• Rayra (10/5): Irretocável - Esse hotel é incrível: perto da estação de trem, uma vista no restaurante deslumbrante, café da manhã incrível e completo. Funcionários muito simpáticos (uma inclusive falava português) e um destaque para o Francisco - nos atendeu a noite no restaurante e nos colocou em uma sala mais vazia perto da janela quando soube que estávamos comemorando nosso relacionamento. • Gerard (8/5): A nice stay in a great location. - A great location at the side of the lake. A good restaurant with friendly staff. After initially being offered a room next to the hotel’s laundry services we were offered a free upgrade with a small balcony. Good parking site. The room had a small high window and a door which did not really allow a good view of the spectacular surroundings whilst in the room; thankfully our room had a small balcony.

It was on the pricey side, but that’s to be expected here. And you definitely get what you are paying for, the place is great.

• John (10/5): Classic hotel overlooking the lake. - Classic hotel overlooking the lake. My room had a stunning view across the lake. The room was very clean and quite comfortable, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The sound insulation between rooms was much better than in most hotels, this was the quietest hotel I've stayed in for ages, resulting in the best night's sleep I've had on my trip so far. Very good breakfast with a wonderful view. City card included which was a bonus. The room fridge really only cooled drinks a little, not much below room temperature. Overly soft pillow gave no support.

We were charged an extra drink, we had to ask a 2nd time for the wine, he apologised said will come, as waited least 20mins, they then added another to bill! Wheb we noticed next morning, they would not refund. Didn't want to know about it.
• Megan (6/5): Skip the stay, enjoy lunch with a view instead - The view from the restaurant is the highlight of this property. The proximity to the lake via a switchback path is also useful. The cost of a night's stay at this hotel does not outweigh the poor service. They advertise as a 3-star hotel (true) but charge 4-star prices. The offer of 1-hour spa services is only good from 3-9pm and only if someone is not already in the space. Calls to the front desk go unanswered (I was later informed they are understaffed). Breakfast buffet attendants do not allow you to sit at certain tables as they've already set for lunch service at 9:30am. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience but a simple lunch with the view at the restaurant would suffice.

Served the purpose for an onvernight stop but St. Moritz is effectively shut at the time of year we stayed. Walk around the lake is very nice and easy from the hotel. Little communication from the hotel prior to the stay and not being able to checkout before 7:30 am. Long way from St. Moritz centre

• Tomohiko (6/5): - 部屋が清潔で充実していた。 翌日の早出について、前もってメッセージをし、チェックイン時に伝えたにも関わらず、翌日チェックアウト時のスタッフからは、「7:30より前には一切の処理を行わない」と言われた。幸い追加チャージは無かったのでそのまま鍵を置いて立ち去ったが、まるでこちらが非常識なリクエストかルール違反をしているかのように扱われ、気分が大変損なわれた。この時期のGracier Expressは早朝の列車しかなく、こちらが出来る限りのことをしておいたにも関わらずこのような態度を取られ、大変不快だった。もし追加のチャージがあった場合も彼らは支払いの受け取りを拒否、あるいは7:30まで私を拘束するつもりだったかもしれないと考えるととても恐ろしい。
• Yuko (8/5): - ホテルからの眺望が素晴らしかった。また駅からの行き方が難しいが、分かればとても近いこと(ただし坂や階段が多く荷物が多いと短距離でも大変)。また設備も値段の割に美しく雰囲気が良く、スタッフも感じが良く、チェックアウトの時に水をくれた。 部屋からの眺望がなかったこと。階段をよじ登れば小さなテラスがありそこからは見えたが部屋にいると何も見えないのは少し残念。また朝食は総じて美味しかったが、あまり朝食会場のスタッフは感じがよくなくて、英語で話しかけても無視されたりした

Havia somente um travesseiro na cama. O quarto tinha bela vista para o lago, mas era bem pequeno. Não há frigobar.

Thanks to someone’s tip, we took a short cut instead of following google map’s road route. The short cut is walk inwards on platform 3 and you will come across a tunnel to go down to the lake. Follow the lake direction out to the road. And cross the temp bridge. Refer to photos The breakfast was generous spread and very good, with beautiful view of the lake There were weird noises at night, not sure what caused the sound, a lot of banging sound. But they were more obvious in the toilet, but better with the toilet door closed. Also, we checked the price on the day we check in, it was CHF200 cheaper than what we booked for the same room and still available The hotel is up on hill, luckily we travelled light and walk on the grassy hill to get up as short cut instead of the long up hill road

• Hiroko (8/5): 別荘気分になれる宿 - ・シングルルーム全体的には狭めだけどリノベされたバスルームが広くて綺麗で快適だった。 ・お茶セットが充実 ・三つ星ホテルだけど部屋に冷蔵庫があった。 ・朝食会場でもあるレストランが湖に面しておりとても開放的、美しい。 ベッドサイドランプが壊れておりフロントに伝えたが修理できる人がいないので明日、とぞんざいに言われた。オフシーズンなので理解できるが、せめて申し訳なさげな言い方なら印象も違うのになと思った。しかも一泊しかしないから意味ない。
