• Lada (7/5): A good stay - The rooms were good and clean, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There were nice breakfast options with a good variety to choose from. The only downside was that by 9:00 am many dishes were already unavailable, so it’s better to come earlier.

• Gema (10/5): Fantastico hotel - El hotel es genial, buena piscina e inmejorable la atencion del personal del hotel. Solo le falta acondicionar mejor el gimnasio y tener mas stock de alcohol y comida para ser perfecto, ya me muchas cosas estaban sold out.

• Sebastian (9/5): Wunderbar! Auch für längere Aufenthalte - Wunderbarer Staff, wir wurden sehr höflich und zuvorkommend umsorgt trotz der großen Menge an weiteren Gästen. Service eine 10/10! Uns hat wirklich alles gut gefallen :)

• Oscar (7/5): Comfortable option when in-transit to Bali! - Nice hotel when in-transit to Bali, rooms are comfortable and the pool is nice. Breakfast better then expected and my children loved the fluffy donuts (according to them best breakfast snack from our entire trip :-) The hotel is a bit off frontje city centre, too bad because when driving through next day, Banyuwangi seemed quite pleasant.
• Nilesh (4/5): - The call to prayer sound was so loud it prevented us from resting. Moving rooms helped alittle but you can still hear ir. Ants in both rooms. Very little options for vegetarians although the dining staff are very friendly and try to accommodate. Aisha (supervisor)completely wasted so much of our time on a simple change to our reservation. Front staff dont understand English well. Manager was nice. Breakfast was pretty awful quality and mostly Indonesian. Most fried in oil or too sweet. Wouldnt stay here again.

• Ida (8/5): Nice family hotel perfect to end our week in Banyuwangi. - We were party of 3, my husband and my 24 yo son staying in Deluxe King Room with extra bed. We like that the room is spacious and it has the amenities we expected. The room has the balcony which we could open to let the fresh air runs. I liked it that it has decent swimming pool which I used it every day during our 3 days/2 nights there. The bed was comfortable, water pressure and water heater were fine, overall we had nice stay in the hotel. Hotel also located in the city center, allowed us to travel to some restaurants and shopping place. The staffs were also extremely helpful and friendly. Santika needs to upgrade TV to SmartTV. We ended up not watching anything in the tv since we could not stream our movie and tennis to the TV. We were extremely disappointed with the breakfast. Despite variety of food, the taste was not great. The food seems bland although the desserts were good. But main course and others were not tasty. I expected more from Santika after having to stay in other Santika in many places and many years. The gym was also disappointing, very small and didnt allow good exercise, I decided not to use it at all and happy it has decent swimming pool instead. Santika could also use more greenery in the area around swimming pool, lobby and parking area. It will make the look more pleasant.

• James (8/5): Just fine! - The hotel is very good with good service. The breakfast is very good with lots of options. The area around the hotel is not good for walking. Sidewalks are broken and hard to walk in the evening.

• Natasha (10/5): Comfortable getaway for exploring Banyuwangi - We loved the spacious room, which was really comfortable after our days exploring. We are at the restaurant for the three days we were there and it was great with vegetarian options which was perfect for us. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Irfan in the restaurant, who gave us amazing service. Would stay at this hotel again for sure.

• Chris (8/5): Very good - Location and rooms were great. Recently renovated and well presented. As a young family it was good the restaurant was next to the pool so kids could play while others ate. Hotel has supplied a few water toys and a play area so this was also appreciated Breakfast was little limited with less options and many items were sold out meaning empty plates. Some times like pasties were gone quickly and not refilled. We tried the room service and it was good. .

Clean comfortable and accommodating. They even have vegan options on the menu. Definitely enjoyed the fruits and vegetables on the breakfast buffet as well. Incredible service from the on-site restaurant manager madam thank you!

There was a carcass lizard trapped in the door frame - Spotting linen (duvet cover, bed sheet) - The breakfast experience was very awful, the food quality was tasteless and even the fruit was not fresh at all - Stain bathroom floor - Definitely not worth for the value
