• Sean (5/5): Would not stay again - Switched me to a hotel nearby without working a/c. Switched me back to original hotel, put me on unremodeled 3rd floor, stained walls, paint chipping off, unclean. Said they were remodeling and hadn't got to that floor yet. Definitely not worth 19$/night for the BS. Maybe the newer lower stories are ok. I wouldn't go there again Room was in horrible condition, dated stained walls cracked

C'était moyennement propre et surtout il y avait des travaux en cours dans le couloir, ce qui fait que ça sentait très fort la peinture dans ma chambre. La fenêtre de la chambre donnant sur le couloir, impossible d'aérer. De plus tôt le matin il y avait du bruit car les travailleurs étaient là. Les chambres des étages concernés ne devraient pas être occupées pendant la période de travaux..

• kirill (4/5): Нуждаешься в ремонте - Кондиционер работал , и то хорошо Нет лифта , узкая винтовая лестница , с чемоданами жесть , ужасная слышимость , сан узел ужасный . С завтраком были проблемы , связано с персоналом .
• Sonjya (9/5): Great Location, Great Staff - before paying for breakfast check when leaving. - Location was excellent - very easy walk to Bui Vien Street (district 1), in area of smaller alleys, close to Ben Thank Markets and food everywhere. Staff were amazing - helped with bags (no lift), called us a grab to the airport etc. Very Helpful with good english. Had internal room with no outside window - window had shutter to hallway. Very noisy at night when people were either checking in or returning to rooms (may have just been them!) Breakfast from 7am - missed out purchased one (no take-away) to make early flight

• Paula (7/5): Correcto pero no estupendo. - La ubicación para visitar puntos turísticos de interés es buena. Y en el baño pudimos contar con lo indispensable para nuestra higiene personal, cosa que se agradece. El personal fue bastante agradable. El alojamiento se encontraba cerca de zonas de fiesta, por lo que coincidiendo la estancia en fin de semana no pudimos descansar. Además, nuestra habitación estaba ubicada en la ultima planta y al no contar con ascensor era bastante cansado subir y bajar. La habitación estaba limpia pero tenía algún que otro achaque.

We stayed in one of the hotels and our son had to stay in another hotel building on the same street. Although not ideal, it was fine and there wasn't any issues. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Just for us, as a family, to be at the one property, but it wasn't an issue.

Climatisation pas bruyante et frigo idem pas bruyant. Évidemment un peu bruyant du fait de l’emplacement ( quartier routard et festif) mais une bonne paire de boules quies fait qu’on dort bien ou une bonne fatigue

• Tanner (8/5): - The staff staff and the location were great. The room was fine, i was on the top floor with windows on two sides as it is higher than surrounding buildings. It felt very open compared to other places i have stayed. The downside of being on the top floor is that you are the same height as the water tank. Hence why the pressure is low on the hot water. The cold was fine, so you just need to mix it to get something suitable. The mattress was a little saggy, but again, first world problems as they say.

• alissa (3/5): what the flip - sauber und nettes hilfsbereites personal! Ich hätte am liebsten dem chef dieses hotels eine ansage gemacht. Denn dieser hat während sein hotel halb auseinander gefallen ist seine hodensäcke in hanoi gechillt!! Und damit meine ich nicht den netten manager sondern den chef den wir leider nie getroffen haben!! 1. zimmer nur kochend heißes wasser aus der dusche 2. zimmer der stecker der lampe ist als ich ihn in die steckdose tun wollte in meiner hand explodiert wodurch der strom im ganzen zimmer ausgefallen ist. 3.zimmer in dem hotel waren keine zimmer frei weswegen wir in ein nachbarhotel mussten dort war jedoch schimmel im bad!! 4. zimmer danach war auf einmal doch ein zimmer frei woraufhin wir dann in den 5. stock verbarrikadiert worden sind wo die bettlaken echt schmutzig waren!! 5.zimmer wieder im zweiten zimmer weil endlich jemandem eingefallen ist dass man die sicherung einfach hätte wieder rein machen können 5 zimmer in zwei nächten!? Dieses hotel ist ein LSD fiebertraum.

• Christine (6/5): Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht - Die Lage ist fantastisch und das Personal nett und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und renovierungsbedürftig. Leider alles etwas lieblos. Es gibt viele Dinge, die mal gut angedacht waren, aber nun im Dornröschen-Schlaf dahinvegetieren. Dazu gehört die ungenutzte Bar und ein nett dekoriertes Zimmer, was ein eyecatcher sein könnte. Angeblich wird dort Frühstück serviert, ich hab es nie in Betrieb gesehen, es lag stets im Dunkeln. Dort ansetzen und die Zimmer renovieren, würde eventuell auch zum Preis passen, denn diese Relation hat für mich nicht gestimmt.

• David (8/5): Bien placé à moindre coût. Hôtel charmant - L'emplacement tres bien placé pour les bus et près des zones festives et non loin (1/2km) des musées et autre. La chambre est spacieuse avec un grand lit propre et la salle d'eau est juste ce qu'il faut. Très belle vue de la chambre. Accueil du personnel très bien même si c'était un débutant. Les 5 étages sans ascenseur. Un peu de bruit dans la rue en bas car cette chambre est exposée d'où son prix attractif mais avec le double vitrage c'est léger.

• Diedel79 (10/5): - Die Lage ist super zentral, man hat viele Restaurants, kleine Supermärkte und Bars in der Nähe, Zur Walking Street läuft man maximal 3 Minuten. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Man hört die anderen Gäste im Treppenhaus und wenn man in der ersten Etage woht, hört man auch laut und deutlich jedes Gespräch an der Rezeption

• MR ROGER (10/5): Interesting back alley hotel, offering respite from hustle and bustle of main street - Staff were friendly, helpful and approachable. They went above and beyond to help us. Brilliant guys. Helped us arrange a tour to the tunnels, which was good value also Could be a bit noisy from the street at the weekend.

• Max (2/5): Schimmel kamer - Het enige wat goed was aan dit hotel was de locatie. Wij kwamen aan bij dit hotel om in te checken. De medewerker kon onze reservering eerst al niet vinden waar wij hem uiteindelijk bij geholpen hadden. Hij stuurde ons naar een hotel een paar deuren verderop en zei dat het hetzelfde hotel was. Wij kwamen de kamer binnen en de muren zaten onder de schimmel. Het stonk en was ongezond. Wij zijn terug gegaan naar de receptie om dit te zeggen waar wij van hem te horen kregen dat hij het al wist. Bleek achteraf dat de kamer die wij geboekt hadden dubbel geboekt was. Volgens hem was dit een upgrade maar wij zien schimmel niet als een upgrade. Wij mochten uiteindelijk in een andere kamer waar er geen schimmel zat maar spinnenwebben op de muur. Zo onhygiënisch. Wij hebben geen verontschuldigingen of compensatie van het hotel gehad. Je kreeg de indruk dat ze ons alleen maar vervelend vonden omdat we erover klaagden wat volkomen terecht was. Nooit meer!!!

Its also a hotel were people come to get laid after there party night, when they picked up somebody. U can hear this at night sometimes... And dont sleep at the first floor. U hear everything from the reception. But also, if u are a night out it doesnt matter :)
• Madeleine (6/5): Satisfaisant pour un court séjour - Emplacement central très animé. 3 chambres réservées mais sans fenêtre donnant sur l extérieur. hôtel parfois bruyant. Le personnel est cependant sympathique et serviable. . Les rues autour très très animées

There was no option to have the room cleaned, so we had to keep requesting for housekeeping to come. Bad wifi connection. The air in the room was damp and mould in the bathroom.
