Para repetir. Cuidado con la llave porque abre la puerta a distancia con el enlace desde el móvil, a tener en cuenta. No ser informada antes sobre el tipo de acceso que solo funciona desde el movil.

• Belén Hans Giraldos (8/5): Bastante aceptable y cómodo para el precio - La independencia que te ofrece el alojamiento. Entras automáticamente con las credenciales. También nos gustó las amenities que había en el comedor para picotear o desayunar. Quizá la ubicación, está un poco apartado.

Personale molto disponibile, abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out e ci hanno dato la camera in anticipo perché era già stata pulita. Colazione semplice ma ok, la macchinetta del caffè forse aveva un problema e non scaldava l’acqua. Per il resto erano disponibili succhi di frutta, yogurt, biscotti, fette biscottate e marmellata e pastine varie.
• LISA (5/5): - セルフチェックインができた。スマホがメインの建物、メインのドアの鍵になる。部屋の鍵は物理キーで持ち歩く必要がある。エレベーターがあった。 部屋を掃除くださいの札を下げないと掃除をしてくれなかったこと。テーブルの端にdon't disturbの札の面が上向きにおいてあり、特に指示もないためそのまま出掛けたら掃除もタオル交換もしてもらえなかった。非常に不親切。中央駅に近いようで遠い。道も汚く、治安が悪い道を通る。(深夜の空港行きのバス停も徒歩5分ですが治安が悪く感じたのでタクシーを使いました) 複数箇所虫に刺されたためベットのシーツを交換してほしいというメモを残したが無視された。コスパも悪いし何故ここまで高評価なのか疑問に思う。

• Johanna (10/5): Prettig verblijf, meer waar voor je geld en goed geschikt voor alleenreizende vrouwen - De ligging is gunstig, dichtbij station Termini en goed bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer. Ik mocht mijn bagage voor het inchecken alvast in de b&b achter laten en ook na het uitchecken. Ik kon als alleenreizende vrouw goed veilig over straat in de buurt van de b&b en voelde mij veilig op straat. De kamer was fijn, heeft een hoog plafond waardoor de kamer ruim aan voelt. De kamer was schoon en ook de badkamer. Het ontbijt is een welkome service. Fijn om even een koffie te kunnen pakken, een caketje of yoghurt. De b&b is goed te vinden en de zelf-check-in werkt heel goed. Voor deze prijs was het verblijf boven verwachting. De beheerder was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, er werd snel gereageerd op een vraag of verzoek. niets

He also allowed us to leave our luggage before the check-in time, which we greatly appreciated. The accommodation has an excellent location, close to Termini Station. The room was comfortable, with a good bed and a well-functioning bathroom. In addition, the environment was quiet, ideal for resting. It was a truly pleasant stay, and we also appreciated the small breakfast offered. 🇧🇷Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo senhor Federico, que nos forneceu todas as informações de forma muito gentil e prestativa. Ele também nos permitiu deixar as bagagens antes do horário do check-in, o que apreciamos muito. A acomodação tem uma ótima localização, próxima à estação Termini. O quarto era confortável, com uma cama boa e um banheiro adequado. Além disso, o ambiente era silencioso, ideal para descansar. Foi uma estadia realmente agradável, e também apreciamos o pequeno café da manhã oferecido. 🇮🇹Siamo stati accolti molto bene dal signor Federico, che ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni in modo molto gentile e disponibile. Ci ha anche permesso di lasciare i bagagli prima dell’orario del check-in, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato molto. L’alloggio è in una posizione ottima, vicino alla stazione Termini. La camera era confortevole, con un letto comodo e un buon bagno. Inoltre, l’ambiente era silenzioso, ideale per riposare. È stato un soggiorno davvero piacevole, e abbiamo apprezzato anche la piccola colazione offerta.
• Zohra (10/5): Très bonne opportunité près de la gare et à prix modique - C’est une chambre très propre, bien insonorisée de la rue (mais j’ai quand même utilisé des boules quies je suis sensible). Il n’y a pas de frigo dans la chambre mais il y en a un dans la salle commune. Le petit dej est simple mais sympa (yaourts, café, jus, gâteaux). Rien. Pour le prix payé c’est vraiment très bien.

Tiene una cafetera, calentador de agua, panes para que los huéspedes se hagan un desayuno ligero. El proceso de check-in es en línea, la apertura de las puertas es a través del móvil. La comunicación es efectiva. Relación calidad/precio buena. El ascensor no funcionó adecuadamente.

They accomodated an early check-in and allowed us to leave our luggages in a closet room after the check-out as we had a late evening flight. There was a coffee machine, tea and some sweets and yoghurts for breakfast in the common room that we appreciated. The brown room that we stayed in has a confortable size and was clean. The location is very close to the Termini station and an easy walking distance to main attractions, like 30 mins to Colloseum. The room had an outdated and worn feel. The kettle was full of scale and I tried my best to wash it in the bathroom sink as I like to have a warm tea in the morning and evening. The neighborhood is kind of rough, with many people living on the streets.

A destacar especialmente el personal, que fue muy muy amable en todo momento y nos hizo sentir como en casa. Además, todo estaba impecable, muy limpio y cuidado. La estancia fue muy cómoda y tranquila, y la relación calidad-precio es excelente. Sin duda, lo recomendaría y volvería a alojarme aquí. Todo bien

Perfetta in tutti gli aspetti , host gentilissimo e soluzione perfetta per check in in ogni ora . Soluzione colazione 🔝. Spazi agevoli, la consiglio sicuramente Dispone anche di ascensore, Tv, termosifoni , molto ben organizzato.

In comune con le altre stanze vi è una sala colazione grande in cui poter fare colazione con latte, yogurt, cereali, merendine, fette biscottate , caffè . Presente anche il bollitore. Posizione molto comoda subito dopo teatro Ambra Jovinelli(si scende lungo via Giolitti). Accesso alla struttura tramite app, senza chiavi.
• Angiolina (6/5): “Buona posizione e prezzo conveniente, ma pulizia e cura della stanza migliorabili. - Ho scelto questo bed & breakfast principalmente per la posizione, e da questo punto di vista è davvero un punto di forza: si trova in zona Termini, a circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione, comodissimo quindi per muoversi in metro e raggiungere i principali punti di interesse della città. La stanza era carina e nel complesso funzionale, anche se non mi ha dato una sensazione di pulizia “al top”: non sporca, ma alcuni dettagli potevano essere curati meglio. La biancheria era pulita, ma le coperte erano un po’ datate e la sedia presentava qualche segno di usura. Nulla di grave, ma per chi è un po’ più attento alla pulizia forse può essere un aspetto da considerare. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione, quindi non posso dare un giudizio in merito. L’accesso alla struttura è stato molto semplice: tutte le indicazioni ci sono arrivate via messaggio e non abbiamo avuto contatti diretti con i proprietari. Probabilmente è il loro stile di gestione, diverso da altre strutture in cui il rapporto è più personale. Nel complesso, considerato il prezzo pagato, direi che il rapporto qualità/prezzo è buono. Lo consiglierei a chi cerca una sistemazione comoda per visitare Roma e non ha particolari pretese sulla cura dei dettagli della stanza. Per un soggiorno breve va più che bene: il letto era confortevole e la doccia funzionava senza problemi. quanto descritto sopra...

Trlacion Pecio/ Calidad acorde Edifico muy antiguo si bien tenia ascensor, el dia que me fui, a las 3 am, el ascensor estaba en el 3er piso, pero no funciono para bajar. Despues de varios intentos de probar, tuve que bajar x la escalera con una valija de 23 kg, un carryon y bolso de mano, sola. No era un horario para pedir ayuda.

The self checkin worked really well and the staff responded quickly to any questions I had. I walked to most of the sights in the city. There was a good continental breakfast available that you could help yourself to at any time. Nothing! Just a note to say it’s on the third floor. I think there was a lift but I didn’t use it

• Valeria Susana (4/5): Decepcionante trato - la habitación fue muy distinta a la imagen, las paredes y puertas estaban sucias la habitación fue muy distinta a la imagen, las paredes y puertas estaban sucias, la habitación estaba con la calefacción a tope (hacían 16 grados) pedimos el mando del aire acondicionado porque abrir las ventanas y dormir así era imposible (el ruido de los trenes era mucho) y al solicitar el control para el AC me dijeron que no era posible porque era invierno, cuando en el servicio lo incluye y es algo por lo que pagas, y es algo por lo que selecciono el alojamiento porque me aseguro de que tenga AC. Adjunto imágenes de la respuesta de que no es posible darme el control para el AC porque se supone que fuera tienes que estar con chaqueta ( cosa que no porque hacían 20 grados esos días en Roma) y por eso no es posible disfrutar el servicio por el que pague. En fin una experiencia decepcionante. Además te hacen pagar los taxes de estancia en la ciudad EN EFECTIVO. La zona es fea y el lugar no es el mejor. No lo recomiendo

• Vojkan (9/5): I highly recommend this place. - During our stay, everything was truly excellent! The place was clean, quiet, and very well connected to the city center and other parts of the city (bus, metro). I would also like to add that the host was very kind: he allowed us to leave our luggage at the property after check-out since we had some free time before our flight. The only downside I would mention is that in the evening and during the night, the room could have been a bit warmer.

It feels like they try to decorate to make it look newer and modern but looks old and the room is damp to the point the wallpaper is peeling, also you can hear everything from the other rooms. Dust everywhere. Thank god we were there for less than 4h.

• Nicole (10/5): - The location is convenient—close to Roma Termini as well as airport buses—although the area feels a bit sketchy. There is an elevator in the building, so it was no problem even though the B&B was located on the 3rd floor (4th floor by U.S. standards). Snacks, coffee, and other items are available 24/7 in the common area. I arrived feeling a little sick and without the energy to go out for food, so it was really helpful to be able to grab something like yogurt from the fridge on the spot. I met the owner, Frederico, in the morning while he was cleaning the facility—he is very nice and fun to talk with! I wish an outlet were a little closer to the bed so I could charge my phone more easily while in bed, but that’s the only downside I can think of. I could hear some neighbors’ voices, but luckily no one was too loud or disturbing.

Breakfast was included, and it was also lovely that coffee and breakfast snacks were available throughout the day. Mostly, the neighbourhood. As it's close to the railway station, the area is a bit dirty and unpleasant to go through. For its location, it is somewhat overpriced.
