Der Raum ist sehr gemütlich, komfortabel und dank sehr guter Fenster auch ruhig. Check-In super einfach. Alles war sehr gut, die Küche ist super klein und hat eine Basisausstattung, die für ein Frühstück reicht, grosse Menüs würde ich dort nicht kochen😅.

Clear access instructions and very responsive hostess — grazie mille, Grazia! A minor aspect of the apartment is the steep stairs for access. Not a problem for us, but be prepared.

It was a good size and there’s a shared patio and then a door in the 2nd bedroom to a small private balcony which I loved. It’s quiet. Well equipped, comfortable beds. The trash in the bathroom smelled like an ashtray but I didn’t say anything. I’m sure they would have rectified if I had. Limited outlets for charging but otherwise perfect little spot and good for couples too.

De airco-unit van een ander appartement stond op het terras en maakte hele dag veel herrie, waardoor je daar niet lekker kon zitten. Dus weinig gebruik gemaakt van buiten zitten. Dat was wel jammer.

• Gregor (10/5): Short stay in a beautiful artistic apartment. Such a nice experience. Thankful for it. - After entering the apartment we entered a very nice atmosphere of arts and history of a renewed old house with so much of creativity put into the design of a wonderful and unique place to stay. The rooms were beautiful, especially the bigger room, the entrance with the small kitchen hidden in a wardrobe, with everything you need for cooking (although, in Lucca I would recommend to go outside and enjoy the restaurants and tavernas). I liked very much the design details worked out with perfectness, and the combination of these into a such nice place to stay. I would like to stay again and spend more nights, because we booked the apartment just as an intermediate break for only one night when traveling back from Corsica to Austria, and so this historical place deserves much more attention. Only the door handler to the small balcony in the small sleeping room needs to be properly fixed. But it was possible to close this door still with the lock.

• S.M. (7/5): Goede locatie, maar teleurgesteld over contact - De locatie is erg leuk en de bewaakte parkeergarage (tegen betaling) op 3 min lopen is top. Onze dochter heeft haar AirPods laten liggen. Ik heb via booking.com inmiddels 3 berichten verstuurd en ook nog via mail, maar krijg geen enkele response. Ook kom je hier binnen met een code die je via app krijgt, dus nergens fysiek iemand gezien of gesproken. Vind het raar dat wanneer je iets boekt, je wel reactie krijgt, maar wanneer je weer weg bent, nergens meer op gereageerd wordt. Verder is het een sfeervol appartement, waar bij warmte, de airco niet volstaat (bleef 28C in de kamer) en het raam open is vanwege geluid geen optie (aan de overkant sigaretten automaat die veel gebruikt wordt, ook ‘s nachts), dus kamer aan de achterzijde is denk ik fijner bij warm weer. En als je niet van hele harde kussens houdt, neem je eigen kussen dan mee, want die zijn behoorlijk hard.

Litt rot ved ankomst, jeg mottok ikke info om kodebokser ettersom jeg ikke bruker WhattsApp. Fikk kontakt med verten på telefon og fant til slutt ut av det. Hun var hyggelig og hjelpsom. Bratt og smal trapp, vanskelig med bagasje + slitne unger i varmen. Men da vi var kommet på plass var alt bra.
• Ilonka (7/5): - De locatie is super. Alles op loopafstand Parkeren moet buiten de muren van de stad. Is een eindje lopen met de koffers. Vervolgens enkele trappen op in de locatie met je bagage. Hou hier rekening mee. de kamer ; die hadden we gekozen, omdat er een kleine gedeelde patio bij zat. De ramen van het appartement waren aan de buitenkant afgeschermd met rieten matjes en aan de binnenkant met folie. We zagen hierdoor geen daglicht. Erg niet prettig. Om die reden zou ik dit appartement niet meer kiezen.

• Joe (10/5): I highly recommend La Tosca. Not only is it a great place to stay in Lucca, but it’s also convenient to the train statio - The property was in a great location and very comfortable to relax in when I wasn’t sightseeing. Of course, an elevator would be nice, but I certainly understand why there’s not one. It was something that I expected so it did not give me a negative opinion of the place.

• Freya (10/5): A lovely stay full of character in the heart of Lucca old town - An amazing location in Lucca - close to everything you would want to see. The little terrace was a bonus extra.
• Francesca (10/5): Lovely quirky little apartment that is clean and comfortable - Location was perfect in centre of old town. Easy to walk to most places. The little outside areas were a lovely place to sit and relax. Great facilities, everything you need. The stairs to the first floor were very steep so not so good for people who do not walk so well.

• Marek (10/5): A beautiful Tuscan place with character. - Very comfortable apartment for a family of 4 (even bigger if needed), super clean, charming interiors with atmosphere. We felt very comfortable there and will definitely return. Very good contact with the host.

• Dan.C. (9/5): Toscana in famiglia. - Ottima posizione dentro le mura con ottime trattorie nelle vicinanze, l'appartamento ideale come base d'appoggio per visitare la zona, pulito, silenzioso(siamo in zona pedonale!) è ben riscaldato visto che ci siamo stati ad inizio gennaio! Niente

• Willem (9/5): Sfeervolle locatie in hartje Lucca - Tosca Rooms ligt prachtig in het centrum van Lucca. De kamers zijn sfeervol ingericht en comfortabel. Omdat het wandelgebied op de stadswallen om de hoek is, is dit ook een prima locatie als je met een hond reist. Je kan niet met de auto bij Tosca Rooms komen. Er is wel een publieke parking op 5 minuten afstand (prijzig) of je moet parkeren buiten de stadsmuren. Tip: neem niet teveel bagage mee.

• Julia (8/5): Loads of character - The apartment had lots of character and it was great to be right in the centre watching the world go by. The stairs in the entry were steep. The kitchen could have been a bit better equipped. There was a power cut while we were there in the dark, and though it probably wasn't solvable quickly, , it would have been good to have someone call in and let us know.

• Bel (7/5): great location - absolutely brilliant location and great layout of the apartment! the person who we only met via Whatsapp was lovely. not the owner but someone else. I hate to leave negative feedback but for us we did find a few things very unsettling. The owner is trying to sell the apartment so when we were there 5 Americans came through looking at the apartment unexpectedly . They knocked on the door and just barged in. we didn't get any warning or choice and they stayed for about 15 minutes. we had stuff everywhere and felt very invaded! it was so uncomfortable having them walk around looking at the apartment while we sat there waiting for them to leave. Aircon very noisy in bedroom to sleep and couldn't use bathroom shower in main bedroom as the shower door didn't work as it was off its runner.

• Elizabeth (8/5): Great room for a short stay in Lucca. - Great location in the heart of Lucca. Close to restaurants and attractions. Very modern and well laid out room. Second floor room up very steep stairs. Difficult to negotiate with luggage. There is a kettle, but no cups for hot beverages.
