• Superior Apartment

  This air-conditioned apartment comes with an equipped kitchenette, a TV and a private bathroom. Linen change, on request, at an additional cost, subject to availability. Apartment with private outdoor area on the ground floor or balcony on the second floor, without elevator, behind the building. The assignment of the floor of the apartment is only at the discretion of the reception. Special requests (eg mobility difficulties) are subject to availability. The apartment will be prepared (towels/sheets and sofa/s opening) for the number of people indicated at the time of booking. Even if there are two sofas, if the presence of a fifth or sixth person is not indicated, the apartment will be arranged for the number of people indicated (e.g. 4 people indicated = set for 4 people, 1 double bed, 1 open sofa bed ). It is not possible to book up to 4 people and then show up with 6 people, since during the booking phase the cost is different depending on the number of people indicated.

The beach is very beautiful and only a short walk away, which made the location ideal. What we loved most was the warm, homely atmosphere. Everything you need is close by and easy to reach. The owners were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and flexible, always ready to help and make our stay comfortable. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday in Sicily. We would happily come back again!
• Angelo Mario Maselli (8/5): - ampiezza delle camere e spazio negli armadi posizione della location in ztl a un passo dal bel mare sabbioso e dal passeggio dopo check out ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli in portineria fino al pomeriggio spazio esterno anche se riparato non garantiva privacy e posizionato su androne interno di passaggio mancanza di un mobiletto in bagno mancanza di una bottiglia di acqua in frigo e almeno due cialde di caffè (dettagli che fanno piacere)

• Jakub (10/5): Lepiej trafić nie mogliśmy - Wszystko nam się podobało. Dostaliśmy większy apartment niż się spodziewaliśmy, z częściowym widokiem na morze. W mieszkaniu było ieealnie czysto, wszystko działało idealnie. Pracownik recepcji był bardzo miły, uprzejmy i chętny do pomocy. Z pewnością wybierzemy ten obiekt w przyszłości. W 100% godny polecenia, ze świetnym stosunkiem ceny do jakości.

• Aliaksei (9/5): Comfortable apartment next to beach - Huge apartment, good kitchen, excellent location next to beach. We have spent here 13 days, and it was fabulous. When we wanted go outside for dinner: there were many restaurants in 5-10 minutes walk. If we wanted stay home, we went to the grocery and were cooking in apartment. Our bedroom was needed a refreshing. Also if you're the early bird consider late loud events on weekends next to apartments.

• Viktória (6/5): - A személyzet kedves, a szállás kiváló helyen van. A hálószobában a tapéta több helyen kezdett leválni a faltól , alatta penészt találtunk amit jeleztünk is! A férjem krónikus tüdőbeteg révén amint belépett köhögési rohamot váltott ki nála. Egy két szobás 4 férőhelyes apartmanban voltunk, tenger parti szállás révén valószínű, hogy a vendégek strandolni fognak tehát több lesz a szárítani való törölköző, fürdő ruha. Ehhez van az erkélyen egy falra erősített szárító, ami 3 max.4 db törölközőre elegendő. A fürdőben van 1 db akasztó, és mikor az eső esett sehol nem tudtunk teregetni. A zuhanyzóban a fuga illetve a tálca tiszta penész!
• celeste (6/5): - Il residence e' comodissimo per la vicinanza alla spiaggia. E' molto pulito e fornito di tutto, inoltre la ragazza alle reception e' molto gentile e disponibile. Non abbiamo potuto godere della vacanza per cause indipendenti dalla struttura. Purtroppo nella settimana del nostro soggiorno l'acqua era verde, forse per la presenza di alghe o altro che le correnti non sono riuscite a ripulire. Per ritrovare un bel mare bisognava andare al largo. Noi abbiamo preso un pattino e cercato altre spiagge nei dintorni.

Shops, bars and restaurants in walking distance. Also secured public parkings are not far away. Perfect stay for a beach vacation. Everything was perfect.

• Irina (8/5): Great stay by the beach - Great location, clean and modern flat, equipped kitchen, lovely garden and courtyard, just few steps from the sea. All restaurants and shops on the doorstep. We really enjoyed our stay. Lovely host, late check in was not a problem. Throughout our stay the courtyard was not cleaned, there was rubbish flying around. Perhaps because we visited in October (off season) and staff was not always on site.

• Alima (8/5): Great location, spacious space, comfortable for enjoying seaside! - A perfect location to enjoy beautiful Sicilian seaside with plenty of restaurants, picturesque and scenic views and streets. The residence is close to the beach with an option to rent beach beds, shuttle to the guarded parking lot, and very friendly reception people. Our one bedroom apartment was very comfortable, included all the necessary kitchen appliances. It’s spacious and plenty enough for a family of three. The bathroom needs to be refurbished as it has rust stains here and there and a glass door to be added to the shower area so the water doesn’t splash out.

• Joel (8/5): Perfect location and practical family accommodation. - The location was perfect. A very short walk, perhaps 50 meters from the private and public parts of the beach. We were also near lots of lovely cafes and restaurants. There were also handy outside showers at the residence to remove sand before you enter the apartment.

• Chloe (9/5): A great stay right near the beach! - Amazing location right near the beach & loads of restaurants, bars etc. The room was great, well-equipped, great AC, & with 2 balconies & a big line to dry clothes. We used the nearby parking with free shuttle to the residence & it made it super easy! Just be aware that the Wifi doesn’t work in the rooms - only the courtyard.

• Stanislav (5/5): Passable - Great location close to the beach. Spacious apartment. Free parking about 10 minutes walk away. No wifi in the room. No beach front or private beach. The shower corner had no door and it was difficult to use without flooding the bathroom. Moreover, there was mold and insects in the shower corner. One of the two AC units did not seem to work.

It would be great if during the stay an additional clean set of towels and bedding could be provided included in the price. Also a bottle of water would be nice.

The apartment is clean, very nice, with everything one needs. Staff is very firendly. Wi Fi was not working in the room, only on balcony. The staff mentioned it will be availble only in the courtyard, while booking not mentioning about this.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Struttura situata in pieno centro a San Vito lo Capo, a due passi dalla spiaggia!! Il nostro appartamento era nuovo, ben arredato, spazioso e curato. Dotato di tutti i comfort, aria condizionata, zanzariere montate sulle persiane di legno, Tv, materassi molto comodi e la cucina ben attrezzata. Bagno moderno con sanitari nuovi. La signorina molto cortese alla reception ci ha fornito utili informazioni per rendere più confortevole il nostro soggiorno. Lenzuola e spugne bagno di ottima qualita’! Indispensabile portare con se bagnodoccia o prodotti di cura per il corpo perché non previsti dalla struttura (forniscono solo le piccole saponette) e prodotti contro le zanzare! Ampio parcheggio a 650 metri situato in via La Goulette o parcheggi in strisce blu a 400 metri circa. Ritorneremo!
• Sarah (8/5): - Gut ausgestattetes, großes Appartment mit Gartenbereich, den wir leider aufgrund der aggressiven Stechmücken nicht nutzen konnten. Zu Fuß ist der Strand und alle Lokale schnell zu erreichen. Leider kann man in der Nähe nur gegen teure Gebühren parken oder den Parkplatz außerhalb (5€/Tag) benutzen, der in 10Min zu erreichen ist.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Good location, needs some small improvements - Very well located near beach. Helpful staff. Apartment seems very new but still missing some key equipment e.g. knife in kitchen. No possibility to park a car so it's necessary to leave luggage and move the car outside the city and return by free shuttle, a bit uncomfortable. It's possible to leave car on street 1€/h or 2€/h on Sunday. Unfortunately during my stay there were mosquitos everywhere, I received some stuff to eliminate them but didn't work. What was surprising was a request to pay for towels 5€/person what is not mentioned on the offer of Hotels.com(!)

• Daniele (8/5): posizione fantastica a due passi dalla Spiaggia - Casa spaziosa e in posizione ottimale, a due passi dalla bellissima spiaggia in una piazza Molto carina, dotato di bar e ristornati a non solo; con staff, la ragazza della portineria in particolare, veramente gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo dunque avuto una piacevolissima esperienza nel Residence e a San Vito. Piccoli aspetti negativi nel comfort un pò da rivedere, con sanitari e bagno un pò datati. Nel complesso consigliato!
