- Lisa (10/5): Sehr schönes Hotel mit Charme - Das Ambiente in dem Hotel ist wirklich toll. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend sowie hilfsbereit. Das Essen zum Frühstück war ausreichend und vielfältig, jeder wird da fündig. Auch das Abendmenü ist sehr lecker und preiswert. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen. Die Anreise kann je nach Route des Navis sehr abenteuerlich werden.

Liebenswürdiges Personal, entspannende eigene Wellness-Einrichtungen, großartiges veganes und vegetarisches Frühstück und Abendessen (rechtzeitig anmelden!), tolles Zimmer mit stilgerechter Einrichtung. Wir sind von unserem Wochenende alle ganz begeistert! Insgesamt ein originelles, über 120 Jahre altes Hotel mit Charme, Geschichte und Charakter - ganz ohne snobistische Schickimiki-Attitude. Vermutlich werden einige besonders anspruchsvolle Gäst*innen etwas zu mäkeln finden; der Unterhalt für ein solches Gebäude muss Unsummen kosten, die Wiederaufnahme des Betriebs liegt auch schon 11 Jahre zurück. Wir fanden den Aufenthalt jedenfalls - trotz oder gerade wegen eines Besuchs außerhalb der Saison - perfekt!

- Susanne (7/5): historical vibes at a great location - The staff was amazing, even prior to our arrival everything was done through email communication. Oksana was very supportive. The ambience at the castle is amazing, the snow fall came at the right time and made our stay magical. The live music during breakfast and dinner was great. At the Silvester Gala, the hotel staff even provided colouring books for our 4&5 year old, which kept them occupied throughout the evening. The price for the dinner the night before the Gala was with 60€/ per person expensive, given the fact that the buffet did not have a great variation of food. A gala dinner at New Year's Eve for 120€ is not justified given the fact that certain food was not available after the first two hours. The choices for Muslims were absolutely limited. My husband and I ate, 90% during the stay, only salmon.
- Sylvia (4/5): Mehr Schein als Sein - Schönes Schloss, ruhige Umgebung. Zimmermädchen sehr aufmerksam. Sehr sauber. Betten bequem Abbuchung von der Kreditkarte 8 Tage vor Anreise, völlig untypisch. Zimmer sehr dunkel. Heizung sehr laut ( Lüfter) Dusche läuft schlecht ab , vermutlich Probleme mit der Kanalisation. Silvester Dinner ernüchternd, zu später Stunde hätten wir uns einen Snack gewünscht.Ein paar Nüsse oder Salzstangen wären auch schön gewesen… Zum Frühstück muss man vermutlich um 7:00 da sein , da um 09:00 alles abgestanden und unappetitlich ausschaut. Keine Brötchen nur trauriges Toastbrot und krümeliges Graubrot. Der Wellnessbereich wirkte sehr verlassen und nicht einladend. Personal im Service wirkte überfordert und nicht professionell . Nicht annähernd 5 Sterne und erst recht nicht Luxury.

Für ein 5 Sterne Luxushotel zum Schämen. Diese Meinung hatten auch andere Gäste

- Tereza (1/5): - Snídaně absolutně neodpovídá 5hvězdičkovému hotelu. Snídaně byla na úrovni tak 2hvězdičkového penzionu, druhý den pobytu se nejednalo ani o bufet, ale každému na stůl donesli talířek se šunkou a sýrem. Servírované suroviny byly nízké kvality. Na pokoji bylo hlučné topení a byl cítit kouř. Při snaze řešit problém na místě byl personál absolutně neochotný a bez zájmu cokoliv řešit. Nebyli jsme jediní nespokojení s ubytováním v tomto termínu.

Jammerschade, dass wir die einzigen Gäste in diesem tollen Haus waren. Es gibt hier nichts zu beanstanden. Die Liebe zum Detail. Überall das eigene Logo drauf. Sekt aus schweren Kristallgläsern usw.

- 12Bthere (8/5): Eens geïnstalleerd, was het verblijf zeer aangenaam. - Mooie groene locatie buiten het stadje, je hebt wel een auto nodig. Romantisch sprookjeskasteel van begin 20e eeuw, gerenoveerd met respect voor origineel. Vriendelijk personeel. Uitgebreid ontbijt, professionele bediening. Goed restaurant. Hoge zolderingen, stijlvolle inrichting. Hygienische kamer, zeer goede matras en kussens, rust en stilte. Karslbad en Pilzen op bereikbare afstand. De wellness hebben we niet gebruikt. De hoofdingang was versperd bij aankomst wegens herstelling trap. De toegang tot de receptie was niet duidelijk aangegeven. Na 8 uur rijden naar het hotel hebben we nog eens 2 uur moeten wachten op de kamersleutel, wat niet erg professioneel overkwam. Wifi werkte onregelmatig.

- Jörg (10/5): Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt - Das um 1900 gebaute Haus wurde perfekt renoviert. Man hat alle Annehmlichkeiten eines modernes Hauses und genießt gleichzeitig den Charme einer vergangenen Epoche. Das Frühstück ist von bester Qualität und sehr reichhaltig. Auch das Abendessen, das man vorab bestellen muss, war wunderbar. Ein weiteres Alleinstellungsmerkmal ist das aufmerksame und liebenswürdige Personal. Wie haben uns in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt.

From the moment we were picked up by a gentleman in a stylish suit, everything felt effortlessly classy. The ride to the motel was smooth, and upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcome drink—a delightful start that perfectly complemented the stunning architecture. The food was exceptional, with every dish thoughtfully prepared and bursting with flavour. The wait staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and eager to make our experience enjoyable. Their warm personalities and professionalism truly stood out. However, there were a few hiccups. The general manager seemed a bit disorganized, asking me the same question twice within 20 minutes and making a few errors during dinner service. While this didn’t overshadow the overall experience, it was noticeable. Special thanks to Anna, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Her friendly demeanor and dedication to excellent service made a lasting impression. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I look forward to returning soon! The general manager and another driver taking back to the train station just wore casual clothes and was a bit rude.

- Christian (10/5): A marvelous historical castle - highly recommended! - Everything’s perfect - you truly feel yourself as a Royal couple visiting your private castle! The hotel is located in a quiet green area a bit outside Marienbad, next to a cable car and a miniature park. The building has a long and interesting history from the Austro-Hungarian Empire times, perfectly renovated and well-maintained. A tailor-made approach provided to every guest - starting from the General manager to the bellboy. Excellent service and food quality during the breakfasts and dinners, fresh juices and champagne. Special gratitude to Frau Olena at the restaurant - a friendly and extremely attentive and helpful lady. Comfortable sauna area (though for extra payment). We will definitely come back! -

- Anne (9/5): In my opinion the best option for Marianske Lazne - Wonderful fairy tale castle located on top of a hill, close to the Krakonos ski station, surrounded by beautiful woods and just a few minutes drive from Marianske Lazne. The building is beautiful and offers a very romantic atmosphere. Our room was huge, quiet as requested & facing the ski track, and offered all the best amenities (spacious bath room, separate room, and a Balneo shower). I personally loved the antic decoration and the comfort of the beds, that was ideal to sleep & relax. The staff made everything they could do make our stay fantastic and we actually did enjoy every minute there. We were quite happy to have chosen a place close enough to the city but not in the middle of the touristic turmoil so we could enjoy a relaxing vacation. So we recommend this place ! Probably coordination between team members, and maybe extend slightly the choice for the breakfast buffet but I'm picky ;-)

- robert (10/5): Nice hotel at quiet location - Extra charge such as use of pool for an hour at 30 euro is too much. Should be free at such high room charge. Waiter at dining room was extremely polite and pleasant. Room was a little too small for that charge.
- Michelle (10/5): Beautifully renovated - perfect romantic getaway - My husband and I stayed at this hotel in June for two nights. The service and food were amazing - from the extensive buffet breakfast (bacon, sausages, eggs cooked to your liking, fruit, yoghurt, assortment of breads and cereals) to the delicious 3 course dinner. The hotel catered to our needs, as I was pregnant they ensured the menu was suitable. We were upgraded to a suite and it was absolutely unreal. Beautifully renovated and well cleaned each day. We were given a beautiful fresh fruit platter. Staff spoke excellent English and most spoke german too. Taxi to the main drag in town is only 6 euro. All in all this hotel exceeded our expectations. We will be back again! Try this hotel if you're looking for a romantic getaway with amazing service. Yes it's a little more expensive than the other hotels in town, but the other hotels in town are nowhere near as attractive!
