- mariana (9/5): Encantador!! - Se notaba el carino puesto en los detalles, la casa estaba en muy buen estado, me sorprendió muchísimo el jardín que le ha anadido, era precioso y relajante, todo muy bien cuidado y se notaba que Livio se esmera mucho y quiere agradar y dar el un excelente servicio. Pues nada, había aparcamiento, el precio era ajustado, no estaba en el casco histórico pero a cambio tenía un jardín precioso a disposición de los clientes

- DANIELA (7/5): Ottima base tranquilla fuori Lucca con parcheggio - La location è molto bella e situata in una posizione tranquilla, ideale per chi cerca relax lontano dal caos. Le camere sono carine e ben presentate. Molto comoda la presenza del parcheggio privato; la struttura si trova un po' fuori Lucca, quindi è indispensabile avere l'auto per spostarsi. La nota dolente è stata la colazione, che ho trovato decisamente troppo industriale. Erano presenti solo prodotti confezionati (torte, biscotti, pancarrè ecc.) e nessuna scelta di torte fresche o prodotti artigianali del territorio. Per la qualità della struttura, mi sarei aspettata qualcosa di più curato e meno "da supermercato"

- Frances (7/5): Ruhige Oase nahe Lucca - Der Empfang und Sevice war super. Per WhatsApp abgeklärt wann wir ankommen. Super Einweisung und Parkplatz gibt es auch. Ruhig gelegen in.einer Wohngegend. Man braucht ein Auto um mobil zu sein. Livio, der Eigentümer hat uns einen kostenlosen Parkplatz gezeigt von wo es 10 min zu Fuß nach Lucca sind und auch sonst hat er uns viele Infos gegeben. Frühstück klein aber ausreichend und sehr liebevoll zubereitet. Es gibt einen Kühlschrank wo man paar Sachen unterbringen kann. Fenster haben Fensterläden zum schließen, man kann es komplett dunkel machen zum Schlafen. Unser Zimmer hatte ein eigenes Badezimmer aber die Badezimmertür ließ sich nicht vollständig schließen. Es ist eine Falttür und sie ließ sich nicht komplett entfalten. Das war blöd. Die Betten waren sehr weich und durchgelegen.

- Ciocoiu (7/5): Nice garden - Nice garden and Livio was very polite and helpful. The room has a heavy humidity smell, it’s not noise or heat insulated at all. There is a road, next to the property and the cars or even worse the motorcycles felt they were going thru the room. The breakfast is not something worth mentioning, it better if you go to any cafe and with 3/5 Euro you have a better one.

- Clare (9/5): Loved my stay - 100% recommend - Livio was a fantastic host - he offered to pick me up from the train station on arrival, and dropped me back there on my departure day. And was full of helpful information about where to go and what to see. Stefania (housekeeping) was lovely. Both of them were so hospitable, friendly, generous and great English (which made up for my poor Italian). The Garden was beautiful! Breakfast was easy - even treated to fresh croissants some mornings. Great location - close enough to the Walled City, but suburban enough that you feel like a local. Slight walk (mostly on the road, not foot-pathed) to the closest grocery shop and bus stop, but nothing too strenuous.
- Rachel (10/5): A beautiful and secluded B&B with an awesome host and amazing breakfast! - Set in its own complex this property was beautiful. Made up of a few different houses it created privacy and space for an enjoyable stay. The room and the bathroom was very large, clean and parking right at our door. A little way out of Lucca but no issue if you have a car or a happy to take the Local bus. Host was amazing and breakfast is included here and was lovely, coffee and croissants are hard to beat!! The bed was a little uncomfortable and only one small hard pillow each. Would have liked to see a few pillows or even a couple of throw cushions we could have used.

- Stephen (10/5): Excellent - Very clean and quiet, the shutters are great because it blocks out the light and I had the best sleep. The bed was very comfortable and the linen was crisp and professionally laundered perfect. The breakfast was beautiful and including boiled eggs, juice, coffee or tea, pasteries , cereals and yogurt. There is a shared fridge in the dining area which I thought was great because I could keep my evening meal and fruits cold. There are an assortment of drinks and beer for sale at a very reasonable price if you fancy a cold drink after seeing all the amazing sites Lucca has to offer. There’s also an amazing garden to relax at the end of the day. The hosts could not do enough for me and provided me with many options of where to visit and how to get to and from the major attractions. Top marks from me. I will definitely return if ever I am back in Lucca Nothing it was perfect

- Terrona (10/5): Hospitable host, nothing a bother. - Spacious apartment. Booked room but host upgraded us to an apartment at no extra cost. Free parking good but it was a tight fit requiring good reverse driving skills.
- Haafiza (10/5): Warm and wonderful - The place is super close to the centre - we had a car and it took us 3 mins to drive to a parking spot right next to the city walls. Jessica was amazing! She was so lovely and welcoming when we arrived, she showed us all the places to see in Lucca, pointed out where to find free parking, and gave us good food recommendations too. In the morning we woke up a little bit late & forgot about the breakfast that is included, but Jessica was so kind and she gave us a wake up call and even put aside some breakfast for us even though we missed breakfast hours! She chatted to us the whole time we were eating & gave us a big warm hug as we were leaving. She truly made our stay feel special - we love her! Nothing everything was amazing!

The room was very small, the corner shower was extremely narrow making it impossible to shower without touching the curtain. The stairs leading up to the room are also narrow making it tricky for luggage to be taken up and down, this is a minor problem if your luggage is small.

Besides helping with instructions and navigation in Lucca, he offered additional options for breakfast, made a free transfer from the train station and even agreed to keep my luggage at the checkout day and deliver it to the train station. The room was cozy, quiet and comfy, with a nice garden. Will definitely return here if I have to stay in Lucca again! Thank you Flavio!
