Lukas (10/5): My second home in Estes Park - Clean, comfortable and with well equipped kitchen. Max from the reception desk was a very kind person, always helpful and friendly. The location by Fall River is amazing, close to the RMNP entrance and not far from downtown Estes Park. This is a place I would not hesitate to return to.
Celestina (10/5): Great deal for Beautiful surroundings and Nice Cabins - We loved the quaint little cabin right on the most beautiful river surrounded by trees! The bed was comfortable and the cabin had everything we needed. Max was very accommodating and friendly. When I left some jewelry, he found it for me and mailed it to me; he wouldn't let me pay for the shipping! There is a great restaurant right down the road from Streamside on Fall River called the Wapiti Colorado Club. Downtown Estes Park is only 5 minutes away. We will definitely come back!

Jennifer (10/5): Streamside is a nice quiet place to stay, and close to RMNP. - The cabin I stayed in was really cute and had a huge patio, which was perfect for spotting the local wildlife. I was visited by a marmot, a family of deer and turkeys. I will definitely be back. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable.

R8417LLcindyh (10/5): Great getaway - We chose this location as a quick getaway from Denver for the weekend. The check-in process was pleasant, Max at the front desk was so helpful. We learned that the cabin that we stayed in was recently re-built (after being burned in the fire) with modern amenities; heated toilet, jacuzzi tub, LVP flooring, upgraded WIFI etc. We were visited by the local turkeys and elk (normal for Estes). Our room was very clean and comfortable.

Check in is done remotelly through a machine, not clear why since there is a person behind the desk. We got 10 minutes early at 14:50 and were told to wait outside until 15:00 to get the key, although the room was ready with the key waiting on the counter. The outside of the room does not look like in the pictures. More like a condo with 4-5 of them in one building.

mariabH8421IT (4/5): Buyer beware - Cabin was ok, dishwasher was not working. Located on the river. We have stayed here before and had decided to come back and rent a cabin with a hot tub. We used the hot tub each night for about on hour each time. We read the instructions on what to do and not do. Also, not our first time using a hot tub. When we arrived home we received a email saying that we had “trashed” the hot tub and that it had to be drained and we would be charged an additional $250. We called Max and he said that according to his hot tub expert it was so cloudy that you couldn’t see the bottom and had to be drained. Buyer beware, take pictures of the water before and after you use it. We got in the hot tub at night and so we can’t say if it was clear when we got in the first night.

The grounds are well kept and it was nice to walk to the river and watch the water. I will definitely be back. Tiffany (9/5): Great place on the river - The room was big, though because the beds were big there wasn't much room between the wall and bed. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels which is helpful with the hot tub. The kitchen was well equipped (though I usually bring a sharp knife) and there was also coffee, salt and pepper provided which is a little thing, but thoughtful in the kitchen. At check in there are games and books to borrow. The location was very close to the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. And there was a wild turkey parade each morning. The bathroom was a little outdated, but lots of hot water and shampoo, soap and conditioner were provided.

Jennifer Freeman (8/5): Great stay! - The cottage was nice, and we loved the hot tub! The cabin was rustic yet had some current amenities as well. The shower was good and the robes were a nice touch getting out of the hot tub. I wish there had been ceiling fans. Once it got hot, it was hard to cool it off without just opening the windows. I wish extra trash bags had been available. Directions on how to open and close the lid of the hot tub would have been beneficial as well, for those of us who do not use them often.

Property was beautiful, weather was bad, but that is Colorado for you. Actually things were great and can't think of anything. It was a bit difficult to find as google maps told us to turn at the wrong place, but we came n late at night. That didn't help.

daxf2023 (10/5): Great stay - Our stay was wonderful! I have seen reviews that the front office was rude, but I found the exact opposite. Very friendly and helpful. Ou cabin was spacious and clean. There is a small kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom with separate sink area, and a living area with a fireplace. Hot tub was outside on the patio that overlooked a beautiful stream. I loved every second.

Ash Streyer (2/5): Never again - I wish I could find something to put here beyond the toilet was a bidet and was warm when you sat on it. GPS had a very difficult time locating. No one answered the phones when called only to find out when we did get to the property, the only physical person in the office spoke no English. When you walk into the office you have to speak a man on a kiosk who is clearly remote overseas to get any assistance. The "office" is ONLY open from 3p-5p MT. Outside of those hours, you are on your own.

Scott Sudduth (9/5): Would highly recommend during a winter vacation - The individual cabins were great and a short scenic drive away from downtown Estes Park. The cabin layout itself was very nice and the bathroom was pleasant. Enjoyed getting to see the wildlife in the area as well. Would definitely return next time I make a trip to Colorado. House keeping was not great about replacing used towels or removing trash. Do wish breakfast could have been included but our cabin came with a kitchenette, so can't complain much.

The staff were rude and unaccommodating. We had an issue with the blankets being clearly dirty. The man that manages the front desk was so aggressive, argumentative and unhelpful when we brought this up. This could have been such a minor issue but he immediately started fighting me, being unreasonable and fully ruined my morning/made me feel unsafe.

Pauly (5/5): We enjoyed our time but would not stay there again. Will spend more money for a nicer place. - Location was great. Short drive to Rocky Mountain National Park and to downtown Estes Park. Our unit was attached to another unit with just a door between and we could hear them plainly talking late into the night. Also, the hot tub was not up to temp and nobody in the office when we called to ask for help. And there seemed to be a lot of junk piled around the property including a large pile of wood/brush/and branches that looked like they had been there a long time, an old dilapidated hot tub and other furniture just piled up under trees.
