Guest Reviews
- Meander46146016617 (10/5): Wonderful hotel in heart of Charleston! - Outstanding hotel! Wonderfully decorated inside (can you say "art work" ?), great staff, and in a great location. Our room had a beautiful view over the hotel courtyard...lovely! Hotel also has a great rooftop bar for happy hour or after dinner drinks. Finally, Eric at the Wine Bar is a gem ! I liked this hotel so much that I have selected it for a girlfriend trip to Charleston, SC in March 2026 with my best friend!
- 99shannonl (8/5): Wanted to give 5 stars but alas internet was a major issue - Overall loved this hotel but could not give it five stars as the WiFi to try to work is ATROCIOUS! I did a speed check and the download speed on laptop was 19mbs! Upload was so slow that the testing couldn’t even work. This was on my laptop. Phone seemed ok but I didn’t get steaming.
That being said, arrived and the lobby was beautiful as is all Grand Bohemians. I love this brand due to the art that is the basis of this brand.
Upgrades and early check in was granted due to status, which was awesome as nowadays with many chains, status benefits are nonexistent.
The room was beautiful and spacious. Hotel offered credits for breakfast. Pretty centrally located to King and Meeting St.
Overall I would not hesitate to stay again, if internet speed is not an issue.
- Earle (10/5): Every member of the staff was friendly and professional. - N/A N/A
- 761dmitrik (6/5): Fairly average - The location is very central. The hotel is nice with ample art throughout. The service was excellent: professional and courteous staff made us feel welcome. Very nice people indeed!
We had an atrium view room. It did not have a window we could open, and no street view window. Thermostat was confusing to operate and they called an engineer to come and help us set the right temperature, which was done quickly. However, the circulation fan was blowing non-stop, independent of the A/C system. It was loud.
The room itself was nice and average size. Bathroom was well-stocked. No microwave, just a fridge and Keurig. They had cyder and cookies downstairs but no coffee downstairs and no hot water. We like teas and we had to ask the front desk for hot water.
Breakfast was near inedible and expensive. Not sure why some reviewers praised the food.
- YAEL (8/5): Very well located, with a remarkable staff - Beautiful room, very well located hotel
Nice and diligent staff Some room equipments are old and/or not in good conditions
Breakfast additional and should offer more options
- JaMel7277 (8/5): Pre Holiday getaway - The hotel is clean, very nicely decorated. The art is fun to look at as you walk through the hotel. First I would like to talk about the cafe that is open for breakfast. The food is a nice start to the day. The best parts of visiting the cafe are the two employees that served and greeted us every morning. Gilly and Pande put a smile on our faces every morning. As we entered they always greeted us with a big hello. They always went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. If staying at this hotel make sure to start your morning off here. Even if you are not, stop by and meet these two remarkable gentlemen.
Our room was very nice and was a great size. The only issue was there were noises at all times of the day and night. It sounded like there was work being done above us. The staff did a great job in keeping our room clean.
The hotel is located perfectly so that everything in the city was very walkable. I will stay at this hotel
again when we come back. The restaurant bar Eleve is a great place to have a nightcap up at a fire pit in the evening. We only had some small plates that were all delicious. We never ate dinner here.
- K8644MQtracyb (8/5): Ask for a room with a real window! - This is a really nice hotel, but I am sorry to say it, a room without a window is not legal anywhere but here for many reasons! We felt claustrophobic, not safe with no egress, unable to get fresh air for my hot flash at night and unable to see if was raining outside. In the morning, the room feels dark and one can not tell the sun has come up. The hotel is nice, staff is very friendly and accommodating and location is good. But in all our travels we have never had a room with no window. This is not legal in most states and actually not legal for private residences in SC, so why would a $500 a night hotel think this is ok for paying guests at a luxury hotel? Nonetheless, the room was quite nicely appointed and comfortable. We attempted to use the gym but it was closed for renovation and were allowed to use a different gym at the Marriot Bonvoy down the street. The hotel did offer to move us for one night saying a large party cancelled and also went out of their way to make us happy, but alas the room with no window really creaped me out. This was far from a 5 star experience. The best features were the roof bar and the lovely breakfast cafe. I should mention that the staff throughout the hotel was amazing and it is not their fault that Marriot rents out this less then legal room.
- RobbbbR (10/5): Amazing service and friendly people - Incredible service from beginning to end.
I would particularly like to call out Brian who works in valet and Eric who works in the wine bar who have present presented amazing service with fantastic attitudes. They made us really feel at home.
- Emckinley15 (10/5): Awesome stay, super comfortable, and clean! - My work group recently stayed at the Grand Bohemian, and it was an amazing experience. From the moment we pulled in, the valet staff warmly greeted us, quickly unloaded our bags, and parked our vehicles.
The front desk staff made check-in a breeze—and don’t forget to enjoy a fresh cookie and some lemonade if they’re available in the lobby!
The rooms were exceptionally comfortable and spotless. The walk-in shower had incredible water pressure, which was a pleasant surprise.
The rooftop bar, Eleve, serves excellent drinks, delicious food, and provides attentive service. We truly appreciate the entire hotel staff for accommodating our group and making us feel like family.
- jordanwB1492NI (10/5): Great Staff Experience - Had an amazing experience at the Grand Bohemian. The staff were incredibly helpful and resourceful, especially the valet named Shea who helped me plan out my beach trip for the day and told me the best spots to go to for food and beach gear!!
- MatthewMaschler (10/5): Fantastic Stay - The Grand Bohemian Hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the art collection throughout the property is fantastic—it really gives the hotel a unique personality and charm.
Breakfast was surprisingly delicious. At first, I was a little disappointed when I saw the restaurant—it looked more like a Starbucks crossed with a convenience store than the lavish room I was expecting (maybe because the Orlando location is so great). But it turned out to be one of those “don’t judge a book by its cover” situations because the food itself was excellent.
The rooftop restaurant should have been spectacular given the views and atmosphere, but unfortunately the food felt more like standard “hotel food” than something special. That being said, the hotel overall is wonderful, even if the AC in my room didn’t quite keep up.
Beautiful, unique, and worth the stay—just a few small tweaks away from being truly perfect.

- C7335ARchrisr (2/5): Average hotel with brutal service - Hotel was average but biggest issue was we left our AirPods in the room and the hotel was brutal at handling the situation. We can see them on FindMy so we know they were in the hotel but staff told us they were not found. Photo of FindMy at the time of my encounter with the front desk on August 3 attached - so the last place they were seen before they disappeared was at the hotel after we had left. Had to call in multiple times to get anyone to respond to the situation with never any calls back. Eventually someone said they had found one pair so we came back to the hotel at the end of our stay elsewhere in SC. The person at the front desk on Sunday August 3 around 12:30 was extremely smug and displayed zero empathy for the situation and not at all action oriented. That individual should never be in hospitality. As someone that travels frequently I can’t think of a worse front desk encounter. We would have moved on without writing a review if there was just a little empathy because ultimately we were the ones that left our devices so it’s on us. The hotel itself is pretty average, as well. Not worth the price - and that’s not even accounting for the lost AirPods.
- Passport42065469019 (2/5): Three pairs of AirPods went missing from our room. - Three pairs of AirPods went missing from our room. The manager and front desk staff showed zero empathy and didn’t attempt to help us. We called several times and received no calls back. We finally went in person and the lady at the front desk didn’t seem to care or try and help us. Would never stay here again.
- Lisa (4/5): - Needs upgrades, beds are poor quality
- madisonwX9447PI (10/5): Darling Marriott property with Boutique feel and PHENOMENAL customer service. - I’m going to start this review with the fact that I work for a luxury boutique hotel and I do not see service like this every day.
I arrived at the hotel with my friends on Sunday afternoon (around 1pm) and was immediately greeted by the wonderful valet (I regret not getting their names, because every single valet man was fantastic. We specifically love the blonde young man with curly hair who is going to Colorado this week, HAVE FUN)!
After handing over the keys, we walked in and were greeted by Mikayla, the wonderful front desk agent, who informed us the room was not ready yet. That was no problem at all, they kindly held our luggage, gave us a glass of champagne, and kindly recommended fun activities to do in the meantime. In comes Eric, the property’s Sommelier; he greeted us warmly while setting up for their in-house wine class. He told us he had some spots open and would love for us to join him, which we decided to do. In the meantime, we headed up to Eleve (the property’s rooftop bar and restaurant) for a French 75 to commemorate our first time in Charleston. Our server, G, was so darling. He took our order quickly and had us out in time for the 2 pm wine class. Downstairs at a long, family style table, Eric explained to us the difference between 4 red wines and guided us in creating our own custom blend, which he then bottled and labeled with our chosen picture that we emailed to him ahead of time. So worth the money and a great bonding experience with friends. Eric was an absolute pro; knowledgeable, funny, personable, and patient. I’d also love to note that our room was ready halfway through the class and we received a text from Mikayla who had the keys waiting for us and our luggage brought to the room!
After a long day of exploring, we ended back up at Eleve, where we had another delicious cocktail and chocolate cake. Our server, Ava, was a doll. She was quick, kind, and very personable (a theme between all the staff). Best way to end our night!
Day 2, we had a fantastic breakfast in Maison Cafe (their breakfast restaurant) and had the perfect start to another day of exploring. Later that night we ended back up in Eleve (what a shock) and had the pleasure of meeting Nina (“Cash”), their fantastic food and beverage manager, who checked on us personally multiple times. She had nothing to worry about though, because we were in the hands of the incomparable Allen. He was our bubbly, sweet server for the night. He greeted us with the warmest smile and explained the menu and Happy Hour thoroughly. We were thrilled to see Ava and G again, lovely as ever. The Kessler Marg, fried calamari, and oysters were the perfect night cap.
I know this review is long enough as is, but I just want to sincerely thank everyone for the phenomenal service from start to finish. I loved our short trip to Charleston, even though i’ve never sweat so much in my life, I will definitely be back.
- allenk_626 (10/5): Great hotel in an unbeatable location - My family of 4 (kids 7 and 10) really enjoyed our stay here. Check-in was quick and efficient and the complimentary glass of champagne was a appreciated touch. We had a 2 queen room and it was a great size for 4 of us. Beds were comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was top notch. All of the staff members we interacted with were very friendly and made us feel welcome.
Despite how good the hotel was though, the location was the best part. Most things were within walking distance and the hotel is surrounded by great food, historical sites, and good shopping. The only thing that was a bit far was the South Carolina Aquarium, but if it wasn't so hot we would've walked that as well.
Overall, we will definitely stay here the next time we're in Charleston
- Diana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Global43103573911 (10/5): Grand Bohemian excursion! - I’ve never written a review but this stay was so wonderful, we had to! We arrived and were treated amazingly! Valet offered us water and gave us a positive first impression. We have to mention shea who helped us with the car and matt with our bags! They both took great care of us.The room exceeded our expectations! Fortunately for me and mike our room was looking into the guest only gallery: such beautiful and interesting pieces there!
Thank you!
- Morris007 (10/5): Amazing - This was the first time staying at the Grand Bohemian in Charlotte. From the moment we scheduled our trip everything went smoothly. Adam, the front office supervisor, was amazing. He made sure our trip was the best it could be, and when we asked him if he could take some pictures of us prior to our show, he didnt didn't hesitate on his answer at all. We will not hesitate to schedule our next Charlotte trip there.
- Stay32131179710 (10/5): Awesome resort experience - The resort is incredible. The staff is amazing and the service impeccable. The rooftop lounge is inviting, the wine tasting is educational and fun. The breakfast cafe is outstanding as well. Every staff member we encountered was courteous, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay.
- Suzanne (10/5): - Change out the desk chairs in the rooms...they are pretty worn out :)
- T9375ZAmichaelap (10/5): Great Customer Service - Jace demonstrated exceptional professionalism upon arriving at valet, immediately creating a welcoming atmosphere. His attention to detail and dedication to superb guest services made the experience enjoyable. Mat was also a great help when it came to services beyond valet, explained things in the room and made us feel welcomed as well. Only had a short interaction with Walker upon departure, but he was pleasant to work with as well. They all exhibited great customer service skills making the overall experience of a more luxurious stay pleasant.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great stay. Convenient to everything. Was my first time to Charleston and everyone was very friendly and welcoming.
- H3600UYnancyc (10/5): A gem, well worth it! - One of the nicest and friendliest hotels we have ever stayed in and only for one night! Wish we could have stayed longer. We wanted to stay close to our friends who also were staying for one night as we were both traveling on to Florida the next day. From the staff who helped us with our truck/luggage to checking in and our room. Everyone went out of their way to make it a smooth transition. The place was beautiful, gorgeous art work everywhere. Our room was tastefully decorated, the bathroom was so luxurious! It was such a pleasure.
- alexandre (8/5): God - good hotel but nothing special
- Elizabeth (9/5): comfortable - the charm and hospitality. breakfast options
- michaelrV2420OU (2/5): Dishonest Valet cost me thousands - The customer service here was horrendous and has literally cost me thousands of dollars. I am and have been a Marriott Titanium Elite member for many years and have not had this experience before at a Marriott property. The valet damaged my car (which we were in the process of selling but now it is worth much less). It has very deep scratches in the back wheel molding. It is too deep to have gone unnoticed so there is a driver on the valet team that intentionally hid this from us. I contacted the hotel with pictures but they just point to the fine print that it is my responsibility to inspect the vehicle. When we drove away they backed it in and stood in front of that wheel so I did not see it. Based on the pictures it looks lie it was driven into a low concrete wall or something like that. The dishonesty of the valet staff is completely unacceptable and I would recommend that you stay somewhere else in Charleston. There are lots of other options (there is another Marriott property on this same street if you like the location).
- KenW614 (10/5): Great location and fantastic staff - this property provided excellent service, the automated email communications were addressed immediately. the room was comfortable and the a/c worked as expected. the location of the property made walking to many of the shops/restaurants a an easy 15-20 min walk. the roof top bar was great and the staff at the roof top restaurant/bar were exceptional, everyone there made us feel as if we had been coming there for years and we were all just friends getting back together.
- Camper195571 (10/5): Classy escape in center of town - One of the quietest rooms I’ve stayed in recent memory, and I travel weekly on business.
Staff is friendly, competent and professional.
Lovely appointed details in rooms and throughout the hotel. Focus on artists and wine blending. Fun, boutique feel in center of town. Would return without hesitation.
- F4772LDalisonf (10/5): Valet Experience Awesome! - Bryce at Valet was awesome! Remembered exactly what car I drove and retrieved my key in a timely manner! I loved their positive & fun vibe! The experience at the hotel was incredible from the fun art to the yummy restaurateur at the rooftop! We will definitely be back!
- Deborah (10/5): - Roof top bar great
- 890nealj (10/5): Miss living here, but loving staying at the GB now. - Great stay, as always. Perfect location to dt shopping and dining. Clean. Could use a drink machine and or market downstairs. Was able to check in early with no problems. Easily our favorite place to stay in Charleston. Rooftop bar was busy and popular.
- Michelle (10/5): - Service above and beyond. Quality and beautiful room.
- danamR198SD (4/5): Disappointed - * rooms not ready for Ambassador Members at 4:00 pm
* wine and beer only at the downstairs bar
*hostess at the rooftop has had zero training ( extremely rude )
*brunch menu rooftop has no eggs, no bacon. ( the menu is a mess )
*valets were the highlight, my guess is they are outsourced
- SC29841 (10/5): Weekend at the Bohemian - Room was beautiful!
Staff were wonderful!
Restaurants were excellent !
All went above & beyond to make our stay perfect!
Tommy & Taylor were excellent bartenders at Eleve!
I’m glad they had an excellent valet staff, too!
Can’t wait to come back to our new destination in Charleston!
- Gigi (10/5): - Beautiful decor, full of artand easy valet parking and EV charging plus in the heart of Charleston make it a great choice. Beds were great and bathrooms perfect. Best coffee I have had in room as espresso my choice.
- 271pamw (10/5): Beautiful hotel. AWESOME customer service. - We love the Bohemian hotel brand and this one is gorgeous. But, the service took the prize this time. Noah at the front desk was BEYOND AMAZING. We are in our 70’s and were visiting Charleston for the first time. He chatted with us about dinner reservations and helped us make better choices. The first night we wanted to stay close by. He made a recommendation and when we walked in, they called us by name. Noah called ahead and we were taken immediately to an awesome table. It was an awesome trip!!
- Pat (10/5): - The artwork was wonderful!!!
- robynb149 (10/5): Fabulous! - I love the consistency at Kessler properties. The staff is wonderful and the food is always perfect! This stay was no exception! !
The valet took care to keep my car, full of presents close. She went the extra mile.
My dinner of truffle fries, shrimp cocktail and bubbles, is always me of my favorites. I’ve stayed in six Kessler properties and look forward to returning!
- Navigator11521196634 (10/5): Loved it - Everything was perfect, thank you so much for the champagne and cheese tray for our anniversary. The restaurant was fabulous the bartender downstairs was wonderful in the guitar player was great. We love the Grand Bohemian and will be back! I will also refer your hotel to all of my clients. Cheryl at Cruise Planners
- bjguarino (10/5): Fun and comfy too! Great location - Comfortable rooms and fun decor! Staff very friendly and accommodating. Spacious bathroom! Beautiful artwork. This is our annual pit stop on our drive from Florida to NY and again on our way back to Florida. The Eleve restaurant is always delicious with fantastic views from their rooftop deck. See you next year!
- VSM09 (6/5): OK - Our stay at this hotel was just ok. The room was very dark and had only one window on an interior atrium. The bed was ok. The amenities in the room were standard . Robe but no slippers. We did not try food but did the wine mixing/tasting which was also ok. We had an issue with the valet parking. Overall just ok will not be going back again.
- kyletT9880FI (10/5): My go to hotel in CHS - Dijon, Walker and Stephanie from the valet team were excellent. They promptly retrieved my vehicle each time I needed it. The hotel is conveniently situated in a fantastic area, right in the middle of everything, yet it still feels peaceful and quiet. The rooms are very nice and welcoming.
- jefferyl911 (10/5): Nice place to stay! - Great food, artwork, and everything was clean with no issues. Room service was all very quick and professional. Extremely helpful valet team as well, really made the experience much easier! Always stocked with waters for the hot weather we were having and helped out with every need we had.
- Frances (10/5): Wonderful - Friendly and courteous staff, beautiful hotel, room was wonderful, located in a great spot. Aesthetically pleasing, very clean, comfortable. We all had a great sleep and enjoyed our stay.
- Wondal (7/5): Good -
- Jeff (8/5): - great plqce
- Rick (10/5): Great - Everything O
- Nancy (8/5): Somewhat disappointed by - I’ve stayed at several Grand Bohemians so I had high expectations this one would be equally wonderful. This one could use a spiffing up. The others I’ve stayed at had beautifully decorated lobbies and rooms and this one was just average. There was a clump of hair on the floor in the toilet room and a coffee pod fell out of the robe that was next to the shower which made me feel like the robe had not been replaced from the prior guest. The staff was great. The valets were friendly and helpful as were the front desk staff. It wasn’t a terrible experience just not great.
- Michael (10/5): - Perfect location great value highly recommend
- Melissa (10/5): - Beautiful room, comfortable bedding, super quiet and great location.
- John (10/5): - Excellent staff, the optional wine blending class was really fun even though we are not experienced with wine. Facility was great and the artwork impressive. Will go back for sure
- Anonymous (5/5): Only fair - Property was fine and nicely located The front desk was terrible. Tried to modify our reservation, and was continually given the runaround with no answers. When we got the bill, we have been grossly overcharged and are under dispute with them now.
- Mary (10/5): - It was unique! Gallery great, rooftop bar😊
- Kara (10/5): Don’t miss it!! - Fabulous and so lovely to stay in such a individualized amazing place. The art and rooms are so incredible and the beds are to die for comfortable. It was amazing! Perfect location. The wine tasting, the rooftop bar/restaurant, the courtyard with the Oaks and chandeliers….come on!!! Can’t wait to come again!!!
- Sara (10/5): - My only dislike and it's so trivial was the toilet paper! For such an amazing property they use the CHEAPEST toilet paper ever!
- Joe (4/5): - Elevators out of service. Had to use service elevator or stairs our complete stay. was told by staff they had been out for weeks.
We had booked a room with a view (which we assumed was a view outside but was a view of an art gallery inside). Seemed as if we were in a dungeon because the drapes had to be closed to keep private. Hotel desk clerk refused to move us to another room. she also didn't speak english very well and was hard to understand.
This hotel is way over priced. Especially considering the complications we had.
Will never stay at another Grand Bohemian after this experience.
- Janice (9/5): Superb - great location, friendly staff, expensive breakfast, sadly the outside portion of the restaurant was not open even though it was lovely weather
- Benjamin (10/5): - Modern, upscale hotel. Very attractive artwork. Friendly staff. Nice roof top bar.
- candace (10/5): - Had my mini wedding in this beautiful hotel in the Art museum! Just all around beautiful. The manager i believe of dining was wonderful. She made it even better. I wish i got her name but i would definitely recommend.
- Ana (10/5): Loved it!! - Everything was great! Decor gorgeous! Will definitely stay there again!! I wish my room was overlooking the city and not the art gallery.
- Veronica (10/5): Exceptional -
- Voelker (9/5): Superb - The front desk staff and bell/valet staff were amazing!! Helpful and friendly!! Loved the room decor and all the art. Was there for C of C family weekend. VERY convenient and then also close to King St. Shopping, and Dining. Coffee maker in room didnt work well. But I did not try to get it replaced. So thats on me. :)
- Manel (7/5): Good - the decor was nice and valet was helpful the reception staff need more costumer service training especially the Night Shift.
- Frank (10/5): - Property is at walking distance to lots great restaurants!
- Lee (7/5): It was a great location, but the price was not worth it. I will stay at a nicer hotel next time that charges the same am - the location and the fun decor the AC unit did not work, the staff was not incredibly friendly, the dining options were not great, too many people who were not staying at hotel were using the rooftop bar making it crowded and we never got the chance to enjoy the view from the rooftop.
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jeff (10/5): - Wonderful property and location.
- Ronni (10/5): Great choice - Beautiful, upscale, modern hotel in the heart of downtown. Very friendly staff. Love the art throughout the hotel.
- Marc (8/5): - Very dog friendly. Staff very nice. Disappointing that there was no bellman. Valet was very helpful.
- Christine (8/5): - Great location and facilities. All of the staff were great. Our only problem was with the air con which was extremely loud whenever it was on. Unfortunately, despite everyone's best efforts there didn't seem a way to fix it. However, the hotel itself was great and we would definitely stay there again.
- Sabina (10/5): - This is an excellent location . Clean hotel !! Like a museum!! The staff went above and beyond their way from beginning to the very last 5 min
- Louis (6/5): - AC was not working properly
- Dulce (10/5): - This hotel is perfect
- SEAN (10/5): - eclectic, fun, super friendly hotel in fantastic location....would definitely stay again!
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Nice hotel at a great location. Overall for the price I believe the hotel is overpriced. Exterior looks like it has seen better days. My room was ok . The bathroom floor was in need of renovation. The sink was clogged. I was on the 3 rd floor and you can hear noise from the restaurant. The Eleve restaurant’s menu is very limited as to choices . Valet parking was efficient and fast . The bathroom amenities were limited to shampoo and conditioner. Not exactly what you expect from what is supposed to be a luxurious hotel . Daily room service was not before 2 pm .
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Modern with beautiful architecture and pet friendly!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Loved the art gallery
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Lots of ordinary corporate art. showers that need hand rails. Strange furniture. Good location. Over priced.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Cool artwork and nice bar. Very nice large bathroom
- Laura (10/5): - Gorgeous hotel with friendly and accommodating staff. Great rooftop restaurant with amazing cocktails!
- John F Howard (10/5): - This hotel had a great location, right in the middle of where you want to be. They have a very nice roof top restaurant, bar, and terrace. The staff very very nice and helpful. We had a great room overlooking the interior art gallery. We will be back again soon.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Gorgeous hotel with the softest bedding! Convenient location to walk around town but by far, the best part of the hotel was the staff’s service. The valet service, particularly Ryan, went out of his way more than once to help us and Mike at the concierge desk was helpful, kind, and went even warmed up our leftovers up for us one evening. Food is limited during covid, but staff equally friendly at Eleve. Would stay for the staff’s service alone. Great hotel!
- AmandaTracy (8/5): - The property is beautiful and eclectic with the art work and decor - very unique and special. Location is great.
Took great care in safety due to COVID-19. But very little amenities were open.
Staff was inconsistent in knowledge. The valet didn’t seem to know much about the property - we asked if there was a workout facility on property. They didn’t know. The checkout was challenging due to a new staff member having their first solo morning shift. Very unsettling way to leave the property.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Loved my stay!!! Gorgeous hotel with an amazing roof top bar/restaurant! Views are to die for!
- Samuel (10/5): Elegance with a nice edge 👍 - Wonderful, exquisite boutique hotel - that feels like an art gallery throughout. Service was terrific at every level.
- ardis (10/5): Perfect - Such a great trio. Beautiful accommodations
- Csad (10/5): - This place was gorgeous, rooms were a good size, bathroom and shower were huge. Rooftop bar was really nice with good drinks and decent food. Also in a great location!
- Verified traveler (10/5): Professional staff, clean, nice artwork. - The staff here was extremely professional and welcoming. The hotel was in fantastic shape with no signs of distress at all. Very elegant and comforting. Our room had custom artwork on the walls and a view of a nice art gallery.
- Luv2travel (10/5): - Loved the art. Good location. Amazingly comfortable bed. Dined in the rooftop restaurant - good food and cocktails.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Lovely room. Greeted warmly at the front desk and the associate working the gallery was so sweet and kind. I felt very safe. The waitresses were very nice and attentive. The bartender seemed overwhelmed and I felt rushed or like I was bothering him. Overall a nice visit. The front desk was your shining stars!!
- John (10/5): Bohemian pleasure - Great experience from arrival to departure. Clean, well catered for and pleasantly surprised with the decor.
- Arneshia (6/5): - My stay at the Grand Bohemian hotel was ok.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Beautiful property. Unique with all the art work and wine bar. Rooms well designed. USB ports on nice size night stands. Only drawback is spotty WiFi.
- Richard (10/5): - This Grand Bohemian is nicest hotel off meeting Street. Their pet friendly policy is very helpful. On New Years eve we left our dog in the room and she started barking. The staff called and to let me know and offered to bring her to the front desk and keep her company. The GB team went way above in customer service here. Kudos and thank you!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Housekeeping was uneven. First morning are room was not cleaned. Day of check out the house keeping staff came at 9:00 am.
Wine bar closes at 9:30 pm - really?
- Nils (8/5): - Great location. Service was ok not outstanding. Cleaning lady forgot to pick up trash.
