- Jhon (8/5): En general todo bien - Todo estuvo muy bien. El parqueadero es excelente, la piscina es muy bonita y el comedor para el desayuno es muy agradable. Las jaboneras del baño se encontraban deterioradas; con solo reemplazarlas, el espacio mejoraría notablemente su apariencia. En cuanto al resto, la habitación se encontraba en condiciones aceptables.

Se indica que la habitación tiene "the pool with a view is the standout feature of this double room". La unica ventana de la habitación, era bastante pequeña, pero daba hacia una columna. No Vistas hacia piscina ni a ningun lado.

If you want to charge your guest 80.000. more than the given price by booking.com and being asked about it, you should have the decently to apologize, or the smartness to say that it was a mistake, not a lot of words about that you accept that your quest doesn't want to be fooled. I accept 20–30' more paying with Visa, but not 80’. So I paid with cash the day after. After the incident and me being tougher, I got good service.

- João (4/5): Disappointing - Nice pool area. The lady at breakfast and also one of the ladies in reception were very nice and helpful. Starting by the fact I was asked more money than what was actually on my confirmation, which I immediately refused. Eventually, it was the price I had in my confirmation. I feel that the receptionist from this point was totally unfriendly for the remaining of my stay. AC had an issue that was only resolved on the last day of my stay. Lastly, when I asked the receptionist for towels for the swimming pool, I was told they don't provide. I wonder if I had to go to my room, bring the wet, and used towels in there to the pool. I'm not sure if they would give me new towels to shower in the room afterwards. I work in a Marriott Hotel with 250 rooms and manage both reception and housekeeping. If these things would have happened in my hotel, there would have been 50% compensation at least. I will come to Monteria again for sure, for many times, but surely won't stay here again. Avoid this place if you want to enjoy your stay in Monteria.

- wilson (8/5): Hotel local estándar bueno - El Hotel es local, los funcionarios son amables y tienen buen nivel de servicio al cliente, el desayuno es tradicional de la zona (Rico y Variado), la habitación es pequeña no tiene un escritorio para trabajar, no tenia agua caliente (por lo menos ese día), no tienen convenio de transporte o traslados.

Average rooms with wifi, there's no hot water in bathroom neither hairdresser, you have to ask for those at reservation time. Limited room service and the food it's not special. Clean.
