• David (7/5): Good central location and a good price, you get what you pay for. - We liked the situation of the hotel, the cleanliness and the cost. Unmanned reception, because of the central location the room was dark unlike the photos. The stairway was noisy with other guests.

Black mold everywhere in the bathroom - a health hazard You'd expect the bare minimum for it to be clean and healthy for upwards of £150 per night The building is old and in serious need of a refurb. Even without the w issues above I wouldn't say this is a nice place to stay Avoid

• Bliss (6/5): Nice but room for improvement. - Great location, nice and quiet street but really central. Clean, rustic character. Handy to have the kettle, cups etc to use from reception area (as lacking in the room). A small table over the fridge would make a big difference as there is no surface to put anything on in the room. Also tea/coffee making facilities in the room would have been nice. Accommodation needs a bit of TLC.

• Jerry (4/5): - Mycket lyhört. Mycket smällande i dörrar. Ljudet utifrån lät som det kom inifrån byggnaden. Ytterdörren till byggnaden stängdes inte av sig själv, vilket innebar att det stod öppet varje gång jag skulle gå in. Med tanke på att det inte finns reception och att dörren styrs av kodlås, så kändes det osäkert.

• Aimée (5/5): Pratique mais pas particulièrement joli. - L'emplacement est parfait, juste au centre, on peut tout faire à pied. Le checkin a été super facile, et les explications étaient claires pour entrer et sortir. Très bien pour un court séjour. Très mauvaise insonorisation, la première nuit nous n'avons pratiquement pas dormi à cause de nos voisins du dessus, car leur lit grinçait et on entendait tout. Vraiment pas très agréable. De plus nous étions au premier étage avec une fenêtre qui donnait sur la rue, donc on avait un peu l'impression que les gens qui passaient étaient dans notre chambre. La chambre est petite, pour le prix nous nous attendions à un peu plus grand et plus confortable.

• Hannah (9/5): - It was really easy to check in and get the code for the room and entrance. The staff was helpful via text. The room itself had a lot of character, was clean, and spacious. Definitely more spacious than I originally thought it would be! The location was fantastic and overall I would definitely stay here again. The entrance to the hotel and the reception area could be updated. It does look a bit sketchy when coming in for the first time.

• Francois (5/5): - I like the location in the heart of the city center. The authentic-looking style of the decoration. Wifi is good and the heater and bed are good. The sound isolation is extremely poor. You hear everything happening inside the hotel or outside. Luckilly the street is quiet at night. There is no emergency exit. The door system with code and not closing well feel that everyone could easilly break into the room. As there are none in the reception, it increases the risk.
• CRISTINA (5/5): Me encantó Palma - Me gustó la ubicación en pleno centro, muy cómodo y tranquilo La habitación no dispone de nada , es decir ni una mesita con un par de sillitas para poder tomarse un café, ni un microondas aunque sea. La puerta del cuarto de baño es acristalada y cuando la encendías despertabas a tu acompañante ya que le daba en toda la cara. El balconcillo estaba con una reja y no podía uno acceder. Con un poco mas de comodidad hubiera sido perfecto.

• Tanja (9/5): Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - Ruhige gemütliche Unterkunft mitten im Zentrum, alles schnell zu Fuß erreichbar! Bequemes Bett, Kühlschrank, Haartrockner, Wasserkocher…alles vorhanden und alles sauber. Die Unterkunft ist im alten Stil aber völlig in Ordnung! Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt, auch für mich als allein reisende hat sich die Lage des Hotels als recht sicher und unbedenklich angefühlt. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder! Wer körperlich etwas eingeschränkt ist, sollte ggf wissen dass es einige enge Treppen zu bewältigen gibt. Auch die Türen aus Rücksicht für die anderen leise schließen zu können ist unmöglich. Der Schlüssel Code für die Eingangstüre ist der gleiche wie für die Zimmertüre, dass ist etwas seltsam.

Sehr guter Support beim Einchecken. - Zentrale Lage in Palma und man kann alles fußläufig sehr gut erreichen, ideal für eine Städtereise. Das Zimmer 22 war sauber und für 1-2 Nächte sehr geeignet. Die Matratze war leider etwas weich und schon durchgelegen.
