Guest Reviews
- Julie (8/5): Slightly disappointed... - Unit 24 was spacious and had the basics we needed The blinds were broken, the screen doors didn't work, we couldn't get internet, and the location was a looooong walk from the parking garage. It was hard to find also. We walked around aimlessly until we finally found a construction guy to help us. It was definitely not good for someone with mobility issues.
- Wil (10/5): - Spacious, mountainside by lift and alpine slide and mountain breeze was delightful all with easy bus to downtown within 5 minutes or a 15 minute walk.
- Iryna (8/5): Cozy and clean - We loved the rooms and all amenities. It is very cozy. The rooms were clean. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Infrastructure nearby worked well for us. Finding parking and room were very confusing. We've spent about an hour to find parking and then to find elevators etc. After we found everything, I can see why instructions should make sense, but when you are there at the moment, it is hard. I would say that it is not a fault of staff because it is just architecture of that part of Park City is very confusing. I would suggest a few things 1) provide photos where to enter parking and how to get to elevators to the room 2) video of how to get to the room should be sent a separate message because we couldn't open the link
- Danielle Ashlyn (10/5): - Great location! Loved watching the skiers. Great set up for a family of four!
- Robert (8/5): - Visited during off season so very quiet in this area - would be an amazing spot during ski season. Balcony appeared to be under construction/refurbishment and lifts in the building were all out of order.
- Thomas (3/5): Good location but requires some serious checking upgrades. - Location is excellent. Checking process is not trivial. There are several locations and it's difficult to find, despite the email intructions. The login did not work and my reservation seemed to be under somoeone else name. This was all reported to the hosts. Easier checking process. Maybe consider having 1 staff on the ground to help. Cleaner bathroom.
- Laura (2/5): No customer service - highly disappointed
- Joann (10/5): Loft at Mountain Village review - We stayed in a 1 br, 2 full bath unit directly at the base of park city mountain, by the payday lift. My child was in ski school and we could see them warming up right from our balcony. The location could not be beat! The unit was a good size, with a very comfortable sofa bed. It sleeps 4 very comfortably, with 2 in the bedroom and 2 on the sofa bed. The 2 full baths makes a huge difference. It had a full kitchen (full size fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher) and all the dishes, pots, pans, spatulas, utensils, etc. you might need. The man at the front desk (I forgot to ask his name, but he was there when we checked in on 3/31 and checked out on 4/4), was very professional and helpful as well! We didn’t use the pool or hot tub, as they were in the other building, and my 6 year old was usually wiped out from skiing. But it was close to the fire pits and apres ski areas as well. The free shuttle to Main St runs frequently and is easy to get to. The ride itself took just over 5 minutes. All in all, a great location for ski in/ski out. I hope to return next year!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - LOTS OF DISHES!!! Great view (mountain side)!!!! A little dated. The unit had WiFi, but there was no password to be found! We called the front desk a dozen times and they NEVER answered the phone.
- todd w. (2/5): dont stay here, location great, pictures/ descriptions of room false representation, staff rude - Base mountain location great. Pictures of condo not representative. My vrbo said sleep 6 , but had 2 queens and an old pullout, pictures showed more beds. U wont get the condo with the nice pictures. Couldt find the condo, there are no signs , called the all seasons management company, he laughed at me on phone. Gave me directions, half hour later still lost i found the management office. Went in he laughed again, this time in my face literally. The other employee picked up on it, but these employees could care less about their company. I was 200 yards from condo took me over an hour to get to . Zero services , front desk employee was miserable, company should fire him. U r renting a condo not represented by pictures in vrbo listing and service is awful.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The property is perfectly located. I felt that it needed updating particularly at this price point.
- Robin (6/5): Meh... - Wasn't the room that was described when I made the reservation. I booked a king size bed and got a room with two smaller beds. I am a larger person and spending the amount of money I did to have a nice room for my wife and I was kind of a waste when we have we sleep in separate beds.
- Seth (6/5): Overall...pretty nice but make sure you have A/C - When you reserve thIs property make sure you find out what condo you’ll be staying in. Our location was great, we looked out the front window and could see the Alpine Slides and Paradise lifts, however, if you want a hot tub or to go swimming you’ll need to put your walking shoes on, it was a hike. While we were there (summer2018) they had construction going on and it was a total joke to get anywhere. Also, if you go in the summer make sure you get a unit with a/c as some don’t have it.
- Susan P. (8/5): Location!!! - We absolutely loved the location and convenience of this unit.
We were a little surprised by a couple things however... 1. Apparently the owner of the unit was still there staying in the unit when we tried to check in. 2. This unit does not look like the pictures featured on the page. Both our rooms were completely bare with white bedding (not complaining about that), but were surprised not to see a room with two beds and a chandelier as pictured! It would be helpful if the ad for this unit was more forthcoming in that there are several units and they may not appear as pictured. Our kitchen and bathrooms were totally outdated and really needed some attention.
I'd totally recommend staying here, though. We didn't need frills- just a safe and warm place to stay close to the mountain that had common space and a fridge. We loved the fireplace, the couch, the parking, the convenience and amazing view. Our window was a full frontal view of the mountain- so beautiful!
- Lora E. (8/5): Perfect location and plenty of space! - This condo faces the lifts and the mountain. The main ski lifts to take you all over the mountain are just out the elevator door and to the left. This is a true ski in/out, and was so convenient and accessible. The view is awesome. When we came in for breaks from skiing, we enjoyed people watching and seeing the Snocat lights at night.
The unit is right off the elevator which leads to many shops and restaurants, with a coffee shop just below. We didn’t use the free shuttle but that’s a great perk. Parking is easy, indoor and nearby.
There is good amount of sleeping space for 6 people.
The unit could use a bit of TLC, but they aren’t too big of deals in the end. The main bathroom has a sink stopper that doesn’t go up or down. The master bathroom needs a couple toilet parts, we had to open the top and manually flush. The master bathroom showers doors come off track. The two bathrooms could each use a small garbage can. Also, we felt that more wall hooks/hanging space would be great for hanging all the extra coats, helmets and gear. There is a spot right inside the door for skis and there are hooks, but we felt there could be more in the entry way.
Overall, we had a great stay and would absolutely stay here again!

- Luis O. (10/5): Perfect! Convenient, Clean and Great Location! - Honestly I didn’t know what to expect after reading some reviews, but overall I had a great experience. This property is conveniently located at the base of the mountains, Ski In/Out and with amazing views. It’s a short drive to stores and it has a full kitchen if you want to cook. Lastly, this property is clean and is cleaned daily. I would most certainly recommend this property to anyone visiting Park City! Thank you!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - This is a great option for a family that wants to be close to Main Street and mountain activities but does not want to spend $500-$1000 per night. Plenty of space and great kitchen, fireplace and deck. Will definitely stay here again.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Smelly old condo - Place had awful smell of old mildew. Had to crack doors open in 20 degrees weather to help with the smell.
- Ross (10/5): Convenient and Comfortable - Very nice room with many activities close by.
- Fred (2/5): Don't say here! - No Air Conditioning.
Broken ceiling fans, TV, shower.
Room was in horrible condition and dirt.
Would highly recommend giving this location a pass. Tensor and room very run down. Staff very unhelpful and indifferent.
- John (2/5): Would not stay at the Loft. - The room we got was not anywhere near as nice as the images on the website. Furniture looked dated probably from the 90's. I sank into the mattress it was not firm at all. There was no air conditioning so you had to keep the outside doors open. The problem with keeping the doors open is there is a while entertainment thing going on outside with big blow ups and very loud music. We complained to the front desk and they moved us over to a room in the lodge which was so much better and had air conditioning.
- Jackie (6/5): Good ski condo, but this is not a hotel - The Loft is a condo building owned by the same people as the Legacy. One must check in at the Legacy as there is no front desk at the Loft. You then haul your luggage, without help, a dolly or an elevator for some of it, up various stairs past the ice rink, up stairs to the next level, into the building up more stairs before finding an obscure elevator that actually will take you up to your floor. As you can see from prior reviews, finding the elevator and your room is a trip in itself. We were used to it by the second day.
We had a standard room and it was actually a great ski condo. We overlooked the Payday lift and the gathering place for ski schools. It does not overlook the ice rink as some people and pictures implied. The Legacy owns those buildings. The condo had everything you could want for a week stay. Fully furnished, including the kitchen, large frig, microwave, coffee maker with supplies, pots and pans, etc. Gas fireplace in the living room. Lots of coat racks for hanging up ski wear and two benches to sit on to take off boots. Private bedroom and bath with a king bed; our daughter slept on a surprisingly comfortable sofabed and had a very large bath to herself [same size as the master]. Each bath had a very large soaking tub and shower, lots of shelves, etc. for clothing.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - It was a small 2 bedroom for up to 6 people. Maybe a family w kids? Not 5 adults.
- Whitley (10/5): Loved it! - We loved it here! It was kind of confusing to find the parking and registration desk, but once you got it figured out it was simple enough. The room was great with a beautiful view and the bed was large and comfortable. Will be going again soon!!
