- Alexandre (8/5): Sympa mais chambre qui peut être bruyante - Ce n’est pas la première fois que je viens dans cet hôtel, mais là, j’ai eu une chambre qui donnait à la fois sur les 2 rues, et c’était assez bruyant. J’entendais toutes les voitures qui démarraient au feu, et évidemment surtout celles bruyantes, ou les motos, Également les travaux très matinaux dans l’autre rue. Je me suis même levé pour vérifier que ma fenêtre était bien fermée, c’était le cas. Dommage donc pour l’isolation sonore

- Raphael (6/5): Downgrade Zimmer - Leider war unser gebuchtes Zimmer aus technischen gründen nicht verfügbar. Wir bekamen ein Zimmer in tieferer Kategorie. Dafür Frühstück. Dies hat die Differenz der Zimmerkostet jedoch nicht gedeckt. Es wäre schön gewesen wenn ich vorgängig informiert geworden wäre wegen dem Zimmer. Dann hätte ich mir ein anderes Hotel gesucht. Zudem ist das Houskeeping ins Zimmer gegangen und hat mit der Reinigung begonnem, obwohl "nicht stören" an der Türe angebracht war. Das finde ich sehr unprofessionell und störend.

- Maarten (10/5): - Prettige ontvangst en een hele nette kamer. Leuke inrichting, fijn formaat badkamer en een hele fijne douche. Van de drukte buiten is in de kamer zelf niets te horen, er is voldoende goedkope parkeergelegenheid aan de overkant van de straat. De gastheer was zeer hartelijk. We komen zeker nog eens terug!

Mais j’ai eu très froid dans ma chambre, la 31, et malgré ma remarque et le passage du chauffagiste, avec le chauffage à fond, heureusement que je pouvais mettre deux épaisseurs de couette. Dommage.

Il est spacieux et décoré avec goût, petit plus une terrasse. Nous avons été très agréablement surpris par la prestation.

We read that it was nice but that doesn’t even come close to describing it. If you want to stay somewhere romantic with a fabulous place for dinner this is certainly the place. The staff is also excellent!

- Pauline (6/5): Bien mais service et accueil à revoir. - L’hôtel est correct et bien placé. Cependant le service laisse à désirer. Dans un hôtel 3 étoiles d’un certain standing il me semble normal de pouvoir offrir un café à ses clients. Lors de mon départ au moment de payer je demande si je peux avoir un café et on me le rajoute sur la note en prétextant que « ben oui c’est normal de le payer ». Non ce n’est pas normal, cela fait parti de l’accueil et du service. J’ai l’habitude de voyager pour le travail et je passe mes semaines dans des hôtels c’est la première fois. De plus 3€ pour un café c’est tout bonnement hors de prix. Par ailleurs, une machine à café est disponible à la réception. Il m’apparaissait donc logique que ce dernier ne serait pas payant.

Par contre pas de possibilités d'ouvrir sa valise en 2, et petit déjeuner abusif dans son prix, les produits (confiture, jambon, fromage) étant de très bas de gamme….

La chambre était propre, récemment rénovée et avec une belle vue sur la citadelle (même si ne n’ai pas profité de cette dernière parce que je suis venu tard et je suis parti tôt le matin). Bon prix pour une nuit.

- James (8/5): A weekend stay - Having had a room change to suit our specific needs, the shower-room was incredibly tight to use - made more so by a standard sized sink. Breakfast was good, with a broad selection of foods to choose from - though at €12 each, it was more than other hotels that we have stayed at & perfectly good. We used the available garage which is close to the hotel, at €10 each day of use, & it's able to accommodate two cars. It was annoying that on Monday the breakfast area was used as the hotel's front office. The bar on Sunday evening was not 'able' to provide a drink & the restaurant was not open but there are local food outlets nearby. The hotel is close to the railway station and town centre, so in that respect it was a good location for our requirements.
