• Mariia (1/5): - There is always clean, I reserved this place many times, but will no more. Firstly, they charged me twice. Now I'm trying to figure it out, they told me than they will check with management, and after that - silence. The weirdest thing was when we checked in and we saw that jacuzzi is empty and closed. There is no Any information about it on their website or here on booking. When I asked them about it, they told me some weird things about plumber and something, but then they just turned it on and heated. Like what? You have in the name and description of your hotel "SPA"!!! And now a few days ago I found that they charged me twice for the same amount. Honestly, it is really sad, cause we stayed there about 10 times, but now never more.

• Dominic Makai (8/5): - The property was in a great location walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants and the casino. The hot tub was nice, warm and clean. Room was more than enough space for all the ski gear, personal bags and 2 people. Definitely would recommend this spot for a short stay if you are on a budget.
• Labiba (8/5): Rude staff - All is good for that price, but the reception staff is rude. The reception staff is VERY rude. We arrived in the middle of the night and due to some confirmation that we need to do, they just lock us outside IN THE COLD. Close the door and the counter curtains. She doesn’t greet us nicely too. What a bad hospitality. She mentioned she worked there for 20 years but that doesn’t look like people who understand hospitality at all.

The bed is leaning to one side, the room was not able to be dark all the way there was trash under the bed. No drinking water

• Mariafer (1/5): - La ubicación No tienen nada de atención al cliente, es decir una habitación con jacuzzi casi nos inundamos ya que no teníamos ni idea cómo poder bloquear los masajes y el agua se empezó a salir por toda la bañera y se mojó la habitación, nadie nos acompañó ni nos explicó el funcionamiento de esa bañera , el sanitario estaba que se caía y por un pago de ese precio habían mejores alojamientos , la calefacción estaba como dañada por qué realmente no calentaba en nada la habitación, no había ni una botella de agua de cortesía por lo menos ya que tomamos una habitación costosa , enserio muy muy muy desepcionante ! • Elizabeth (2/5): One step above camping but not much - The check in was easy! There was nothing for comfort- everything was rough. The door to enter was janky, there was florescent lighting outside our window for the night, the heater didn't fully work and kept us up with how loud it was blowing air but you couldnt turn off, there wasn't a side table, the towels were scratchy, the bed was lumpy. overall a roof over our heads which i am grateful but that was it. I think the reviews on booking are fake honestly.

• Michele (10/5): Very relaxing and quiet - The room was spotless. The carpet, bathroom flooring, nightstand and furniture seemed brandnew. The bed was comfortable. No smells in room at all. I am a non smoker and I appreciated that there was no smell of smoke on property. The grounds are kept clean, the pool is nice and ckean and so is hottub. Nice people that work there. The only thing I wish was different about the room is that there were a bar to hang hangers on, instead of a desk table with an office chair they should put a little round table with 2 wooden chairs so a couple people could sit and have a meal, needed one more nightstand and one more towel rack in bathroom however all the furniture that was in the room seemed new , clean and sturdy. TV is huge and very good reception with many channels . Very nice big dresser to put clothes in. I will stay at the place again. For small families they have units with kitchenettes that look nice. I always like if there is a little something for breakfast nothing much just a muffin or banana , cereal or something simple

• Corban (8/5): For a couple of teenagers this really worked out well. - We were impressed that it was a nice as it was. Also the location was great as we were able to walk into the Heavenly Village area. No real complaints.

• Greg2024 (10/5): everything was great - I booked it just for one night to park my car, sleep, and to have shower, and that's it. This is a typical motel-like property so the main requirements for me are that it is has a convenient parking, clean inside, and not overpriced. Here, it was very clean. pleanty of parking lots, including right before the room. We came at 11 pm and to get a key it took 1 minute. The location was right in 5-10min of walking time to main ski gondolas. So everything is great. As to the price - to me it was slightly overpriced, but the location, I guess, dictates the price.

• Christina (2/5): - We got a double bed room and it was very small for 4 people. Fridge didn't work and the heater would get warm then cold, turning on and off by its self. The walls were very thin , we could hear everything. Nice tv size and channels. Close to everything of South lake Tahoe. Will definitely not stay here again. The shower was a bit old school with a blue tub. Make sure to bring you own towels because these are very small. Plus bring hair shampoo and conditioner. The size of them room and bathroom. Felt very old

• Jonas (6/5): Beautiful nature and cold stay - Great place at all It was very cold inside the room the ac/heater is so loud that you could not sleep so you have to heat it up sleep a couple of hours (3-4) heat again for 15minutes and sleep again.

• Josianne (9/5): - The location worked perfect for a concert I attended right across the border in Nevada, walked back from the concert to the hotel on my own and felt safe (woman in her 40s). Also close to beautiful places around the lake.

Room was generally clean, but it really needs an update and things repaired like a cracked door frame that had a piece poking out which could cause injury.
