- Marks (8/5): Excellent day, but frustrating with all of the things that did not work properly - The hotel is elegant and has the best possible location. The staff is what makes it special. Dien, Hien and the reception staff should be commended by management as they are so friendly and helpful. This is my second day, and back in October I suggested that the hotel hire somebody, just one person that can speak English because nobody can. For such a huge Hotel chain, there are several problems with the hotel room. My refrigerator did not work, my tea kettle did not work, my bathtub did not drain and the engineers had to come up and disrupt my room to try and fix it, which they never did. These are all things that can be fixed quite easily, but it seems that nobody really cares to do so.

The venue was well-prepared, and the team was professional and attentive. Special thanks to Hoang Linh in reception department for her incredible support—responsive, thoughtful, and always ready to help. Her dedication made a real difference and ensured everything ran smoothly.

- Katherine (8/5): Thankful they were open but eat somewhere else - I really appreciated that the hotel was functional. We had no idea of the devastation from the typhoons in the local area. Despite windows still blown out the pool was amazing and the hotel was mostly business as usual While the breakfast was fine, lunch and dinner were very disappointing. We were handed a 15-page menu only to be told they didn't have most of it. What we did order was pretty awful. The best thing for them to do is throw out that menu and create a shortened one of a few things they can do well. We had to eat elsewhere

- Andrew (10/5): - This hotel is fabulous and we really enjoyed our stay here. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful and accommodating. The rooms had a beautiful view and we're well appointed and comfortable. I want to give a special shout out to Dien. She was our waitress for dinner and breakfast and she was the most attentive and kind and smiling waitress I have ever had. Management needs to recognize her for her efforts. Having said that I would like to make some suggestions to make the stay here even better: 1) hire somebody who can speak English. Thank goodness for Google Translate because I don't know what we would've done if we did not have the stool. This is a huge hotel chain that claims to have 60 properties in Vietnam but there was not one person here who can speak English and that makes it very uncomfortable. 2) we had a couple of encounters with dirty silverware, dirty plates, and the morning orange juice container that had watermelon seeds floating in it. 3) clean the carpets in the bedrooms. The comfortable chair had stains on it and there were several stains in the carpet. It is my responsibility to let you know that there are a few things that can be improved although the overall experience was fantastic . No English Dirty carpets and chair Dirty forks and plates

- Thi (8/5): Overall we are happy with our stay. - Location is excellent. Staffs are nice and polite. Nice selection of food for breakfast. Room is spacious with beautiful ocean views. The hotel could do with a bit of upgrade. No air con in the lobby, reception. The floor was not taken care of frequently so sometimes it was wet and dirty.

I would recommend you guys to stay in this hotel, in both winter and summer. Nice morning buffet, great gym, the room is also really nice decorated especially I got help very sincerely by Mr.Tuan bellman and Mr. Luong.

- DavidSong_99 (10/5): Good experience with my friends - Exellent views on 5th floor or 26th floor (nearby the sea) Good food, expecially sweat potato (the first time i have eaten this dish). Room is ok although not perfect. Gym room is not diverse but it is enough for me (a slim guy). Beakfast is normal.
- Thuytt (10/5): Nice hotel facing to the beach in Cua Lo! - We are on a road trip from Hanoi to Saigon and decided to stay in Cua Lo for one night. As we are hotellier, GM had kindly upgraded us to a Suite which has the best sea view from two glass walls. We felt so fascinated with their room with a large living room, jacuzzi bathtub and shower cabinet. We were vegan during our stay but hotel team accommodated us very well. We will definitely recommend our friends to stay here. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

The gym had very limited equipment, didn't match the photos. There was very limited food and drinks available in the hotel. Staff went out of their way to accommodate us with whatever they had available.

For a reason beyond my comprehension they have demolished all that made the beach so nice.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice hotel but maybe not the best choice at Cua Lo - We visited at low season which meant most food items were not available in the restaurant and the pool was drained. The rooftop bar was very enclosed and didn’t offer much view of the surroundings and the restaurant used for breakfast has no views. It may be wise to check the accommodations at any of the hotels in Cua Lo if traveling there off season. The beach was beautiful and it was very relaxing being in a virtual ghost town location only with the local population taking strolls along the water.
- Nguyen (8/5): Really need to improve the cleaning service - The hotel has very nice location, right in the beach center, the beach is just cross the road. Spacious room. The room facilities are full equipped, not luxury but its valued for money. Good breakfast in a nice restaurant. Cleaning is really a minus point. We found the dirty marks in the room door, door handrail right after checking in the room (I guess the engineering staff just fixed something in the room but the housekeeping forgot to touch up the room). The daily housekeeping is not good either - the staff just came up with the broom and a mock to clean the floor, no vacuum cleaner, so it was still very dirty after cleaning. We could see how dirty our bare feet were walking around the room. In front of the room's door, dirt, hair, even toothpick were seen right on the carpet. It was there for all time we stayed (4 days) without any cleaning. It seems that nobody took care of the corridor's carpet daily. Terrible. I hope the hotel's management will improve this cleaning.
