• Zureena (4/5): - I am giving this hotel 5 stars for the location. Close to the train station, main center and it's a 10 min walk to the beach. Rooms are very basic and dated!. AC was weak but it was enough to keep us cool. Showers are extremely small but doable if you are average height/size. Just avoid the free breakfast - it's not edible. They offer pre ordered plates which are basically day old pastries, cold cuts and meats that look like canned and a coffee machine with bland drink. The female staff here are very disconnected, don't make an attempt to say hello or good morning. If you try to ask them something you are inconveniencing them - not approachable! The males are friendly and willing to help. WiFi is very weak in the rooms - constantly dropping. Beds are ok - hard but I was still able to get sleep. Hotel is clean though - no complaints there. Overall this is a good hotel for 1-2 nights max. Check in is at 4pm, not a minute sooner. At least you can go to the beach though as they can lock up your luggage. Front lobby is ghost town...you can never find anyone here. I don't think I would've survived here any longer than 2 nights. Do yourself a favor and pay extra to stay somewhere else. We will not be returning to stay here nor will we recommend this to our family and friends.
• Agnes (8/5): - ich war ja schon einmal in diesem Hotel, daher habe ich es noch einmal gebucht, ich würde es nicht mehr machen! Die lange Corona-Pause hätte man nutzen können, um das Hotel zu sanieren! Zufällig wohnte ich wieder in dem selben Zimmer wie vor 3 Jahren, das Waschbecken hat noch immer einen Sprung, der Abfluss vom Waschbecken rostet! Der Toilettensitz wackelt/verrutscht gefährlich, meine 2malige Urgenz an der Rezeption brachte leider keinen Erfolg, dabei wäre die Reparatur mit einer Zange ganz einfach gewesen! nach zwei tagen gab es kein Duschgeel mehr, auch 2x urgiert, am letzten Tag hatten wir wieder Duschgeel! es gibt kein Buffet mehr, angeblich wegen Corona, man hat 3 Frühstücksmöglichkeiten: International, Italienisch, oder Süß! International ist Rührei, Speck, Würstchen, 2 Scheiben Toastschinken, 2 Scheiben Käse! Brot extra zu bestellen, Butter extra zu bestellen! Das Personal ist sehr bemüht, um deine Wünsche zu erfüllen ( kein Rührei, dafür Vollkornbrot und Butter, oder nur Vollkornbrot mit Butter und Marmelade.. Man könnte ja das Buffet aufbauen und bedienen, so kenne ich es auch! man bekommt Bestecksäckchen, der kleine Löffel ist aus Plastik, nicht gerade sehr Umweltfreundlich! Überhaupt hat man den Eindruck, hier wird am Gast gespart, damit die Corona-Stehzeit wieder eingebracht wird! Auch im Bad ist das Duschgeel portionsweise in Plastiksäckchen gefüllt, anstatt man entweder einen Spender in der Dusche aufhängt, oder eine Verpackung wählt, in der mehr Portionen sind!
• Roberto (8/5): Un hotel centrale dove amiamo andare da anni - Sempre un buon hotel centrale e le camere vintage in legno sono nettamente migliori di quelle recentemente rinnovate al risparmio con cartongesso e finti armadi aperti alla maniera francese: per estetica e odori dei contenuti gli armadi devono essere chiusi. Per fortuna le camere in stile vintage sono ancora più numerose, per poter scegliere. In alta stagione è caro (in bassa, a parte qualche periodo, è chiuso) anche se è presentato come "low cost" in confronto ad altri hotel e B&B di Tropea che evidentemente si sono montati la testa e chiedono cifre più alte. Noi rimaniamo a lungo, ma è ovvio che la maggior parte degli utenti, a causa dei prezzi, rimane pochi giorni: la Calabria è da qualche tempo protagonista della corsa al rialzo dei prezzi, per cui si vede bene che, in confronto ad altre regioni d'Italia, è quella dove gli albergatori guadagnano quasi solo in luglio e agosto, dopo di che c'è il deserto o quasi. Tenere prezzi e tasse di soggiorno più normali porterebbe più turismo. L'albergo è un 3 stelle dichiarato, ma senza frigobar che servirebbe nei periodi di caldo intenso, le colazioni medie sono scarse, da 2 stelle, salvo eccezioni, anche se si leggono dichiarazioni di colazioni eccezionali (vedi foto bugiarde) che però si riferiscono ad esperienze valide in anni passati come il 2016, perché poi questo albergo fu dato in gestione dai fratelli proprietari ad un padrone di un villaggio turistico che non lo cura bene. I televisori prendono poco. Internet wi-fi va bene.

• Marcelo (6/5): Razoável - O quarto possui um box bem pequeno e nao possuem cortinas black-out. No verao, às 6 horas da manhã o sol já está dentro do quarto e não é mais possível dormir. É o tipo de hotel para quem quer pagar pouco e ficar só uma ou duas noites. O atendimento é razoável. O pior atendimento que tivemos na recepção foi de uma moça de cabelo escuro lido e olhos claros. Era de uma má vontade extrema. Não ajudava em nada, não sabia de nada e não informava nada. Precisei de um simples alicate porque tive um problema com o cadeado da mala e ela se limitou a dizer "não temos". Nos vendeu um lugar no Sunset Club com guarda-sol e duas espreguiçadeiras por €31,50 e mal explicou como chegar lá. Por conta da preguiça em informar, tivemos que fazer um caminho bem mais longo. Recomendo não comprar com eles, mas diretamente na praia. Sempre tem lugar, mesmo em alta temporada e provavelmente pagará mais barato. Nos sentimos completamente abandonados e mal acolhidos neste hotel. Único destaque positivo para o senhor careca que serve o café da manhã, sempre sorrindo e de bom humor. Sabe conversar e informar quem precisa. De qualquer forma, eu jamais voltaria a este hotel. Nao recomendo, a menos que seja por um tempo muito curto e que vc dê a sorte de não precisar de nada.

• Anette (8/5): Fine hotel with good location - We had a nice modern room incl breakfast, location was great and staff were very helpful. Only one negative thing to say is the noice of the other rooms/hotel area. But room rate was very good. We enjoyed our time here and extended our reservation as well. I would definitely come back to Tropea and would book the hotel again.

Als ich ankam wurde mir ein Zimmer in den Hinterhof gegeben, aber dann bekam ich (nach Nachfrage) ein Zimmer mit Balkon und Meerblick, also sehr kulant.

• Verified traveler (4/5): - Struttura comoda con il centro e le principali spiagge, ma camere decisamente deludenti (soprattutto se paragonate alle fotografie) e colazione non all’altezza delle aspettative. Personale disponibile e cordiale, buono il livello di pulizia, ma nel complesso struttura molto poco “pretenziosa”. Nonostante il prezzo assolutamente competitivo, ci aspettavamo qualcosa in più.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Servizio non idoneo alla tariffa - Mi adeguo a tutto e quindi non mi faccio problemi, ma il problema di quest’hotel è il prezzo troppo alto al servizio che offrono. Non ci sono parcheggi disponibili o frigorifero in stanza, il bagno è vecchio e con la tenda classica nella doccia ma sopratutto senza bidet. Televisione vecchissima e nessun ripiano per appoggiare le cose. 7 giorni di soggiorno e la colazione è stata sempre uguale (continentale o italiana) sopratutto era tutto preconfezionato. Considerando che siamo in un paese dove il cibo la fa da padrone e mangiare tutto plastificato, è stato proprio un peccato. Inoltre se sei più alto di 1,75m chiedere un letto senza struttura perché la maggior parte sono con la pediera e diventa difficile starci nei letti.

La struttura si trova in una posizione ottima e centrale, a ca 150m dal centro e 10 min a piedi dal mare (incluso le scale), ma allo stesso tempo in una zona tranquilla. Hanno risolto bene la situazione della colazione ai tempi del covid. Ci torneremo quando veniamo a Tropea.

• Daniele (10/5): Un perla a Tropea - Abbiamo scelto questa struttura soprattutto perché è situata a pochi passi dal centro di Tropea. La nostra camera era una standard, spaziosa e pulita. Buona la colazione, servita all'ultimo piano con terrazza panoramica, buffet con scelta tra dolce, salato e frutta, sempre rifornito. Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo. L'Hotel offre un servizio navetta gratuito da e per il lido convenzionato in orari prestabiliti. Personale molto disponibile e gentile.
• Ann (6/5): Couple on tour - Booked one night with breakfast. Room.was on 5th floor & only room on that floor! To say it was basic would be overstating! Looked like a forgotton room that had been hastily got ready to accommodate us at last minute. Bed was broken,, no adornment anywhere so looked sparse. Smallest shower ever seen. Clean though. Had a balcony with rusting chairs & an old table. Breakfast was ok, plenty of choice. Good location. Certainly couldn't recommend standard of room though. Bar was poorly stocked. Staff were friendly. Think booking site need to check rooms as even on lower rate this was a joke!

• giuseppe (10/5): A due passi dal centro - Albergo in posizione molto comoda, sia per chi si muove in auto che in treno (la stazione è a poche centinaia di metri), molto vicino allo splendido centro storico di Tropea, ma appena fuori dalla zona più caotica. Le stanze sono semplici, ma assolutamente confortevoli, il bagno è piccolo ma funzionale. Staff accogliente e gentilissimo. Prima colazione buona, varia e abbondante servita in una bella sala con vista mare. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente.

• Lilian (4/5): Estadia sofrível - O Hotel tem boa localização (próximo ao centro) e funcionários cordiais. O quarto é limpo, mas sem nenhum conforto. A TV é de tubo, com 14 polegadas cujo controle remoto só foi disponibilizado no meu segundo dia da estadia, quando reclamei que não tinha. Para carregar os aparelhos, é necessário desligar o abajour da tomada, pois não há outras sobressalentes. O secador de cabelo que está incluído no quarto também não tinha e na recepção me forneceram um aparelho "derretido", que não funcionava. O banheiro é minúsculo e também super desconfortável. O café da manhã é razoável. Na minha modesta opinião, PRECISA MELHORAR MUITO. Resumindo, a ESTADIA NÃO FOI AGRADÁVEL E INFELIZMENTE NÃO RECOMENDO.

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen (zu Fuß alle wichtigen Spots erreichbar), kostenlose Parkplätze in den Straßen um das Hotel herum, saubere Zimmer, gutes WLAN, sehr nettes und hilfreiches Personal. Sehr zu empfehlen!
• Wojciech (10/5): Wojtek i Sylwia - Położenie hotelu w świetnej lokalizacji kilka minut od starego miasta. Pobyt w hotelu był udany bez zadnych zastrzezen.
• Zoltán (8/5): olcsó szállás kis hiányosságokkal - Kedves recepció, segítőkész személyzettel, bár volt, aki csak olaszul beszélt közülük és éjszaka egyedül volt. A lift egyáltalán nem működött, nem is ígérték,hogy javítani fogják. A legolcsóbb szobát választottuk, ahol az ágy igen kényelmetlen volt. Takarót alapból nem adtak, csak a büdös ágytakaróval takaróztunk, majd kértünk plusz takarót, adtak 1 db egy személyeset. Újabb kérésre adtak egy másikat. Fürdőszobában a zuhany eldugult, kiömlött a víz olyan mértékben,hogy a folyosón is kígyózott a víz pár perc fürdés után. Ezt kérésre elnézéskérések közepette javították. Reggeli nagyon unalmas, az ananászlevet ajánlom az ivólevek közül, a többi általában ki volt fogyva, bármikor is mentünk reggelizni, a kiszolgálás viszont kedves. A szoba falai nagyon vékonyak, tisztán hallottuk a wc lehúzásokat, szeretkezéseket, tv nézést a környező szobákból. Ezzel együtt,mivel olcsó szállást kerestünk, meg voltunk elégedve, tiszta volt a szoba, segítőkész személyzet, nagyon kedves takarítónők.Az elhelyezkedése nagyon jó, a központba besétálni 3 perc, olcsó szállásnak teljesen jó. A wifi a szobában működött, bár internet hol volt, hol nem volt és elég lassú volt.

• Alicio (8/5): - The room wasn't so good, not much comfortable but the location of the hotel and the breakfast makes worth the price. Would stay again.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Great location, walking distance tot he beach and - The air conditioner did not work, although front desk staff came in and gave it a punch to see if it would start. The ceiling fan did not work as well. Very uncomfortable night as it was sweltering hot. There was a stench outside the room as if it were a dead animal, therefore needed to change the room. The second room did not have air conditioning either. The free breakfast was not good. Too many cakes for breakfast time, Scrambeled eggs were not cooked thoroughly and the croissants were still raw in the middle. Huge waste of food that could not be eaten.
• Markku (6/5): Nice hotel close to town centre and to the beach - The hotel is pretty close to the town centre and the beach. It takes less than 10 minutes walk to the centre, and approximately §0-15 minutes to the beach. The staff were very helpful during our stay. Our room was clean. Amenities like soap, shampoo and towels were included in the bathroom amenities. Air condition works properly and keeps the room cold even when it was +35C outside. One of the beds in our room was really outdated and in bad condition. So if you're having a bad back it might be a good idea to ensure with the hotel staff that you will get a good bed when you book your stay in this hotel. One thing to complain is the noises (other guests slamming their doors, dogs barking outside, people partying next to our room, etc) coming from outside the room. It feels like the walls are made of thin paper. The breakfast included toast, ham, salami, cheese, cereals, yoghurt, also it was possible to get scrambled eggs by request. In addition, there was a huge selection of cakes and other delicacies on the table. So if you're into cakes and chocolaty things, then the breakfast is a heaven for you. In overall we were satisfied with the hotel. Beds could have been a lot better. The breakfast was awesome (if you're into delicacies)
