• Sierra (10/5): - It’s very nice I enjoy staying there very comfortable It’s very great place only thing is house keeping steady knock on door from 9:00 to 11:00 they came my room 3 times kept waking me up I guess rush us to leave we don’t have leave till 12 but over all great stay front desk lady amazing
• Ginny (6/5): Bad breakfast - The room was large a comfortable. Shower was great The breakfast was awful. There was not an attendant . The offerings were cold or empty. The bread was stale . The room was a mess with food on the floor and tables. The coffee was so bad I couldn't drink it. And the maid was banging on my door by 930 even though check out was later. Overall not a good experience.

• DLNY1 (6/5): Great Location just off I-95 - We stayed here two nights and it was an average SpringHill Suite. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location off I-95 was excellent and they shared the parking lot with a Your Pie restaurant that had really good pizza and wings. The sink had a funky smell and the aerator on the faucet was leaking so when you turned the water on it sprayed the counter a little. Breakfast had the basics, nothing to get excited about. Located next to Robeson College.

Stayed for one night so I cannot comment on the pool or breakfast as we got there late and slept in. But the staff that we encountered were great. I did love the 12pm check out time. Bathroom has a transparent door which is an issue when everyone is sleeping and someone needs to use it as it lights up the room.

She made our day with her honesty. What a wonderful representative of the company. The hotel is also very nice and clean. The rooms are spacious.

Front desk staff was friendly, efficient, and best of all able to accommodate our special requests. Our King Suite was clean, comfortable, and spacious. We had a great Wi-Fi connection, the television and air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom towels were plush. Based on our experience we highly recommend the SpringHill Suites in Lumberton!

The room was well thought out in its design and accommodated a married couple, a single adult and a young adult quite comfortably. The breakfast was the usual fare but well stocked throughout the breakfast period. The young lady that attended it was extremely nice - usually attendants are a little grumpy. Overall, I recommend this establishment.

• Larrivee (10/5): Great location, super convenient and comfortable! - Location was excellent. Breakfast was good. Restaurant right in the same parking lot was excellent after a long day of travel. The renovated room was esthetically beautiful, but the bathroom attached to the bedroom with a slider is awkward when trying to use it in the night without waking your spouse. I also wish the mini fridge had a freezer or at least a dial to turn up the temperature. The fridge was barely cool and when you have to refrigerate medication, it becomes a problem. Without a freezer to freeze an ice pack, we had to stop and purchase ice the next morning.

• cdlg2017 (10/5): Great customer service and location - I stayed here while traveling for business and it was a great place to stop. The room was very comfortable, breakfast was good and the front desk let me check out a little later which really helped me out. I appreciated their hospitality. Plus there's a Your Pie Pizza in the parking lot that was convenient and tasty for dinner. Good place to stop if you're traveling on 95.

Air condition did not work in hallways and the rooms had trouble cooling because when you opened the door hot air came into the room. Did not like parsley flakes on scrambled eggs; no chocolate milk in a carton; turkey sausage was not good; sausage biscuit was frozen The inside pool area was so hot; it was like a steam room with no air.

• Hudsonmccraw (10/5): Beautifully renovated hotel is the perfect oasis for long road trips! - We chose this hotel to stay at to recharge ourselves in the middle of a long haul drive back home from our trip during the Christmas holidays. We stayed here a few times in the past, and had an excellent experience each time. The hotel being right off of I-95 makes it exceptionally convenient for us. We were pleasantly surprised to see that this suites were renovated. The new colors and overall decor really worked, giving a more inviting, modern, and relaxing vibe to the suites themselves. That plus a new trundle bed sofa, which we found to be much more comfortable than the old sofabed. The bed and bedding was very comfortable, and the wi-fi worked well. Basically, the renovations made the already excellent suites even better. And the lobby has also been nicely renovated as well, and looks great! The hotel staff, whether they be at the front desk or others, were always warm and hospitable. They also kept the breakfast selections well stocked even with quite the crowd in the mornings. Another big plus for this hotel, is that there is a restaurant, Your Pie(which is excellent), right on the grounds of the hotel. It was so nice to not have to drive elsewhere to grab a bite. Summed up, we had a thoroughly wonderful stay here at the SpringHill Suites in Lumberton. This and past experiences has made us big fans of this hotel. We'll be back again soon!

It was a very friendly atmosphere, the front desk agent, Marlena (forgive the spelling) was friendly and got me checked in quickly. My room was clean, I was on the front so I could see my car. I slept on some clouds, didn’t know hotels had cloud beds, but that’s what I was sleeping on. Breakfast was on point. Ms. Darlene, the breakfast host, was interacting with guests making sure everything was good, in addition to maintaining a clean well stocked breakfast bar. The front desk staff was friendly as I was checking out. Just an overall great stay… oh by the way, the pool is open 365 days a year, I didn’t have my swimsuit or I would have gone swimming. I recommend SpringHill Suites Lumberton for a good night rest followed by a great breakfast…

The staff are always kind and professional. We had an especially great experience with Darlene and Aleeyah during breakfast on the morning of 12/14/2025.

I chose this specifically for the amenities of the indoor pool and hot tub. The past 2 times I chose this hotel, the hot tub was out of order. I feel like this should be posted on the website, otherwise it's false advertising to get your money. My room had no trash bags and my son found trash under his bed. There were dead bugs up on the window sill.

• Slusser (10/5): All in all, we LOVED the room, the staff, it's a great hotel to stay in!! - The room was awesome, love the style! The room seemed clean, mirrors were spotless , counters shiny!! The only issue was the toilet seat wasn't cleaned, and the carpet has some missed items when it was vacuumed. Other than that we loved the room! We will definitely be staying again. Maybe a little better cleaning? It was just the toilet that had stuff on the seat! There was peanuts on the floor?? Lol maybe vacuum couldn't pick them up? Not happy dogs stay there. We Love animals, but I don't want to sleep in a room that someones dog had an accident or slept on the same bed I'm sleeping in .
