- Joyce (6/5): - The first day we got to the hotel we witnessed a man almost get stabbed outside of the hotel. We got locked out of our room twice during our stay.. The manager had to come and fix the door one day the next time she had to fix the key. The sink was broke. You had to hold the handle so you can even use the sink. The whole hotel smell like marijuana. I think a lot of the people that probably lived in the hotel smoked it. you pay for what you get with this hotel cheap on price but a lot of things are broke but the one nice thing the pool was closed one night and the manager opened the pool just for us they also had two stray cats around the area
- Kimberly (10/5): Not bad, but could’ve been better - The beds were not very comfortable and the faucet in both my room and my sisters room moved. The TV in my room didn’t work so we told the office, instead of calling to let us know (or leave a note on the door) the office just decided to move us to another room (they DID NOT move our stuff) and canceled our room key. Imagine getting back at about 11:30 at night and your room key don’t work. Also, almost the entire upper level smelled like pot.

- Jacob (2/5): Worst place ever - This was the worst place I ever been as soon as I opened the door there was roaches everywhere I went back and told them they told me that was my problem and would not refund my money so I lost out and went to stay at a different hotel plz no one stay here it was so nasty even outside
- Thomas (4/5): - 1st night A/c quit working. Moved to another room. Refrigerator froze all of our drinks. 1/2 inch gap under exterior door you could feed the heat coming in from outside. The pool was great.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Poor service. Never returned my deposit. - I stayed for one night, just to sleep before leaving town early the next day. I paid a deposit at check in and was told upon check out that I my card would be reimbursed. I was never reimbursed. I called to follow up and was told “ I wasn’t the one who checked you out, so there’s nothing I can do”. Did not offer any type of resolution.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Awful - Don't stay here. The surrounding area looks nice and has a lot of fun places to go to, but don't be fooled. No breakfast, no services. The bathroom was clogged and they told us to go to the office to get the plunger and do it ourselves 3 times. 😒 The place smelled of smoke and mold. They give no refunds, so you're stuck there or lose your money if you decide to leave. There were sketchy people next door, which looked like a "spot" to get drugs and tricks. Very disgusting all throughout. One of the worst places I've ended up in. Looking to save a buck... It was not worth it.

- Joseph (2/5): - The place was really dirty. The door knobs where falling off the main door and bathroom door. Felt very unsafe. One of the beds had crumbs all over it. The bathroom shower was was all wet as if someone had just took a shower. No hot water at all. We asked for a non smoking room. You could smell the smoke when entering the room. Burn marks on the tub. There was that looked like chocolate or something else smeared on the wall. The pillow had some kind of reddish stain on it. And the one bed the mattress cover had all kinds of nasty stains on it. Looked like blood and other bodily fluids on it. The other mattress was new. And had a full mattress cover in it. But on that mattress cover there was what looked like smeared dried blood on it... Worst experience in a hotel room...for $140 plus $20 deposit it was not to the standards...when checking out the lady wasn't very nice either.

- David (8/5): - I didn’t realize it was a stay by the week hotel, but was very surprised about the cleanliness, the staff, and even the people who lived there. I had the pool all to myself both days we were there, and it was clean. Very satisfied.
- Tanya (10/5): - I love this place so far it has been my favorite place to stay. The staff is extremely nice the rooms are clean and decently updated especially for a motel. Some of the TV's in the room are slight less quality but they do work. Never run out of hot water and they keep the pool clean. Convenient ice maker with great location. Not all rooms have a freezer area in the mini fridge but the ice more than makes up for it if you ask me. AC works the absolute best here compared to other nearby motels. Great location friendly staff/neighbors, and clean rooms; I couldn't ask for more.
- James (10/5): - We checked in at 10pm. The lady at the desk was so sweet and helpful! We went to our room and noticed the pool was still open. Seemed as if everyone in the pool was having a great time! We didn’t notice any rowdy or obnoxious people hanging around. We came and went until the wee hours. We never had a real disruption with loud noises. The rooms were clean, the beds were soft, and the air worked well. The only down fall was the appearance of the tub with burn marks, and the old stale carpet. But hey, when everything else goes well, the two minor issues can and will be over looked. Can’t wait to stay again.

- Mark (2/5): Coconut grove don’t - Coconut grove is the nastiest hotel I have seen in many years. The couch looked as if it had been in a crime scene. It had stains, very worn and just ratty. Carpet was covered in stains. Furniture looked as if it would fall if you put anything on it and it was grimy. Just couldn’t stay there. The bed looked ok but with rest of the surroundings I just didn’t know.

The bathroom was very clean and was probably the best looking bathroom we have seen in a while.Only complaint was other guest would sometimes be loud at night and around 8:30 in the morning.

- Deborah (10/5): Hidden Gem - Over the past 4 years, my friend and I have stayed here. So, I thought bringing new people on our yearly trip to Panama City was best. The staff did not disappoint. We were met with a warm hello and a friendly welcome. The rates are very reasonable and the location is perfect for beachgoers, shopping, dining, and amusement ventures. I give this stay a 5 out of 5 stars. No bugs were found and the room was very clean!

- ryancU6372YL (2/5): Terrible hotel - This was terrible from the beginning. We checked in late on the 3rd of July and they were literally prostitutes loitering in the parking lot as well as strong smell of weed. Vagrants everywhere. One door down the occupant was standing in the doorway watching every piece we unloaded then as we were walking to get our last bit of luggage he was looking in our room at the window. Noisy as well. Trash and needles on the ground everywhere as well. Bugs and roaches were laying dead in the rooms as well as needles found in the bathroom of our room behind the toilet. They cut our room keys off every single day; we had to get new cards and they were arrogant about it as well. Counter person wouldn’t listen to us when we were complaining on the noise and the other issues. The last night we were there they was a domestic disrepute outside the room and the yelling and screaming lasted into the night hours. Homeless is residing as well behind the hotel in the grass. If I could give this establishment a 0 I would.

We had to wait for 2 hours befor the room was allegedly ready, but when we got there the housekeeper was still cleaning the room. The floor was wet for hours, it was reaking of marijuna outside, extremely noisy, and filthy around the property. It was advertised that we would have a sofa bed in the room...we did but it was dirty, riddled with rat droppings and there were no sheets , covers or pillows for the bed!! Horrible experience, we left 3 hours before checkout time. Never again.

The room was not what was booked,law enforcement made several trips to this location, prostitutes in and out,room was nor clean and was musky. Yhey did not service the room the entire stay. There’s a bunch of people just hanging around outside there rooms which is fine but it looks like it’s people that are living out of the hotel, it was very noisy at it was around 10 pm. We walked in our room and the smell of mildew hit you in the face, there was mold on the ceiling, the blankets on the bed were stained and dirty looking. The floors were nasty, the door had nasty stuff all over it. We walked in and turned around and left. They refused a refund for that day because they held the room all day which I felt was stupid and wrong we didn’t even stay. So don’t stay here.

Staff was friendly!! But if your looking for a stay and shower, this hotel is decent for that. Price was great for the 3 nights we stayed.
