• Michael (3/5): Not clean, not comfy. Just a good view. - The balcony and the view on the sea. The cleaning, the mattress, no plugs enough - just one next to the bed and nothing in the bathroom.

• saleh (7/5): Very helpful staff and good value for the price-we stayed 3 nights and it was a good deal. - The staff were very helpful. There was no GPS location, so I called them and they guided me all the way to the hotel. I also made a mistake with my booking date, and they kindly allowed me to change it. We even stayed in a better room than what we originally booked. The bed covers were not in the best condition. We didn’t ask to change them, but they could be improved.
• Joel (5/5): Unless privacy is a must, better to stay at a local hostel better facilities,food there for less - Location good, nice to have privacy I guess which I needed for two days due to work, staff very friendly and hard working I think maybe family owned No breakfast, mosquitos , not comfortable, this is not a romantic place better hotels for this , soon as my work was done I dipped to a different place to stay

• Lucile (8/5): Très bon hôtel et très bon service - La vue est magnifique Le personnel est à l'écoute , et serviable. Nous on aidés à trouver un taxi pour aller ensuite dans le désert. Et très bon emplacement La salle de bain un peu fraîche. Mais c'est de saison j'imagine.

• Maki (8/5): Nice! - 立地がとても良い。古さは感じるが、困ったことは特になかった。良いダイビングセンターが隣にあり、素晴らしい体験ができた。 3部屋利用したが、そのうち1部屋は、シャワーが良くなかったとのことだ。

• Juliana (7/5): Great location, passably comfortable - Very well located, the staff is very friendly and chatty. The person that cleans the rooms is very kind and was very helpful when we needed to use the washing machine (3 JOD per wash) This was our first hotel in Jordan, the higiene could be improved, but to Jordanian standards (which are lower that average) it’s pasable. The shower is a 1m2 shower so not comfortable for big people

• Chloe (10/5): 10/10 - highly recommend when staying in Aqaba! Will be returning!! - Staff were great. Location was excellent. Balcony views were spot on - we watched some amazing sunrises and sunsets! Room was spacious and clean. Bed not so comfy - but it was clean and did the job. Free on-street parking right outside the hotel. 10/10 would recommend.

When I arrived I was given a towel, a roll of toilet paper and some soap at the reception desk and I had to take them to the room by myself while handling my luggage.. the room was dirty with piles of powder rat poison in the corners.. and then the bathroom!! An absolute disaster that I will not describe in detail .. no isolation so when anyone makes any move you hear them, so no sleep for you if you’re lucky enough to get a new "neighbor" at 6 am ..

• Jessica (3/5): Bad service! - The room was nice and basic, quite big, and had everything that I needed. The things that the room also had were thin walls, on the 3rd floor also the engine for the elevator and a door that was hard to close without slamming it. The doors to the other rooms were like mine and with a family spread in the other rooms on the floor and running back and forth between the rooms during the night. I called the reception regarding the undefined noise, which I later figured out that it was the engine for the elevator, and they said to come back to me. Which they didn't. The day after the reception joked about me not being able to sleep due to the family and the engine. No apologies or anything. I ended up leaving a day early since I needed sleep and if found the way the staff handled the situation was really bad. It costed me an additional night's hotel cost though.

• Martha (10/5): - Η τοποθεσια ηταν αριστη!!! Η παραλια απείχε 2 λεπτα με τα ποδια το ιδιο το ξενοδοχειο ήταν στο κεντρο με τα παντα τριγύρω.. Ακομα κ τα αξιοθεατα της Aqaba απειχαν μολις 20 λεπτα μακρυα με τα ποδια..

• T (10/5): Perfect stay - I had an excellent stay at Gallery Hostel ! The team is super nice and pro. The hostel is super pretty, with its rooftop and the beautiful decoration. The location is amazing to visit Amman, between all the small and nice coffees and beautiful streets. 100% recommended !
