• Ibironke (10/5): Excellent experience, would come again when the need arise - everything went well. Good location, modern amenities, friendly room arrangement, excellent lighting, clean and well organised apartment. Building and key access was user friendly The idea of having to pay a deposit which happens to be more than amount for 2 nights. Though, deposits are refundable but i do not see reason why this should be a required obligation

• Liam (10/5): - Ive stayed a few times and its perfect. Clean, has everything you need to make a home from home and maintain work life. Staff could not be more helpfull. And go out of their ways to make your booking as easy and taylored as possible
• lisa (5/5): Not as comfortable as hoped - location stated it was wheelchair accessible but needed to get up two steps to get into the building, no ramp. My father is mobility impaired, uses a walker, so we struggled. The sofa was too low and he struggled to get out of it. We had to bring cushions from a friend's house nearby to raise him up so he could get out easier. My parents said the bed was also uncomfortable, could feel springs.

• Duncan (10/5): Excellent, spacious, fully equiped. - Massively spacious. Good facilities. Breakfast bars and pretzels a nice touch. It is in quite a noisy location with lots of traffic.

• Paul (10/5): - Situated in the town centre. Plenty of restaurants and entertainment. Clean and comfortable with everything you need in the apartment. The blinds in the bedroom could be better the sun coming up in the morning woke me up.

Customer service and reservation staff fantastic.E mails answered swiftly and very friendly staff. The apartment was not very clean, some cutlery left in the dishwasher. Bathroom could do with a deep clean. No t towel provided to dry washing up. Bed was small for a couple, not quite long enough for my partner. location was good but very noisy with the windows open, but I apreciate it is a town centre.

• Mikaela (1/5): - All the windows let in the cold and did not close, the noise did not stop all the time, the water was running and was broken, the bed was 3 cm high and moved, in short, I suffered
• P (7/5): Convenient location for Camberley - Location was convenient if a little noisy. Good price for why we were there. (Not a holiday). Clear check in process. Email concierge service that replied promptly. Lift access. We booked a deluxe studio but it seemed pretty basic and not well maintained. Even though it was cold outside for few days the heating would be off during day while I was working from the flat. As above very noisy when trying to get to sleep and sometimes early morning.

• Terrance (8/5): Good comfortable apartments ideal for short stays. - Speed of response to correct shower door problem discovered on first use of shower. Soaked shower mat on arrival, probably because it was folded in the entrance to the shower, which had been dripping. You had to walk a few yards down the windowless corridor to activate the movement detector for the light. This made it slightly awkward when trying to lock the door. Not a gbig deal but a wider detection area would help.

• Cheryl (7/5): Zufriedenstellend - Die Parkmöglichkeit, die Zweckmäßigkeit des Apartments. Es war viel zu warm vor allem zum schlafen - sodass ich nicht richtig schlafen konnte - und das, obwohl ich jeden Abend den Thermostat noch weiter runter gedreht hatte. Eine Info-Blatt hierzu sowie zur Spülmaschinenbenutzung wäre hilfreich gewesen, da uns erst später die Thermostaten am Heizkörper gesehen hatten! Es war vom Verkehr draußen ziemlich laut, da wir direkt über der Hauptstr. und Verkehrskreisel waren. Deshalb konnte man die Fenster nicht mal auf kipp lassen.

• Jude (9/5): Great accommodation. Good communication from booking our stay to our departure. Thank you! - Great location with parking available. Comfortable bed. Great size t.v. Good water pressure in shower. Hot water. Kitchen well equipped. Being in the centre of town, it could have been noisy, but happy to say that it wasn't at all. Purpose of our stay was to visit family. Loved the apartment. Would I stay again - yes! My only criticism was that the apartment and corridors especially were a tad warm. As the winter approaches, this may well end up being a benefit!

• Diane (6/5): Apartment 12 - Extremely clean and well equipped with a lovely bathroom The apartment is right on a busy road, therefore extremely noisy. Would benefit from better glazing or ear plugs.Such a real shame as the apartment is perfect for visiting the town. If it wasn't so noisy and the bed was comfortable I wouldn't hesitate in booking again. Not sure if any of the rooms are away from the road.

• Colleen (6/5): Great location, but apartment needs a good clean and touch up to worn out paint and appliances - Location & convenience. Noise, cleanliness, worn out décor, TV reception mostly bad, extractor fan in bathroom not working, fridge had not been cleaned after previous occupant - smell of curry and food marks on glass shelves and in fridge drawers. Bedhead had become detached from wall.

• Mervin (8/5): Very good - The room has a really comfortable bed and the TV and sofa allows for great chance to relax. Being on the high street made it easy to access shops and restaurants. The kitchen facility was also perfect for a couple. It got very humid in the apartment even with it being cool outside. The toilet would also make very loud noises when interacted with.

Decor a little tired in places. The info book is years out of date! I’m local so know the town well but a non resident would be very confused. Restaurants literally years out of date and gone/changed! Needs to be addressed.

The property was spacious and comfortable. Whenever the toilet flushed or if I was using hot water, the toilet made a loud noise as if there was an issue with the valve or blockage. It wasn’t too much of an issue for me as I was solo travelling but must’ve been an inconvenience to other guests on the same floor.

• Ian (7/5): Handy but poor housekeeping! - The location and ease of parking House cleaning was very poor. I arrived to an open window with rain pouring in. I found a completely sodden towel on the floor of the shower. A few light bulbs needed replacing. There were flakes of paint on the floor.
• Adrian (9/5): There's no better way to experience Camberley - The location is absolutely perfect if you want to experience Camberley town centre as it is literally slap bang in the middle, I couldn't ask for a better location. Nice pubs, eating establishments and the cinema are literally within spitting distance. The room was nice and quiet and checking in and out an absolute breeze. Despite paying for parking I received 2 fines by overzealous parking attendants which although were reimbursed to myself with no arguments by the host themselves, it was an error on their part, it sort of soured my experience

• Mathea (10/5): House of Fisher is a convienent and comfortable option to stay while working for a week - Perfect Location, clean and neat studio apartment. Really appreciated having a fan to use on the hotter days. Nothing, stay was excellent and will be re-booking for next year.
