• Celine (10/5): Le temps s’arrête pour un séjour au cœur de la Sardaigne - Ancienne maison possédant beaucoup de charmes, terrasse privée bien orienté, hôte vraiment gentille parle français et anglais très bien. La maison possède son propre stationnement. Le village d’Aggius est vraiment beau et est central pour visiter toute la côte nord-ouest, facile d’accès à Olbia. Nous avions réservé une chambre et obtenu en surclassement un petit appartement avec cuisinette. Ce fut vraiment pratique. Nous retournerions exactement au même endroit pour des voyages futurs. Aucun défaut, sinon que le wifi est un peu lent mais fonctionnel.

Cristina nous a accueilli avec des produits de son jardin et tout le nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner. Elle nous a donné de bonnes adresses pour acheter des produits typiques de la région et elle communique très bien en français !

• Stephen (10/5): Superb accommodation; superb regional restaurant short walk away; great base for exploring region including beaches - Beautiful property with a wonderful host - Christina. All the super reviews are well deserved - it justifies its exceptionally high rating. If you’re wondering why choose Aggius then that’s easy - it a pretty town with a superb restaurant (regional food and wine exceptional and they brew craft beer - Christina will give details and booked for us) plus it’s in a great location - there’s the appeal of walking nearby but it’s a beautiful drive to get to Sardinias best beaches and the Maddelena archipelago - all within an hour’s distance so you can explore the whole region and retire the tranquility of a hill resort in the evening…. Nothing. Aggius is full of narrow lanes so take care on the approach - parking is easy and spacious
• Horst (10/5): - Obwohl eigentlich kein Frühstück inkludiert war, hat uns Christina Kaffee, Tomaten und dolce ins Zimmer gestellt. Zudem Getränke ...die wir auf der Terrasse genossen haben. Alles kostenlos - Herzlichen Dank dafür!!! Christina hat uns zudem mit manch wertvollen Geheimtipps für Erkundigungen versorgt , sogar eine kleine 2 tägige Reise zusammengestellt mit sehenswertem und auch kulinarischen Tipps. Obwohl wir eigentlich gar nicht mehr bei ihr wohnten. Der Ort Aggius selbst ist auch sehenswert sowohl kulurell als auch von der Lage her. Eine wunderbarer Ausgangspunkt für Fahrten durch die herrliche Landschaft wie z.b. das vale della luna . Auch die Küste ist in einer halben Stunde erreicht. Ich denke gerade auch im Sommer ein toller Ort um der Hitze zu entfliehen. Parken kann man im eingezäunten Gelände. Wenige Schritte von der Haustüre entfernt.

Décoration rustique mais recherchée. Parking à proximité très pratique. Cristina fut aux petits soins pour nous. Le grand lit double manque de confort à mon goût.

• Marion (9/5): Super ! - L'accueil très gentil et attentionné, tout est fait pour nous sentir chez nous : un apéro prêt pour nous dans le frigo avec des tomates cerises fraîches du jardin, un petit déjeuner complet avec des bonnes poires, les 2 chambres avaient été faites pour que nous puissions choisir alors que nous n'étions que 2, la réservation au restaurant a été faite pour nous à notre arrivée, conseils sur les choses a faire dans Aggius, le tout avec une extrême gentillesse et le sourire. Merci encore pour ce super accueil ! Bonus : la terrasse avec vue sur la montagne, pour prendre son petit déjeuner au soleil ! La décoration est un peu rustique mais cela nous a fait sentir comme si nous étions à la maison !
• Marcus (10/5): Sardinia Bike Trip - 20 out of 10!!! Cristina was an amazing host that went above and beyond before, and during, our stay. We could not have asked for more. In particular she recommended us to (and made a booking for) a local restaurant, that was absolutely fabulous. Trust her recommendations!!! The room and house was incredibly clean. The room was very well laid out and had a view towards the town as well as a gorgeous view over the surrounding mountains. There was also tea and coffee and snacks (fresh pears and cherry tomatoes) left in our room. Nice touches all around. And her pride in the house is obvious, and knowing that it has been in her family for over 200 years adds a very special touch. The town is very cute and quite pretty. And there is a very pretty local park (with pond with turtles, fish and ducks) just on the edge of town that's worth visiting no matter what your age. But if you have youngsters it would be a super place to go. What an amazing place to stay!!!!

• Dianne (10/5): A fantastic, authentic and special place to stay! - The property was in a gorgeous, small village in the mountains. It was very comfortable for two couples. The location was central to exploring the surrounding areas. Christina was a fantastic host. She greeted us with her freshly grown tomatoes and local snacks and she was so helpful in making our stay very special. She booked dinner for us in the local trattoria which was sensational. A very authentic and local experience, I would highly recommend. It is a little tricky driving around the narrow streets of the village .

We hadden vanaf ons terras prachtig uitzicht op de bergen in de verte waaronder de Monte Limbara. Gastvrouw Cristina heeft ons van heel veel informatie over de omgeving voorzien. • Anna (10/5): Ideał. - Pobyt w La Vignaredda był dla nas czystą przyjemnością. Położony w malowniczo usytuowanym Aggius- u podnóża gór, w rozsądnej odległości od morza i plaż. Bez tłumów, za to z autentycznymi mieszkańcami. Cristina- to jedna z najlepszych gospodarzy jakie kiedykolwiek spotkaliśmy. Bardzo uczynna, pomocna w każdej sprawie. Udzieliła nam szczegółowych informacji o regionie, umówiła lunch w uroczej tawernie. Sam apartament znacznie przewyższył nasze oczekiwania. W pełni wyposażony i urządzony z dużym smakiem. W zasadzie można by było nim mieszkać na stałe- tak dobrze został wyposażony. Widok z tarasu- bezcenny. Jeśli szukacie idealnego miejsca na wakacje, niekoniecznie nad samym morzem, polecamy gorąco.

• Mark (10/5): A lovely self-catering room with balcony in a beautiful village. - Nice well-appointed room, with spacious balcony (South facing, parasols provided) with breathtaking views across to Tempio and Mount Limbara - great for breakfast and an evening drink. Friendly host Cristina who was very helpful in booking restaurants. Lovely location in the beautiful village of Aggius. Some people might find the online registration form off-putting - including a €150 penalty for failing to put out rubbish and recycling in the right way. The welcome in person is much more friendly!

• Marc (10/5): - Nos ha encantado la estancia en este apartamento en Aggius. El pueblo es precioso y muy tranquilo, ideal para desconectar. El alojamiento estaba impecable, cómodo y con todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa. La casera fue muy atenta en todo momento y nos recibió con productos de su huerto, un detalle que apreciamos muchísimo. En general, la experiencia ha sido de 10 y sin duda lo recomendamos al 100%.

Possibilité de restauration dans le joli village d'Aggius. Joli parc à la sortie du village. Cristina est forte de propositions pour des sorties et visites, elle est toujours disponible pour de bons conseils tout en restant très discrète. Nous recommandons cette location. Bien que le village soit joli et pittoresque, prudence lors de votre circulation en voiture. Ne jamais suivre le chemin communiqué par le GPS. Vous serez à 30-40 min des plages, une voiture est nécessaire pour aussi visiter d'autres points d'intérêts.

We loved being self-contained in this trad apartment and Cristina was an incredible host, with generous offerings of allotment produce and even a beer on arrival. She made herself available if we needed her help, but also left us to it. Also recommend the cafe up the road. Nothing. It was great!

L’accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire L’espace de la chambre Le calme Le ménage est fait tous les 3 jours …et le changement de serviettes aussi …. Nous avons demandé et la propriétaire était bien sur prête à nous les changer au 2eme jour. La propreté de la salle de bain était vraiment moyenne … ( des cheveux et des poils , la douche de plafond était vraiment très sale , nous ne l’avons pas utilisée d’ailleurs …)

• Daria (10/5): Exceptional - Cristina is a very attentive host and provided a lot of suggestions/useful advice during our stay there. The room was big enough for 2 people and clean. There was AC, a ceiling fan, and the doors to the balconies had mosquito nets which were enough in the nighttime that we did not even need the AC. We were able to park for free steps away from the residence. The location is beautiful with small shops such as cafes, pharmacy, restaurants just steps away. Everyone we came across in the town was very nice. Suggestion would be to come with a car on the smaller side, not an SUV. The streets of the town can be tight.

It is an ideal base to enjoy the rural area as well as the coast. - La Vignaredda was located in the most beautiful little town of Aggius. The apartment was ideal location for our stay, with a terrace that overlooked the mountains and located in the historic town center. Cristina thought of every detail when she restored the building and the rooms. She also spent time with us suggesting a good selection of day trips and providing links as well as written copies. The interior of Sardinia has a lot to offer, which shouldn’t be missed. In the area surrounding Aggius there are mountains with hikes, olive groves, and vistas. And though Aggius is in the interior, it is an easy day trip to the well known destinations of the La Maddalena Islands and Castelsardo.
• B (9/5): One of the highlights of our stay in Sardegna - Very tastefully decorated apartment with all facilities in the centre of one of sardegna’s nicest villages. A great base from where you can explore the area. But Aggius itself has a lot to offer and Cristine is most willing to provide you with information.

The apartment is clean and Cristina gifted us with fresh fruit and vegetables from her garden which was amazing. Nothing, but you definitely need a car to get around the island to and from the property.

It is a charming Sardinian home with the traditional character and genuine vintage furniture thoughtfully preserved by Cristina (the owner and host) whose family owned this house for generations. So if you want to touch the 'Anima Sarda' (Sardinian soul) La Vignaredda is an excellent choice. Cristina is a kind and erudite lady, passionate about Aggius and the area and offering great insights and recommendations that made our stay unforgettable. The village itself is just immaculate with spectacular views of nearby mountains. Highly recommended for an authentic Sardinian countryside experience. • Ruben (10/5): Exceptional - Everything is available in the appartment. Amazing view and Cristina is very polite and provides you with a lot of tips and things to do. Within 30 minutes you are at the closest beaches and within 1 hour you're in Alghero.
• Barry (9/5): This is a beautiful place. Great location and host. - Cristina is the host from heaven. There was coffee but for some reason I expected more. We used the two creamers on day one so none for day two. The kitchen is set for you to bring your own food and cook it.

• Olga (10/5): Exceptional - A little gem away from the main tourist areas but within easy reach (30 minutes drive) to some of the most beautiful beaches on the North coast. Aggius is a beautiful little mountain village. If you prefer a more quiet base for your holiday in Sardinia you should come and stay at La Vignaredda. Christina is an excellent hostess. All rooms come with a terrace and a breathtaking mountain view. A simply wonderful place.

Cristina was very welcoming and caring, making sure we have all the necessary information about the region. We even had a welcome beer waiting for us in the fridge that we could enjoy on the terrace. We were also very happy to book through her a dinner in a nice little cosy restaurant in the village. On top, there was a great secure parking space in the garden which is not to take for granted in Sardinia.

Thank you Cristina. - Location was excellent for my wife and I as we could easily drive north, west or east of Aggius. Aggius is a lovely little town with restaurants, museums, pleasant walks and supermarkets can be found nearby in Tempio 3 km away. There's nothing to dislike.

As two couples traveling together we perhaps unfairly felt crowded in the two bedroom, two bathroom unit. We had heavy rain and that made things seem tight! A family of four would do well — the fact that the bathrooms are not attached to the bedrooms wouldn’t matter. But for two couples it was a bit awkward, plus the bedrooms are quite small.
• Alena (10/5): Exceptional - You can’t find better appartment for your stay when you are looking for room in Gallura region than La Vignareda in Aggius. It is the best. Very nice house, comfortable room with view to Limbara mountain but what is most important: Cristina is very nice and kindness HOST. She will help you with reservation in local Il Mosto trattoria, she will tell you where to go to discover beautiful places of Sardegna and she will smile all the time because she likes to be your host. Thanks to Cristina for our nice stop in Aggius!

• Rita (10/5): Perfect apartment in a wonderful part of Sardegna - Everything! The village is beautiful, the apartment has everything you need and more than that. It is just as if you are at home. The view on the mountains from the terrace is so lovely. We had a wonderful time in Aggius. Nothing. Everything was more than perfect!

The accommodation was very comfortable and clean, and the balcony which overlooks the mountains has a really beautiful view. Cristina was an incredible host. She was always on hand to answer any questions we had and she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a good one. She recommended many lovely places for us to visit during our stay, which we really appreciated. We had no complaints whatsoever - everything was great!
• Maryna (10/5): Exceptional - La Vignaredda is the most authentic place in Sardinia we had an opportunity to live in. The residence is located in the historical town Aggius, close to various vineyards and beaches with fantastic sunset views (comfortably reachable by car 20-30 minutes). We have great memories of Aggius and it's all thanks to our helpful host Cristina, who created the magical atmosphere during our stay.
