As of the 26th of June'23, we are starting "Improvement work" in our apartments, where we are closing one floor at a time, as we will be prioritizing guests to grant Service Excellence. - Michael H (9/5): Superb location. Great beds - Great location! Nicely set between the beaches of Copacabana and Ipanema. Easy to walk in either direction to either beach. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets in the area. Hotel had a small pool and gym with great views. I loved our huge bed. And the inclusive breakfast was great. Sometimes sitting in the bar area, we had to wait for some time before a barman appeared. And then he disappeared quickly after making the drinks, so you couldn't ask for something else immediately.

A equipe do hotel é muito acolhedora e prestativa. O banheiro é bem amplo e o chuveiro maravilhoso. A localização é muito boa, sendo relativamente segura caminhar pelo entorno. O cheiro de esgoto nas ruas das redondezas é o principal problema. Além disso, a academia é muito quente (dificil de ficar por mais que alguns minutos) e a vista é feia.

Quando cheguei me colocaram em um quarto do último andar que fedia a mofo e não era o quarto que estava aparecendo nas fotos do booking, eu avisei e prontamente me trocaram de quarto, porém ar condicionado estava com mal cheiro (parece que não trocaram o filtro do ar), muito barulho no hotel (estava tendo uma obra dentro do hotel que deviram avisar), o barulho ficava a tarde toda e não foi só um dia.
