Me levanté con un poco de molestias estomacales, y me ofrecieron una manzanilla (infusión). Lo mejor, es que a la mañana siguiente, se acordaban y me preguntaron cómo estaba ese día y si podía desayunar algo sólido, un poco al menos.. De lujo la atención.

• Maria-Chiara (8/5): SIVIGLIA, DAVVERO UNA BELLISSIMA CITTA' NEL CUORE DELL'ANDALUSIA! - Struttura: palazzina in pieno centro storico, ristrutturata e trasformata in un accogliente B&B; dotata di ascensore, di una zona accoglienza con divani e poltrone e di un terrazzo sul tetto da cui godere di un bel panorama, Posizione: ottima e molto centrale, in un quartiere vivace e pieno di locali in cui poter comodamente cenare la sera. Molto comoda per visitare il centro storico e tutte le zone di maggior interesse. Parcheggio: non disponibile. Non avendo l'auto siamo comunque arrivate dall'aeroporto comodamente in taxi ad una tariffa piuttosto economica di Eur 27,00 (tratta aeroporto - centro storico). Staff: cordiale e disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta, in alcuni casi parlante anche italiano. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno omaggiato di un bicchiere di birra alla spina fresca, una gentilezza molto apprezzata. Camera e bagno: pulita, graziosa, ordinata, non tanto grande ma con un bell'affaccio sulla piazzetta sottostante e dotata di tanti comforts così come il bagno dove però manca il bidet. Colazione: abbondante, sia dolce che salata, con anche prodotti freschi, in parte a buffet e in parte servita, fruibile al piano terra nell'area comune. Discreto rapporto qualità/prezzo Sinceramente non amo il letto "matrimoniale alla francese" ma la descrizione della stanza era chiara e lo prevedeva fin da principio e quindi ce lo aspettavamo. Nel bagno non c'era il bidet ma anche in questo caso la descrizione menzionava questa mancanza e quindi lo sapevamo. Detto questo però, pur sapendo della mancanza di questi due elementi, ritengo che la tariffa giornaliera della stanza sia tale da non giustificarne tanto la mancanza...

La colazione soddisfacente e la cucina è a disposizione per gli ospiti anche la sera tardi. La camera matrimoniale è piccola, ci è stata data una camera vicino alla scala,non siamo state fortunate perchè c'erano ospiti rumorosi che fino a tarda notte mettevano musica ad altissimo volume. Il bagno non era particolarmente pulito. C'è stato fornito un solo asciugamano per il viso (eravamo in due).

Notre chambre était toute petite, assez bruyante, on entend énormément les voisins et une salle d’eau qui sentait les remontées d’égouts. L’emplacement vaut le coup malgré tout.

Carina la colazione del mattino servita nella saletta . La descrizione della gesthouse da Booking e’ molto fuorviante perche’ la mia aspettativa era quella di una piccola pensione ( gesthouse) curata ma le le foto delle camere sono assai distanti dalla realtà .Ho scelto una stanza standard e abbiamo avuto per la prima notte una stanza molto molto piccola con una piccola finestra interna ( piu’ un cavedio che un cortile interno) e un bagno dal forte odore di ritorno di fogna. Dietro richiesta i restanti giorni abbiamo avuto una stanza migliore ma sotto le aspettative visto che per 4 notti abbiamo speso 575 euro . Non e’ un prezzo per una struttura cosi semplice . Puo’ andare bene un ostello se la posizione e’ buona ma non a questo prezzo. 2 addetti alla reception gentili , gli altri a stento ci hanno salutati la mattina e la sera . Un po’ piu’ di cura del cliente ci sarebbe piaciuta.

• loic (7/5): Il y a beaucoup mieux aussi bien placé. - L’emplacement, le calme. La chambre , la seule au dernier étage, ne ressemble absolument pas aux diverses photos du site. C’est fonctionnel et minimaliste, on y dort bien mais on n’a aucune envie d’y rester un peu une fois éveillé…à 210 euros la nuit , c’est raide.

• IRENE (10/5): - I loved everything about this place. Centrally located to all landmarks. Staff provided excellent communication for check in. Staff set up reservation for a Flamenco show which was amazing. Suggestions provided for restaurants which were fantastic. Daily chats with front desk employee Luciano, made me feel like family. Housekeeping was fantastic and no issues while I stayed. My room had a balcony which we loved. Rooftop terrace was a plus for relaxing. 20 minute walk from train station, 20 minutes to bus station I would recommend this place and return to same hotel when visiting Seville again. I liked everything. No complaints from me.

Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis stimmt da aber wirklich nicht, auch wenn, während der Feria de April alles teurer ist. Das Zimmer war viel zu teuer für die Größe, Ausstattung, Einrichtung, Zustand und Alter.

Very strange bathroom. You had to stand in the shower to get past the door to the toilet, bathroom was very poor. Also, no kettle in the room - there were 24 hour facilities to make coffee in reception, but not ideal when you first wake up. No mirror near any plugs to use the hairdryer.

The furniture was broken, and the bedside lamp was somehow fixed so the glass wouldn’t fall off—not even properly glued. The bathroom was in a terrible condition. Without exaggeration, for this price you could stay 5–6 days in a four-star hotel. The prices were inflated because of the football match and the April festival. The breakfast was okay for me, but for a man it was almost a joke: bread, three slices of salami and cheese for two people… The only thing worth it is the location. The photos on Booking.com do not correspond to reality.

• Ionela (7/5): Satisfăcător - Locația din centru vechi/istoric al Sevillei a fost utila pentru vacanta noastră, având în vedere ca plecam dimineața și ne întorceam la 10 seara de cele mai multe ori, mergând numai pe jos. Gazdele amabile in niste limite de politete, frigider disponibil la locul unde se servea masa, terasa oferă un view minunat. Curățenia, respectiv firele de par de pe jos și inclusiv în pat pe acea cuvertura de la picioare - bed runner, pe care eu nu o suport pentru ca de cele mai multe ori e nespalata și reutilizata, cum a fost și cazul aici având fire lungi de par prinse în ea. Iar pernele acelea mici decorative inutile pe care le curățenie ti le pune înapoi pe perna pe care dormi, din nou inutile și murdare. Lenjeria curata e suficienta, renunțați la perne decorative sau bed runner. Apoi mic dejunul la ora 8.30 mi s-a părut tardiv si de doua ori l-am pierdut fiind necesar sa ajungem la obiective în oraș. Mic dejun lipsit de varietate, lipsit de legume/oua. Camera de la etajul 1 cu geam care da fix la nivelul unei curți interioare e de evitat, e destul de mica și lipsita de intimitate dacă vrei sa deschizi geamul pt aerisire sau lumina naturala. Pereți subțiri, a uitat cineva ventilația la baie deschisa și s-a auzit toată noaptea zgomotul.

• Vita Helena (5/5): Muy buena ubicación para visitar Sevilla. - La ubicación era maravillosa, tan solo a unos pocos minutos caminando estabas en la mayor parte de sitios de interés de la ciudad. No estaba nada limpio, las toallas muy justas para dos personas. El desayuno no te da opción a variar en absoluto, y el personal del alojamiento era muy poco profesional, se ponían a hablar entre ellos sin importarles que el resto de huéspedes estuviéramos delante, a entregándote el desayuno a toda prisa para seguir hablando entre ellos/as. El precio fue muy elevado, para lo que es, aunque en este caso no tienen la culpa debido a la época del año en la que estuvimos.
