I really impress the staff. Unbelievable very helpful. Thank you very much. I have if I have a chance, I’ll go back to that hotel.

- Anna (1/5): Disaster - - Me and my child arrived to the hotel at 3a.m. and discovered that it is under construction, so we couldn't check in. We had to search for another place to stay in the middle of the night in a foreign country, where we came as a tourists for the first time. I don't understand why the hotel is still available for booking or why the hotel charged my credit card just 2 days before our arrival. Why not notify a guest about the circumstances?

- Jasper (8/5): Very good - The location is in a quiet area but still walkable towards to city centre or the beach. Good price - Quality. Personnel was very nice. Room was good so was the bathroom, not luxury but fine. If you get a room on a high floor it will have a good view. there is an excellent Indian Restaurant accessible from the hotels lobby!

Many other minor things like: poor toilet ventilation , difficult to achieve a constant acceptable room temperatre, etc. Really spoilt our Kuwait visit.

We had two rooms and both rooms bathrooms were in poor condition with sign of mould growing.

They advertise that they have a fitness center, but when we arrived, they said it was “under construction.” The room was empty, but we didn’t see any construction going on. I think it would be good to tell the truth on Booking.com that “we have a fitness center, but it is not available at this time.”

- Yulia (3/5): Poor experience, they need to learn how to use booking systems - breakfast was great, otherwise I would put "1" for the whole stay. When I arrived at 1.30 am at the check in, I was told at the reception that there is no room available for me. The hotel is overbooked. I PAID for the hotel already. I wrote them before about the time of arrival, they could have messaged me, but they didn't bother. They suggested to transfer me to another hotel which outside of the city next to airport (and I just came from there). It's at least 15 minutes away driving, it's cheaper hotel next to the airport and logistically didn't make any sense to me. Such a disappointment. After some discussions that took 20 minutes, the room surprisingly became available! Surprise! I still don't know what was this situation about. The room they gave me was a smoking room, which means a horrible night for non-smoking person. Cigarettes smell everywhere.

- James (6/5): Good for the price, but some improvements necessary - 1. Excellent location 2. Clean throughout 3. Really good variety and breakfast 4. Friendly and helpful staff 5. No problem with hot water in the shower 6. Stunning view of the skyline from the front-facing rooms 7. The airport free shuttle was a really nice addition 1. WiFi didn’t work in the room - this should really be fixed as we live in the 21st century 2. Furnishings in the room were generally old (although I saw some evidence of construction on the top-floor breakfast restaurant) 3. Some of the staff did not have excellent English, as should be expected for an international hotel in a country like Kuwait

- Michael (1/5): Bad - Some of the staff were terrible, the hotel is in a dirty old building and seems almost abandoned, also I ate inside the restaurant several times and had to go to the bathroom immediately afterwards, the wifi is practically non-existent in the room and in many areas of the hotel and the staff does not want to help the guests.

Also excellent location, just near the center and seacoast. Nice views to the downtown. There are pool and spa on the 2nd floor. They also provide a breakfast for the very cheap price. The wifi wasn’t so good in the room

Clean and spacious Free water Great dining room with spectacular views of downtown Kuwait City; delicious food with reasonble prices and great service Free aiport pick up and drop off Failed to pick me up at the aiport on time and did not let me know. Had to call the hotel to remind them of my pick up. Finally I got picked up 75 minutes later, totally exhausted and frustrated.

Plenty parking outside The welcome... probably could do with some training at reception :o I was too tired to deal with mumbling grumpy people luckily and ignored it. The internet is bad, could not use hotel wifi for work, TV didnt work either Shower needed handyman repair while I was waiting. The rooms are noisy, lots of noise coming in from the corridor and road below.

Quite basic, nothing extraordinary to expect. All good without much issues. Internet was bad as always. The staff helped us with a additional dongle, which was great, so was able to manage and catch-up work. Reception staff could be more responsible, as several times it was short of attendance. Breakfast can be better and improved.
