• Laura (7/5): - Staff were very helpful and friendly The room and whole hotel was spotlessly clean The bed (even though very worn) was very comfortable Guys outside on trikes to take you anywhere 24 hour food in restaurant for late night travellers Burger King and Jollibee 10 minute walk away The hotel is old and badly worn. Even my bedsheets had a massive worn patch and they thought this was appropriate to put on. The photos are clearly very old and do not depict how worn the whole hotel is. The area is not convenient to any big malls or anything tourists might enjoy. A grab back to the airport was P350. Hotel shuttle wanted P500. Im pretty sure I was the only guest in the hotel and the driver had been stood at the door all morning doing nothing. The hotel/he would rather sit all morning with no work and nothing to do than take 350 pesos. They actually told me it was better to get grab before I even asked them.the price.

• Jun (7/5): Remote 2.1/2 star place. - Friendly staff. A hotel which has seen its best days long ago. Quite far e. g. from SM mall. Only restaurant was Korean. Restaurant without ambition (dirty tablett clothes, plastic plates).
• Bryan (5/5): Wont be staying there again as there are much better options at more reasonable prices - Rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Not value for money TBH . Negatives... Internet was intermittent and sometimes nonexistent boasted cable channels but again they had none The TV had apps such as Netflix Youtube etc but useless with the intermittent or no internet signal at all.. Paid for daily breakfast but that was a mistake as they only serve spicy left over Korean food.. restaurant menu again only limited spicy Korean dishes.

• Rashaad (2/5): - There were bugs in room and hallways. I am disabled so we needed somewhere with elevator. Hotel description says that there is elevator and there is none. Lost power on second night and my family and I left after night 2 of 8 night booking with no refund . Had to pay 1000 pesos deposit for second key. Tried to charge again for 11yr old child but was clearly charged already from Expedia. Front door staff harassed family members for dropping us off and picking us up. When showed the staff pictures and videos of bugs was dismissed and ignored.

• dhaizelj (2/5): DO NOT COME HERE - My stay in this hotel is very BAD!!! The ambiance is sad and horrendous. Staff is not hospitable. They all pout and they seem upset. They Always spend time looking at their phone even at the time of duty. One even shouted at me thinking that I was one of the employees. It is his job to know their guests. They dont even smile. It is as if they only receive a 100 peso per day wage. There is no water and electricity at night. Poor owner of this hotel, your employees maybe angry at you.
• eric (6/5): OK - Room was ok .. but deadbolt did not work. Could hear a bit of music from bar but not bad. Front desk people very nice. Wifi not very good in room.
• Merly Watts (2/5): Philippine holiday in Angeles Palace Hotel - Staircase have a couple of peeling carpets which is very dangerous. (no lift) The air conditioner does not blow cold air. Bedside lamp does not work, ceiling lights dark and 1 bulb not working, switch when entering room does not work. Bathroom is block, it clears slowly.Arrived at 11:30 pm and the room was not done, and no bed sheet, have to request towel, the following evening, room made brought two towels apologising they are a bit damp, BUT ACTUALLY smelt of BODY ODOUR! Brought them myself at the reception and have to change them. Four days when we comeback there are 1 or 2 cocraches quickly disappearing from somewhere when we enter the room. Not surprised, dirty glasses and bottles left for 3 days in the hall next to our room not cleared! Breakfast room, aircoditioned, at least 50 flies flying around covered food. I paid extra to upgrade my room and this is what they offer. I do not recommend this Hotel at all!
• Flyer fm taiwan (6/5): Staff RO friendly - Far away from downtown staff's are very kindly .Only prepare Korean style simple breakfast.Room is big but old. Total value not bad.

• Verified traveler (8/5): 친절함.청결은 아쉬움. - 그냥 우리나라 시골의 관광호텔급. 객실과 화장실이 좀 청결이 아쉬웠지만 그럭저럭. 직원들은 친절했어요. 코리아타운과 가까워요. 워킹스트리트랑도 가깝구. 픽업,드롭서비스가 넘 좋았어요.
• Oliver (4/5): - stay started not well..first room, A/C was not working, so i had to insist to get a new room...i finally got a new one, where AC went fine. Hotel is in Korean hand, so food is nearly all for korean.there is a free shuttle bus, which u can use until 4 am. just call the reception, they arrange pickup in Angeles. Staff very friendly and helpful. all in all, it is a bit far away from fields AVE, so you have all time to use free shuttle...the hotel is not in best condition, small renovations would be nice, to keep the whole object in better condition.
• Ryan (4/5): Highlight is the Pool - Old hotel.....poorly maintained. Aircondition was very poor, needed and electric fan to cool up the room. Bathroom ceiling had molds. Main door loose, could easily be picked and entered.
