• Kelly (5/5): Great hotel and location! Terrible HVAC system!! - It was overall a nice property. Clean, amenities, great location, comfy beds and pillows, ice bathroom, very friendly staff! The hvac system is terrible. The fan would go on for a minute and off for 10 minutes, then repeat the cycle all night long. It was so loud and clunky that it kept us up all night. It sounded like a small crash each time the a/c kicked on. The walls are thin also so we could hear people passing in the hall: Even with a noise machine, the external noises were too much

• Neil (5/5): Not a place to get a quiet good night uninterrupted sleep starting at 10pm.. - Liked that there was a restaurant on site. The hotel looked good and there was outdoor seating at the restaurant. The hallways were looking good and ample parking. Room was nothing special but like many others.. 1. Can not tell where the floor buttons are for your stop. Bring a flashlight. Poor elevator manufacturer design. Button number paint wiped off over time. 2. There were many groups. It made it crowded at various times. There is a golf tee right outside the back slider. 3. Due to there being groups, don't count on getting sleep between 10 pm and midnight. Groups wandering the room hallway talking loudly, congregating by the elevator and opening ans shutting noisy room doors etc. Lot's of visiting with each other. Won't stay here again.

Room was extremely hot, stuffy and uncomfortable to sleep.

The elevators and hall smelled like bad body Odor, the rooms are dirty with trash found in the pull out sofa. AC unit SUPER loud like a diesel truck and would kick on and off every 5 minutes. Did not sleep one minute staying at this place. The room is worn out with chipped furniture stained and frayed sofa and old looking. The pillows were as hard as a brick. We paid almost $300 for one night and I would have slept better on my car.

The first room we were assigned smelled bad of mildew. We were switched to another room which had an adjoining door to the next room, which we were not fans of, and could hear the next-door neighbors plainly. Also, there’s no Jacuzzi in the pool area. The main equipment in the fitness center was broken. The kitchen closed early on Sunday morning so we weren’t able to eat the breakfast that we had already prepaid for and we weren’t offered a refund.

• V9346MJrebeccal (10/5): 10 stars for Sheraton Fourpoints - From beginning to end my stay was beyond “ just what i needed!” Ken picked me , in shuttle , up from sweet little airport out there in Mesa. So kind, attentive and caring. Azzy was sweet and generous in attentiveness . I enjoyed my conversations with her and her kindness. My room was clean and comfortable. Yes walls are thin, but thats what earplugs are for, or white noise app on phone. Price point good/ within my budget. Food prices crazy reasonable!! I really enjoyed sitting outdoors in the peaceful setting. Austin was a kind and gentle soul too who helped with my checking out in the early hours of the morning as i headed to Charlie Kirks memorial ( to stand in line at 1am) I hope i have a reason to stay there again

• msH546YN (10/5): Hands down the best Marriott - Abby,Amy,Ken, and the restaurant staff are phenomenal from A to Z!!!!When I stay@ Marriott Hotels this is where I always come back to as the entire establishment is professional, accommodating, friendly, and the restaurant food is always made fresh. The restaurant does NOT extra to put substitutes in for charge for food allergies. Plenty of free parking, they have restaurant hours 6-11 for breakfast and dinner is 5pm-9 or 10pm. The checkout is noon( that’s a plus). The rooms have full size shampoo:conditioner/body wash. The room also has coffee maker, huge flat screen, ,mini fridge, microwave, amour, iron/board, & it is sound proof from traffic. I couldn’t hear any neighboring rooms either. It’s a 5 stars in my book and will continue to stay here and I just moved back to the Phoenix area…

It is fantastic to travel and come across staff members that are warm and kind.
• Timmery (6/5): Okay for a night before an early flight; for the money I spent though, I will be going elsewhere next time. - It was very close to the Mesa-Gateway airport. There’s a gas station right next to the property as well. It was easy to get to and parking was plentiful. The lobby was pretty and has a beautiful view of a driving range. Our room needed upgrades for sure. The coffee table had multiple scratches on it and isn’t something you’d expect to see in a hotel room you pay $200+ a night for. The floors were dirty and turned my kids’ feet black in about 10 minutes of being there. Bathroom floors were white tile and what used to be white grout. The grout was completely black in walking areas but you could see corners and such where the original grout color was still showing. The couch had a tear in it as well.

THEY FAILED TO RELAY MY RESERVATION TO THE HOTEL. WHEN I GOT TO THE HOTEL THERE WAS NO RESERVATION BOOKED. BOOKINGS.COM *^!@-UP. The hotel saved them and arranged my stay.

• SHERYL R (8/5): Not bad, but not great. - It was just kind of ok. Wifi was spotty. I mentioned this to them and they are looking at a new provider. I think the biggest problem is that the staff is friendly on the surface, but not really that great. It isn't that they are bad, but they just aren't that engaged. Totally different from the hotel we stayed at prior to staying here. My wife felt that the staff seemed slightly put out when asked a question.

• April G (10/5): Gr8 stay! - The hotel was very nice! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant food was really good. We were there as our AC went out and it was a nice home away from home. Pool was nice too.

• Lymy Beth (10/5): - The place was clean, easy to check in and out. The receptionists were very nice and friendly. I left my Apple pencil on the bed in our room, and they were able to find it. The staff was prompt in calling me back to say they had seen my Apple pencil.
• Ernestine (10/5): - It was very clean and relaxing. Mr Tom the server was very polite and kisses to the kitchen cook because the food was awesome.
• Vaso (10/5): - New facility, VERY CLEAN AND INVITING. Quick checkin/checkout, professional and friendly staff. Highly recommend this facility.
