Kathleen (6/5): Our stay was nice. - The room had a very strong odor of an air freshner or something, I have asthma and had a hard time had to leave the balcony door open and the bathroom door closed. I loved everything about the hotel but the room had very strong odor. I also booked the trip with booking.com and the price went from 69 dollars to 96. The gentleman at the front desk told me he would put the remaining balance on my debit card but it cost me more than he said. His name was Texas Ted and he also told us our room was not ready when it was. Clearly all the housekeeping staff had left but he didn't understand. I told him to give us the keys and let us go to check the room and it was ready.
Catherine (10/5): Pretty much perfect. - The courteous and friendly staff. The convenience of having a restaurant on site. The perfect location. The only thing I would recommend is that when requesting your room be serviced that the beds would have been made. The bathroom was definitely refreshed but I was a little surprised the beds were not made. It isn’t an issue that would make me rethink staying again but a suggestion.

Heiser-Elsea (9/5): A relaxing, comfortable, and memorable stay with excellent service and a great atmosphere. - Amazing experience from start to finish! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating — definitely a 10/10 stay. The only downside was that the elevators took a pretty long time, especially during busy hours. Other than that, everything about the stay was amazing!
Melissa (8/5): Peaceful and scenic - It was right off the boardwalk. The view was beautiful, fire pit was nice. Swing over looking ocean was great. Staff were polite. When asked to use fire pit, they came and turned it on for us. Had allergies and they provided me with extra tissue boxes which was great. Bed was okay. No continental breakfast. Could not get in WiFi. Overall these are really small issues, I would recommend your property and stay again myself.
Barbara (9/5): Quality, clean and affordable - Clean and maintained. While I did not use kitchen the appliances were in great shape and frig/I’ve worked. It lets worked and plenty of towels with shampoo, soap and conditioner. Their comforter is ridiculously heavy! Makes sleeping difficult to turn over because of the weight! Check out could be faster by leaving key in room but on 3rd floor elevator goes to basement so get car and drive around to leave key at front desk.

Barbara (9/5): Although the weather is horrible. The view from our room made up for it! - The room was oceanfront and was very clean and beautiful!! It was right at the beginning of the boardwalk. I hope to stay again in warmer weather. The only thing I would change is the pillows. They were very hard and uncomfortable. Everything else was perfect!

The Reef restaurant downstairs is convenient and the food is great. The bed was a little too firm for my liking, but that’s just a personal preference.

Bob Templin (7/5): The room was okay, but not great. - Close to boardwalk. Garage spaces are very tight. The clothes hook on the bathroom door was off and couldn't be used. The room itself was vary bare bones and wasn't near as nice as any of the rooms we stayed in previously.
Margaret (6/5): - Room and bathroom were clean. Disappointed by ocean front view from first floor. Room was right above parking area, where noisy staff congregated at break time. There was often a lot of noisy chatter in the hall. Not sure if it was from guests or staff, but this morning it started at 8am, with loud girls’ hysterical laughter that went on for a long time. There was a coffee maker with 4 mugs in the room, but no coffee. There were many nice towels in the bathroom, which was a plus.

Melvin (6/5): - An outstanding room was ruined by cramming two beds into a space sized for a single bed, resulting in a ten inch space between the bed and the wall to get into bed. Very slow elevators, but excellent wifi. Hotels charging a 4% surcharge for using credit cards is outrageous, it is unsafe to carry around hundreds of dollars in cash.
