The facilities were really good, we enjoyed the pool area. The staff were very accommodating and lovely from the moment we arrived. We would definitely stay here again! Loved Singapore! - The appartment was really nice, the pool was fantastic and the facilities such as the gym were really good. There was a shopping centre immediately next to the appartments and plenty of places to eat. The MRT line wasn't on one of the main lines so getting places required us to change lines quite a bit, but it was still ok and very easy to get around. The MRT is very cheap and really efficient. Not far from all the main places.

• Maree (10/5): Except apartment accommodation - Had checked it out in person back in 2019. Two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and laundry. What’s not to like. Needed more teabags.
• Reinis (10/5): 10/10 - Excellent location and very spacious apartments. We stayed as a family with three children, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was large and fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, dishes, and utensils. There was also a separate laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. Water and coffee capsules were delivered daily upon request, and even small things like extra toilet paper were promptly provided when needed. The view from the windows was outstanding, with windows facing both sides of the building. The swimming pool was long and deep enough—perfect for proper lap swimming. An excellent place with wonderful staff. We will definitely return to Great World Residences next time. Thank you!

Mall, food court, grocery store and parking without needing to leave the building. MRT, bus stop, park, hawker center 1 block away. It was perfect for our family stay. Highly recommend and can't wait to return. NA

• Fellina Widiatmo (7/5): Will stay again just because the location near mall, also they have a good big playground for children. - Access to mall, easy to find foods and supermarket. The faciities like washing machine and dryer is very helpful especially with the kids. Housekeeping only twice a week and they did in the afternoon at 2pm, not morning. And when we asked if they can came back a bit later at 3pm would be great because my baby was sleeping, she said can only at 2.30pm and cannot be negotiate because they will go back home. So we have to wake the baby up so they can do cleaning and go back home. Also they charged twice for the laundry, after that they ran to the room and gave back the credits.

• Jessica (9/5): I love staying here. Loved it super much!! Would recommend it! - Wonderful apartment, nice furniture, clean spaces, and great appliances. Bathrooms felt fresh. Housekeeping very diligent. I loved that the hotel could accommodate early check-in, provided post service (postcards), and a baggage scale upon request. All the personnel I interacted with were extremely pleasant and helpful. The gym was clean and modern. The closeness to the mall and public transportation were just perfect. The AC in the bedroom was placed so it faced the bed. We are unaccustomed to AC and could not use it as it got too cold with the draft directly in our faces. One of us found the bed too hard, while the other found it perfectly comfy. Would have preferred blinds in the kitchen; now I felt like I had to be perfectly decent to make my morning coffee. But these things are very minor - the positive experience totally outweighed it.

• Grant (10/5): Great apartment for an 8 night stay - amazing pool, excellent location to the mall and MRT - We had a fantastic stay at the great world residences. The pool was a major highlight. It was huge but always so clean and the perfect temperature to cool off. Lots of lovely loungers always available too and it was typically not very busy at all. The two hot tubs attached to the pool were great too. We used the free pickle ball court one time too and they lent us paddles and balls for free. The apartment itself was lovely and so well equipped with everything we needed. We had a 3 bedroom apartment. One of the rooms was quite small but worked fine for our 2 teenage girls. The mall only a few minutes walk is great with a supermarket to get all your needs. We went to the hawker for food just across the road one night too which was nice. Having the MRT in the mall was also very useful and getting a grab taxi was good with the location perfect for getting around. All in all a fantastic 8 nights.
• Mark (10/5): Fantastic place to stay for a family with young children - For a family staying in Singapore, if you can afford it, Great World Residence serviced apartments are amazing. The location is fantastic, the mall below is so useful, the facilities are great, the staff are great. The only thing is it is pricey, but that is usual for Singapore. If you're looking for somewhere to stay with young children, I highly recommend it. Obviously it is expensive, but that is Singapore and you get what you pay for.

• Gabrielle (8/5): It was good and we enjoyed our stay mostly. - The location and space of the 3 bdrm apartment. Easy to get on train and go wherever you want. Facilities were good too. The beds where too hard and the step in and out of the bathrooms where annoying. Hurt my big toe and my 3 yr old grandson tripped and fell on the floor. Thankfully he was not injured. Need double glazed windows in bedrooms.

Able to use hanging space in both bedrooms. A bonus was the attached shopping centre and supermarkets. There was direct access to the MRT through the shopping centre.

We were extremely comfortable and at home. They have thought of everything. Pool was great. Staff were super helpful. I would certainly go back! Not a big deal but some deckchairs with umbrellas to protect against the sun by the pool would be great

• Sun Hee (10/5): A Great Winning Stay at Great World Serviced Apartments! - I loved the warm reception of the staff as well as the apartment's direct connection to the Great World shopping mall that also offers a diverse selection of dining options ranging from local Singaporean dishes to delicious Italian cuisine to even spicy South Korean street food! The fact that I couldn't stay longer.

Apartments were spacious, amenities excellent. Having apartment serviced twice in a week was good too. No refill of coffee pods at twice weekly room service.

Standouts were the size of the apartment was excellent for 4 adults, the staff were helpful and friendly, the location was unbelievably convenience to a mall, cleanliness of the whole place was a cut above, superb facilities (swimming pool big enough for laps and leisure, gym, communal areas, basketball half court and pickle ball). All the at home amenities including washer/dryer/ironing board and kitchen appliances including toaster and rice cooker. Super convenient next door to Great World Shopping Centre which has a selection of great shops and supermarket (Cold storage) and MRT. Short walk to the Zion Hawkers Market for local food. Large pool was handy for the kids to cool down. There is play equipment and a tennis court, but we didn't get a chance to try them. We would stay again. Not cheap, but everything in Singapore is like that. Compared to other hotels/apartments it was actually pretty reasonable as 3 bedroom stays are hard to get.

• Jongedyk (8/5): great location and very affordable - Central to Singapore attractions and getting a taxi was easy. Supermarket in the mall was very close and had all our requirements. Hotel staff and security were lovely. room had all the amenities including a washer and a drier. Would stay here again 2 singles a queen and a murphy bed. Booking was for 3 rooms. Murphy bed was uncomfortable, maybe a different room considering the amount of guests on the booking (4 adults and a child).
