- محمد (10/5): تجربة ممتازة المرة دي ماشاء الله - الموقع الهدوء النظافة المرة دي طلبت غرفة في دور لغير المدخنين واستجابوا مشكورين.. تعامل راقي من الأستاذ محمود في الرسيبشن والأخ المحترم الآخر ذوق ومتعاون لازم يكون فيه كافيه وبوفيه في الرسيبشن بشكل واضح وكبير عشان الناس اللي ماتحب تخرج ولا وقتها يسمح بالذهاب للكافيهات بره

- KHALED (1/5): ليست جميله ومدير الهوتيل يصرخ ليلا مرات ازعاج - لا شي مدير الفندق الفتره الصباحيه ومدير الفندق الفتره المسائية ولم اعرف من المدرين الأكيدين الفترتين ف هناك تواجد 5 أشخاص ويوجد غرفه جانب الاستقبال كل مره يخرج رجل ذو كرش كبير ببجامة نوم ويبدو انه للتو استيقظ من النوم وهاذا لا يليق بفندق ذو نجمه واحده وكذلك الاسره يبدو أنها لم تغير من زمان وايضاء كل يوم يأتي عامل نظافة بلدية الكويت ويجمع القمامه من أمام الغرف وكانّها بيوت خاصه ويبدو انه مدير الفندق كل ليله يتي ويستحم بغرفتي لنه الرجل ذو الكرش الكبيره يجلس بغرفة مدير الفندق بجانب الاستقبال التي هي بالأساس غرفة حارس العقار وبالختام مدير الفندق يأتي الصباح وريحته غير جميله برجاء أعطيه بخاخ شخصي من قبل إدارة العقار اوه تقصد إدارة الفندق تصرف بشكل شهري ثلاث علب معا التموين و 6 صابونات وعطر ليظهر بريحه جميله أمام رواد العقار تم إرفاق صورت الرجل ذو الكرش الكبيره جالس خارج الفندق يصرخ يقول يامعلم ماتجي شويه وكاننا لا نكسن بفندق تقيم جيد وهو النجمه الواحده وتم إرفاق صور للحمام بعد استعمال مدير الفندق لحمامي الخاص

- ANDRE (5/5): Hôtel tres tres simple et sans aucun standing. - L’hospitalité. Quartier populaire, hôtel très ancien, rue non goudronnée, ne pas de se retrouver en chaussures à talons pour une femme ou chaussures vernies pour un homme , très poussiéreux .chambre ancienne sans aucune isolation.

- Robin (6/5): Für eine Nacht ok - Mitarbeiter waren bemüht und freundlich. Die Lage ist nah am Flughafen Flughafentrqnsfer übers Hotel hat mit etwas Anlaufschwierigkeiten am Ende mit Wartezeit geklappt. Zimmer hat nach Rauch gerochen.

- ALI ALKHAMIS (7/5): - الموقع ممتاز جدا وقريب من كل الخدمات ولا تحتاج للسيارة.. وشكر خاص للموظفين محمد وعمر.. معاملة ممتازة ولم يقصروا معنا في أي شي نحتاجة عدم توفير ماء الشرب إلا بطلب وكذلك الشاي وامواس الحلاقة وعدم توفير الشبشب في الحمام..

- محمد (3/5): - الموقع ممتاز العمال متعاونين المكان نظيف رائحة التدخين في الغرف الفندق مبنين وليس مبنى واحد فكيف لا يوجد دور واحد على الأقل لغير المدخنين؟؟!! مسألة غير لطيفة. بالمرة أبجديات الفندقة لو طلبت دور لغير المدخنين يتم الطلب فلو أنا سكنت ثم جاري جاء لاحقاً وسكن وهو مدخن أو مدخنة يبأه هو اللي يمشي مش أنا اللي أغير عرفتي ويتعطل شغلي هذا شيء أذاني صحياً والحمد لله لكن لم أكرر التجربة

- Ahmed (7/5): Value for money. Decent service. - Value for money. Staff are okay. Clean rooms, but somewhat old furniture. They didn't have toothpaste nor a toothbrush in the room. I asked for one but they never answered me.
- Victoria (10/5): By far the best hotel I’ve stayed in yet on this trip - The staff went above and beyond. They are amazing. We got a free transfer to and from the airport and breakfast in the morning too. I didn’t know how to turn the aircon off, but this is my fault.

Der Flughafen Shuttle hat einwandfrei funktioniert, obwohl wir mitten in der Nacht ankamen und ewig warten mussten, bis wir unser Visum erhalten haben. Es wurde auf uns verlässlich gewartet. Das Frühstück war lecker und wurde einem aufs Zimmer gebracht, direkt nach dem man Bescheid gegeben hat, dass man wach ist.

- Chelsea (1/5): Bad - They picked us up from the airport and were very kind, holding a printed sign with our names on it. They were extremely helpful throughout the process. After we completed our trip, they attempted to decline our request for transportation and eventually sent us to the airport. We waited in the lobby for two hours for the car to arrive. When I tried to arrange a car reservation, they informed me that the hotel only provides airport transfers in the afternoon, not before 2:30 PM. The room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, and there was no heating—it was only 15 degrees inside. Additionally, the rooms were not cleaned during our two-night stay. The location was also very noisy, as the rooms were situated next to the highway.

- Fatima (7/5): If you would like space and tidiness, this is the right place for you - spacious, one bedroom separate from the sitting room with a single bed, great from someone who needs time alone. There was a microwave, plates and cutlery, few bins, nice view from top floors. I recommend not having breakfast option, lots better to use Talabat app with something hot and fresh. I do not like the fact that the the breakfast brought in a box to your hotel, with cold variety and no separation between vegetables, and boiled egg..

My flight was delayed by half am hour bit the driver was just waiting outside. Perfect for a female travelling alone! The staff was amazing friendly. They let me even stay in a bit longer because I came in so late the night before. Would definitely stay again. /
