• Mensur (6/5): Complicated check in - Reception doesn't work if you don't call before. I booked in the morning and arrive at 3:00 pm, but must wait for owner for 3 hours. The number od phone registered at hotels.com is from secretary inside the apartment and is not always available because there is not always anyone. At first day told me I booked with breakfast, last day told me it wasn't booked with breakfast and thats gift for us.

• Henrike (10/5): Tolle Unterkunft in Mestre - Schönes Zimmer, dass genau unseren Erwartungen entsprach. Sehr geräumiges, modernes Bad mit Föhn. Gute Lage, der Bus nach Venedig und zwei Supermärkte direkt vor der Tür, sowie ein Café für den morgendlichen Kaffee ebenfalls nebenan. Der Bahnhof von Mestre ist fussläufig in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar. Und hat es gut gefallen, wir würden definitiv wiederkommen.

• Jakob (8/5): Simple but clean, good budget alt to Venice City - If you're looking for a five star hotel with all the service and quality that comes with it, keep searching. But if you just want a good place to stay a night or two (don't really need more to see Venice and Mestre) in a comfortable bed, with a good wifi, clean bathroom and a good location - this is the place. It's not really a hotel in the sense that it doesn't have a reception, lobby or anything like that. But using your own key, you can come and go as you like and it's not more than a 12-15 minutes walk to the railway station, where you can jump on a train to Venice City Centre (Venice Santa Lucia Station), tickets are only €1.30 for an adult. Be aware though, that the street from the railway station to the hotel is a bit shady in the nights. I walked past two men getting into a fight with each other out on the street, around midnight on a Tuesday evening. The police arrived quite fast though and it wasn't anything worse than the regular bar fight, basically. Still though, the first few blocks around Mestre railway station do feel a bit unsafe in the nights, much like around most railway stations in Italy. Apart from this, if you want to visit Venice but you're not looking to spend €150 (and upwards!) per night staying in the city centre, this is a very good option. Simple but clean and great value for money.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Comfort vicino al centro di Mestre - L'unica diffcoltà l'ho riscontrata nel trovare lo stabile, renderei più visibile il nome della struttura tramite un cartello o un qualsivoglia sistema di segnalazione. La zona è molto vicina al centro, a pochi passi dall'edificio si trovano anche due supermercati. Alla reception sono stata accolta con massima disponibilità e cordialità. La camera era ampia, con arredamenti nuovi, molto atrezzata, disponibilità di wi-fi e bollitore elettrico, nel complesso davvero molto confortevole.

The hotel is bit far from Venice but the bus communication is pretty good. The breakfast quality can be improved. One croissouant and cappuccino are not enough. Best wishes from Wiesbaden, Germany.
• Henk (8/5): Easy Venice B&B is what you may expect - Easy Venice is what you can expect from a bed and breakfast and offers that too.For those who expect more luxury etc, they have to look for something else. However, if you want a good drop-off base for Venice this is a good accommodation. It is central to the bus to Venice, the center of Mestre shops/supermarket and the station.
• Jun (8/5): ベネチア観光に最適なホステル - 古い建物をリノベーションしたような、とても清潔感があり綺麗なホステルでした。アメニティーもタオル・石鹸・シャワージェルがあり、この価格帯ではリーズナブルなのではないでしょうか。シャワールームは狭く、身長180cmの私がシャワーを浴びると、至るところにぶつけていました。 またベネチアへのバス停留所もそばにあり、リーズナブルにベネチア観光をする方にとってはとても良い立地です。

Aucun respect du client, il semblerait que cet hôtel n'ait pas très envie de travailler, sauf peut être à encaisser l'argent un peu trop facilement et rapidement au vu du service fourni. Très très mauvaise expérience avec la réception !! Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel. Detestable reception. Aggressiveness. Wrong times and many problems for the key delivery. I advise you to go your way. No respect for the customer. It seems that this hotel does not want to work, except may be to cash the money a little too easily and quickly regarding the provided service. Very bad experience with the reception !! I do not recommend this hotel.

• Vinicius (8/5): Confortável - Proximo de um ponto de ônibus de fácil acesso a Veneza. Tivemos apenas um problema pois não tinhamos comprado um chip e no checkin tivemos de ligar para que pudessemos fazer o mesmo.

Хороший бизнес придумали владельцы этого гостевого дома -это 1 этаж жилого дома который перепрофилировании под гостиничные номера. Просто и достойно. Номера с современным ремонтом. Было все , что необходимо для комфортного проживания. Также присутствует высокоскоростной WI-FI (до 20Мб на вход, около 2М на выход, правда пинг-около 35). Надо обратить внимание, что стойка рецепции работает не круглосуточно, сотрудники подстраиваются под приезд гостей. Официально рецепция работает с 10.00 до 20.00. Заселение с 14.00. При заселении выдают комплект ключей -от номера, от входа на этаж, от входной двери в парадную. Завтрак предлагают 2-х вариантов -сухой (сок, джем +) паек или в кафе-партнере на соседней улице , цена 5Евро. Завтрак в стоимость номера не входит. В коридоре есть чайник , в номере оставляют пакетированный чай, кто хочет - может воспользоваться услугой. Есть холодильник-минибар, современный ТВ. Есть 3 русскоязычных канала , 2-а информационно-киселевских и один шансон. Окно номера 7 выходит в тихий дворик, ночью тихо.В целом все за свои деньги ))). Из недостатков/особенностей - современная душевая кабина, но размер,мои габариты втискивались с трудом. Приходилось в приоткрытом состоянии дверцы проворачиваться.... В душевой кабинке нет подставки под мыло (думаю если бы эта подставка была-места было бы еще меньше). Еще одна особенность.В коридоре (и в номере, кстати) плиточный пол который резонирует, усиливает и отражает шум в коридо
• Suz (6/5): Easy to get to Venice from this hotel - The room is comfortable and clean. It's on the ground floor, so no need for an elevator, just a few stairs up to the main level. There is a small fridge and a tv. At the windows you can close the wooden shutters for more privacy. The bathroom is an ok size with a towel warmer. Hotel is located close to Mestre city center. I recommend a walk around the city centre, and if you're there on the weekend, check out the couple open air stalls. The staff are friendly but you can only reach them by email or call if you need something, they are not in the office 24 hours. But all the info I needed I got in the first few minutes of checking in. Also if there is anything wrong at nights, you have to wait till the next morning to get it fix. You are given a couple keys to get into your room, and the card attached to the keys must be in the slot to get power to the room. So you can't lock or unlock the door with the lights on.

• maria (8/5): Perfect hotel on a budget easy to get to venice - We arrived at 5.30 pm and a lady met us on our arrival. Very helpful re. Busses and ticket info. Supermarket and bus stop extremely close. However, we know that there is only a person on site limited hours and in fact we were asked to leave our keys in the room as there will be no one to check us out at 9am. Perfect stay if you are flying in morning or afternoon. It could be even better if breakfast was offered but at least there was communal kettle available, which is rare in Italy.

• Onyou (8/5): - 방은 깨끗하고, 넓고 좋아요. 자동 라디에이터로 밤에는 좀 으슬으슬해도.. 견딜만해요~ 짐이 가벼우면 숙소가 좀 거리가 있어도 되겟지만.. 제가 짐이 무거워서인지.. 거리가 좀 멀다 느껴졌어요. 짐들고 18분~20분 걸었네요. 메스트레역까지 빠른걸음으로 12~3분 걸려요. 밤늦게 들어올 때는 역에서 2번버스타고 들어왔어요. 3~4번째 정거장에서 내리면 되요. 옆에 마트가 있어서 뭐 사먹기는 좋았어요. 주인분이 항상 리셉션에 있는건 아니니... 꼭 연락해 보고 가세요. 저는 낮 2시15분에 갔다가.. 지나가는 이탈리아 인 아주머니께 전화 부탁해서.. 주인분과 통화하고 3시10분에 체크인했네요;;; 역에서 체크인 과정까지 힘든 일 (?) 빼고는 다 괜찮았어요.

Hotel sin nadie que te atienda ni siquiera se presentaron a las 12 como indica para darnos llaves hemos perdido el dinero porque nos tuvimos que ir a otro hotel ya que no podiamos estar todo el dia esperando a la persona que nunca apareció. • John (10/5): Very impressed! Great for exploring Venice. - This hotel is in the Mestre neighborhood, which is right by the train station and 20 minutes from the airport. It is very ideal for travelers who don't mind not being on the main island of Venice. The rooms were spotless and very very new. I felt like I was the first guest to stay in my modern-styled room. The bathrooms were very clean and overall the building is quiet. The bus stop is right outside on the street and takes you straight to Venice. Hot showers, TV (all channels in italian), and perfect size for a solo traveler or couple. Unbeatable price! The wifi also is very strong and reliable. I usually don't leave recommendations but after a long journey of traveling, staying at Easy Venice Rooms really made my stay in Venice a great one. You are required to respond to the post-confirmation email sent by Easy Venice Rooms. This is to set a check-in time so the receptionist can guarantee she will be there. This is more of a ball-park time. Teresa is very very accommodating and nice - she waited for me even though I took the wrong train and showed up an hour late after my check-in time. Protip- I stayed in room 10, it was very nice and clean and modern!

• Verified traveler (8/5): Prisvärt B&B - Detta är inte hotel utan B&B ställe. Nyrenoverad och rent och enkelt rum för övernattning. Bemannad vissa tider på dygnet. För frukost ska man gå till en resturang i närheten och köpa frukost där, men det finns andra bättre alternativ i nerheten. Obekväm säng. Med en buss kommer man till Venedig på ca 15 min.
• francesco (8/5): gradevole soggiorno, meno gradevole la zona. - Se non vi fate spaventare dal fatto di essere un po' al confine tra il centro e una zona che può mettere un po' sul chi va là, la permanenza può essere molto buona. La stanza è pulita, moderna e confortevole. Ottimo insomma il rapporto qualità prezzo.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Klein aber fein - Schönes kleines Hotel in Mestre. Zimmer zwar auch klein, aber für einen Städtetrip völlig ausreichend. Alles ist sehr sauber und das Personal freundlich. Die Bushaltestellen nach Venedig und zum Bahnhof sind keine 5 Minuten entfernt. Mit dem Bus ist man in 10-15 Minuten in Venedig, so dass man auch abends nach einem ausgiebigen Tag in dieser tollen Stadt keine lange Reise mehr bis zum Hotel hat. Frühstück hatten wir keins, da wir das klassische italienische Frühstück in der Bar bevorzugen. Wlan im Zimmer hat auch einwandfrei funktioniert, was in Venedig und Umgebung bei Hotels dieser Preisklasse noch lange keine Selbstverständlichkeit ist. Alles in allem ein tolles Preisleistungsverhältnis. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur empfehlen.
• Kia Nam (8/5): Nice stay to visiting venice - Nice room, teresa was helpful, district is Nice, near bus stop to visiting venice Number 7 and number 2 , the bus was include on day pass Actv (bus and boat for 2 days cost 30€), bus to airport is Line 15, so very convenient for transport, near 2 supermarket and Many shop and restaurant in downtown. My only remarks was the room on street is a bit Noisy and there not breakfast.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - The wifi was amazing. The room was clean, modern, and white. It was easy to find from the train station (just walk straight) and the bus stop was 2 mins away to get to Venice. It is about half an hour away so the location is a bit far.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Beautiful and Modern Room - We stayed 3 nights at Easy Venice Rooms. The rooms are newly furnished so everything is modern and clean. The rooms are really spacious, including the bathroom. The shower was great and there was plenty of cupboard space to hang clothing. We really loved the rooms. Visually they are beautiful, however we found the bed to be uncomfortable (you could feel the springs of the mattress and the pillows were thin with the stuffing spread unevenly). We also found there was a lot of noise in the building, doors banging, people upstairs moving around, etc. The guesthouse is located about a 10 minute walk from Venice Mestre station with easy access to Venice. There is also a bus stop close to the guest house where you can catch a bus to Venice. The guest house is located in an ok area but there were several drunks sitting near the fountains about 100metres from the guesthouse during the day and night, however they didn't seen to cause any problems. At night the 'working ladies' were also near the same park/fountain. One last thing to mention was that the Wi Fi didn't seem to work very well, it was slow to non existent.
• Verified traveler (4/5): We did not like it - The bed was very uncomfortable, we felt the bed springs like pieces of metal in our backs, we tried to turn the mattress but it did not help. The check in was very inconvenience. We informed in the night before that we need to set an appointment for check in, as a travelers (from slovenia) the time of arrival depended on so many thing. Although we informed our arraival time 2 hours before, nobody answer the phone or the door and only after an hour of waiting outside we managed to check in. There was no parking for us (our booking from Expedia wasn't enough). We had to park in the street (a busy one) and pay for that. Welcome was not pleasant. The room was clean and we got good directions to Venezia.
