Guests are kindly requested to show the credit card used for reservation upon check-in. Otherwise the property reserves the right to cancel the payment and request o charge the amount again. The guests must use swimming cap to use swimming pool. There will be daily €30 supplement for additional guests if there is more guests than confirmed total guests on the voucher. The hotel accepts pets (cats and dogs) weighing up to 10 kg, provided they are well-trained and have complete health documents and vaccinations, and are accompanied by their owner. A fee of €15 per night will be charged per pet. It is mandatory to present the pet’s vaccination card/passport at check-in. A deposit of €100 will be collected to cover any potential damages caused by the pet. This deposit will be refunded on the day of departure if no damage or repairs are necessary. Pets are not allowed in food & beverage areas or swimming pools. Pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier in all hotel common areas. Luiza (10/5): Прекрасные воспоминания - Отель был великолепным. Сначала нас поселили на восьмом этаже открывался потрясающий вид на Золотой Рог. Однако позднее включились кулеры и вентиляционная шахта кондиционеров: шум был настолько сильным, что даже вибрировала кровать. Уснуть в таких условиях было невозможно. Я позвонила на ресепшн, и сотрудники сразу же отреагировали: извинились за неудобства и тут же предложили другую комнату. Нас переселили на четвёртый этаж. Вид там был уже не таким впечатляющим, зато сама комната оказалась очень красивой и чистой. Персонал в отеле очень приветливый, завтрак замечательный, а виды — просто шикарные. На восьмом этаже в туалете был сильный запах мочи и запах сигарет в комнате

Bas (8/5): Goed verblijft met een paar kleine puntjes - Vriendelijk personeel, mooie kamers en goed ontbijt Er was een bruiloft die zorgde voor geluidsoverlast tot laat in de nacht en in de Spa & zwembad waren er veel spelende kinderen waardoor je niet echt het luxe 5 sterren gevoel ervaart.

Auch die Lage ist perfekt. Die Zimmer waren großzügig geschnitten, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Besonders begeistert waren wir von dem riesigen Pool, dem wunderschönen Spa-Bereich und dem Whirlpool – einfach ein Traum! Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Ein großes Dankeschön an das gesamte Team – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

A ce prix là, ils vous donne 2 pochettes ac dedans un biscuit sec qu ils n ont pas voulu manger et un sac a crotte et une linguette pour les nettoyer. Dans l autre hotel ils avaient gamelles et plaid pour 2 fois moins cher.

Shwetha (5/5): Good stay - The hotel was clean and had good facilities like swimming pool, sauna and hamam. The room was comfortable for 2 people. It had necessary amenities like toiletries, kettle, water, coffee and a minibar. The rooftop restaurant Jin had really good food and a great view. It was quite uncomfortable to sleep during the nights. The AC was not set to cool and was set centrally to only heat the room, in the middle of May. The only way to cool the room was to open the window. Since it was quite noisy outside, it wasn’t possible to keep the window open during the night.

Joanna (1/5): Miserable, not a single comfortable night’s sleep. - The pool was nice. I did not have one comfortable night’s sleep in this hotel. I paid a premium for what is advertised as a high end hotel, and they couldn’t even provide the air conditioning they put in their amenities. It was almost constantly 75 degrees F / 25 degrees C regardless of what I did. When I complained all I was told repeatedly was it’s still winter and they have central air so *shrug*. Even in winter a 75 degree F room would be TOO HOT AND UNCOMFORTABLE FOR SLEEP. Justifiable anger at the complete inability to provide a comfortable temperature for the price I paid was met with self righteous indignation that they were trying to help. Really? Where? Where was this help? Because repeatedly telling me that you have central air and it’s still winter in spite of being in the mid 70s during the day, and being completely unable to bring the temperature of my room below a level that would be uncomfortable EVEN IN WINTER doesn’t really meet my definition of “help”. This hotel robbed me and left me in a stifling room. Their only fix was to bring two tiny electric fans that barely produced any air and even then only pushed the hot air in my room around. Their only other suggestion was to open the sliding door to all the traffic noise and letting in a cadre of malarial flying bugs off the river. Hardly a “fix”. The first night I couldn’t get to sleep until after 2 am because I was so warm and uncomfortable even after stopping down to the skin. I woke up at 4 with sheets soaking from my sweating and the room WARMER STILL. Two nights I tried to sleep in the warmth, and two nights I had to resort to opening the balcony door to not be roasted. Those nights I could barely sleep because of the noise and bugs. They did find someone who was able to make some kind of adjustment to bring cool air, but each time it only lasted 3-4 hours. Then I had to complain again to get it adjusted again.

Aissata (8/5): Rilassante - I liked the location of the property, especially because it’s not far from the important points of the city. The restaurant on the top floor was also very good, and the architecture is very beautiful. In the room, I noticed that for a 4–5 star hotel some things were missing, such as an iron, a pen and notepad, and a hair dryer. I also noticed a lot of humidity on the walls and that the room had very little light. Another thing I noticed is that during the 48 hours I stayed there, there was always only one receptionist, which meant that guests often had to wait 5–10 minutes to ask for a service or assistance.

Natalie (8/5): Schön, aber kein 5 Sterne Standard. - Auf den ersten Blick ein schönes Hotel, aber für mich kein 5 Sterne Standard. Der Wellness Bereich und Pool sind sehr schön. In 10 Min ist man an der Fähre, von der aus man sehr gut überall hin kommt. Wir hatten ein superior Zimmer, leider gab man uns dieses im 2. Stock mit Blick auf den Lüftungsschacht (?), dadurch war das Zimmer sehr dunkel. Wir konnten das Zimmer dann nach der 1. Nacht wechseln. Das Frühstück ist okay, leider waren ständig Basics wie Butter, Milch, Eier etc alle und man musste jedes Mal fragen bis Neues nachgelegt wurde. Der Wellness Bereich ist sehr schön. Im Pool ist es verpflichtend eine Badekappe zu tragen. Allerdings muss man die selbst bezahlen - ungewöhnlich für ein angebliches 5 Sterne Hotel.

Gerald (9/5): Perfect business hotel for the Halic Congress Center - It is a bit off the beaten track, but perfectly located for events in the Halic Congress Center. It is a very well maintained hotel and reality absolutely lives up to the great pictures in the hotel profile. I also enjoy dinner at the hotel restaurant which is located on the roof, offering a great view of the Golden Horn. The breakfast was a treat.
