s'écoule mal ! Pas de tablettes dans la SDB pour poser ses affaires de toilette ! Chambre non insonorisée ! Porte se ferme mal !

Easy to access to metro n not very far for major tourist attractions So many good restaurants, street food and convenience store for your basic needs. The tv and the entertainment system was awesome. If better the hotel provide proper window to enjoy the street view or take fresh air. The cleanliness was not that fantastic but good. Can be more details. Toilet no water facility to wash after our business (I know this was common issue in Korea) but hotel can take some consideration about it.

• Kenneth (5/5): Good for its value - Good location for young people looking for a nice cheap place to stay. The location has many bars and restaurants to eat at right at the door step I didn’t like the smoking rooms
• Eng Itt (5/5): It was ok due to the location but the hotel rooms need better planning. - The location. The room and bathroom design could have better planned. Bedroom: Should have an area for us to place and open our luggage bags. Bathroom: No bidet pipe. No glass door for the shower area? Didnt like the fact that it is a wet toilet.

• Malin (8/5): - Very lively and fun area with great transportation options nearby. Myeongdong is a 15 min walk away, insadong 5 minute walk away, gyeongbokgung palace 15min walk away. Many restaurants and small shops nearby but the street outside could get a bit noisy so I would recommend to bring earplugs. Staff always greeted us when we came in, very friendly, but all signs at the hotel were in Korean so we had a bit of trouble with understanding. Room was big and clean, only the mirror was a bit dirty. Many electrical outlets which is good. You could see into the bathroom from the room which is a bit weird but worked for us. Would consider to stay again! :)

• Alison (6/5): Close to centre, big room, late check in - Lovely reception staff who let me use the toilet in a very uncleaned room. Close to subway . Nicely decorated rooms. Check in was 8pm! It would have cost 40000 won (a lot in Korea) for an earlier check in. I will certainly look at booking details more carefully as this time was stated on the confirmation email. It felt like quite a sleazy location, call girl cards scattered up the alley that the hotel opened on to. Fridge didn’t work. Other People’s hair on the floor.

• Thi (8/5): Very good - The best thing is staff attitude. All of them are very friendly, feeling that they are not really good at English, but they tried to communicate English with me. The facility is okay, but not new. The location is great, just go outside and at night, it was very crowded by many pocha. You can get subway just few walks away.

• Mohamed (3/5): Poor - Have you ever heard of a hitel where your checkin time is 8pm? And you are not allowed for anytime before 8 pm. So if you arrive with you bag at 5 or 6 you stay in the street with you bag until 8pm then you go to sleep because tired of carrying you bags until 8pm. All the towls were stained with BLOOD. who knows what type of blood was that.

• Verified traveler (4/5): it's a love hotel - It's actually a love hotel with glasses bathroom which means you can kind of see the person showering from the bedroom... may not be the best option when you are travelling with a friend/family.

• George (8/5): Better than average. - Good sized room, with enough main facilities. Only one available power outlet - nowhere near the desk area. Available - computer, TV, set top box, internet, kettle, shower robes, fridge. Microwave is in lobby No drawers, hanging space for two hangers - so live out of the suitcase. Towels typical small, needing three to get dry. Some reviews say iffy area, but apart from a lot of hotels close by and a dingy looking side street entrance, no negative experiences. Excellent check-in - late at night and just handed me a key card on identification - early morning check-out same.

• Hitomi (6/5): 場所は便利です。 - 場所は、とくに治安が悪くはないですが、周りはラブホも多いし、おじさん向けの飲み屋とかが多いので、気になる方は避けたほうがよいかも。 地下鉄も３路線ありますし、バス停からもそれほど遠くはないので、私的には便利です。 部屋は、入った瞬間いろんな意味でびっくりしましたが、一人だったのでそのうちなれました。 窓はありますが、ふつう想像するような窓ではなく、鏡の後ろが一応窓で、空気の入れ替えができる程度です。 チェックアウトが１３時になっていますが、当日聞いたら、１４時までＯＫだったので助かりました。
• Steven (8/5): 房間設施有待加強 - 毛巾，被褥，床單有點兒太舊了，需要更換。 房間有些地方需要維修。 但每天都會免費送水和三罐飲品，下面大堂也會定期更換一些零食或者小吃免費供應給住客。
• Jihwan (6/5): 접근성은 좋지만, 2% 부족한 호텔 - 컬리넌 호텔 중 가장 별로얐다. 상대적으로 침구류 청결 상태 불량, 세면대 거울장 파손 미조치, 호텔측의 체크아웃 시간 착오 등 허점이 많았다. 하지만 호텔 위치만큼은 정말 좋은 듯하다.
• HYEONG JIK (2/5): 정말 청소가 필요한 곳 - 처음 들어간 방 커튼에 자욱한 먼지를 보고 방을 교체. 다음 들어간 방 침대 머리 위 먼지 자욱. 2번씩이나 클레임 걸고 싶지 않아 더 말 안했지만 아무리 위치가 좋아도 깨끗해야 할 필요가 있음
• Verified traveler (2/5): Definitely won't stay in this hotel again - This hotel may be suitable for couples to stay for 1-2 hours, but not suitable for any kind of travellers. The check-in time stated on Hotels.com was 2pm, but the front desk staff told us that room would only be available at 10pm. In this case, we were worried that the room might be rented to some other people in between. (After negotiation, the hotel was able to provide a room to us upon arrival.) The table in the room next to the bed was dusty. We requested that no tidy up of room was needed. But, when we went back to hotel, we found that the room was tidy up and all our personal belongings (including suitcase) were all being put on a table (originally in different places in the room). Good points were that it was quite near to metro station and there were restaurants and convenient stores nearby.
