Majority of things are either broken or filthy. Staff has no experience, to put it in prospective, restaurant staff had no idea what a flat white coffee was.

- Tanvi (6/5): Not happy - Ambiance I was quite disappointed with my recent experience at Namah Resort Jim Corbett, a member of Radisson Individuals, particularly with the dining services. The food was not at all good in taste, and the menu options were very limited, which made it difficult to find suitable choices. For the quality and variety offered, the pricing felt completely unjustified. We have visited many properties of Radission and satisfied with services but this was quite disappointing. Additionally, the restaurant staff did not seem adequately trained to attend to guests with the professionalism expected from a 5-star hotel. The level of service was well below the standard, and overall, the dining experience fell far short of expectations. I hope the management takes this feedback constructively and works on improving both food quality and staff training.

- Paresh Nath (4/5): Without warmth - Highly recommended property lacks friendly treatment by staff. For example the welcome drink was not cold and served in a small glass. What was given is not clear. The A/c system has no provision of remote and is mounted on a wall while all users now look for remote on the bed. Linen in room was damp and has slight odour. Announced HI-TEA was tea in tumbler with two varieties of cookies and no cooked snacks. Dinner and breakfast were just okay with no special taste.
