• Annefleur (1/5): Insanely uncomfy and short beds, unhelpful staff - - The beds are VERY SHORT and small and cheap. I am 170 cm and my feet were dangling. Narrow bed that with one turn you were bouncing around on a trampoline. Unhelpful and unbothered staff. Left immediately and had to book another hotel

• Valentina (10/5): - Very good beds, proper shower, cozy rooms, convenient location - still close to the heart of the city and yet remote enough not to be disturbed by the night life; very helpful and friendly staff (Sandra is amazing!). All in all, we had a great stay in the Posada. If we're back to Antigua, this would be my choice again. Wi-Fi didn't work well in the room but there is a cozy sitting area just outside rooms.

• Amit (4/5): מאכזב. - המיקום היה טוב, שמירת חפצים. הצוות התנהג בגסות רוח יוצאת דופן, הרגשנו שעשו לנו טובה בכל פעם שביקשנו משהו, כאשר נאבד לנו עגיל יקר לאחר שהמנקה ניקתה את החדר ומצאו אותו מחוץ לחדר (לא לבשנו אותו ולא נגענו בו מהרגע שהגענו למלון והיה מונח על השידה) -הם האשימו אותנו בכך שהעגילים לא היו בכספת, ואפילו לא התנצלו או הראו נכונות לעזור ורק עשו לנו פרצופים מאשימים. אנחנו לא נוהגים לכתוב ביקורות רעות אבל התנהגות הצוות הייתה מתחת לכל ביקורת.

• Celia (8/5): Lo volvería a elegir por relación calidad precio. - Relación precio calidad. La atención de la señora de la noche y la de la señora en los desayunos. Me volvería a quedar. No había agua caliente en la ducha, esperé por 20 minutos a que llegara agua caliente y nada. Las sábanas estaban manchadas de negro, imagino que limpias pero las manchas negras dan apariencia de estar sucias, hay que cuidar ese detalle. Hay que mejorar la atención de la señorita de la recepción que está en el día, es educada pero no amable, le falta carísima, a diferencia del súper servicio que nos dio la señora de la noche y la de desayunos, felicidades para ellas dos. Las facturas se deben de entregar en el momento que señora paga no días después como nos indicaron en recepción.

The staff were delightful and very helpful in holding our luggage, helping us book shuttles, etc. the breakfast was delicious and great value. Our double room had a great view, was very clean and comfortable. En suite bathroom was clean and had a good shower. Would definitely recommend this place.

The breakfast options are delicious and big, and you can take it right in a gorgeous patio. The room with mountain view offered a breaththaking perspective of the Acatenango and Fire volcanos, and if the sky is clear you can see the fire volcano activity from there. It’s just beautiful The room they put me in has a weird door for the bathroom just next to the bed, offering little privacy. Also, the ventilation of the bathroom was not the best. The WiFi can also improve a bit.

Alem disso, casa é virada para uma rua que passam ônibus e muitos carros e por isso faz um pouco de barulho no quarto durante a noite.

• Serrano (9/5): Celebrando el cumpleaños de mi esposa y aventura de volcanes - El hotel está decorado con muy buen gusto, tiene unas chimeneas hermosas, tiene desayuno incluido lo cual siempre se agradece, en especial el trato del personal del hotel es excepcional, Mindy de la recepción fue sumamente amable y solucionó todos mis contra tiempos, me ayudó a conseguir un pastelito y rosas para festejar el cumpleaños de mi esposa, todo aquí de previo por los mensajes de bookin, en verdad les recomiendo este hotel es cercano al cementerio y algunos dirán que no es muy céntrico, pero ya al segundo día en Antigua te acostumbras a moverte a pie, otros pueden alquilar un tuk tuk o uber, espero regresar. La primer noche sentí frio y no vi que en el closet estaban las cobijas (tampoco consulté a recepción ya que estaba cansado), en enero hace algo de frío dependiendo de donde vengas.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einem alten Gebäude was sehr schön restauriert wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Das Frühstück war am la cart und sehr lecker. Das WiFi ist sehr schlecht und funktioniert auch nur in dem Bereichen um die Rezeption.

How after the first night they changed my room and it was excellent. Wasn’t entirely sure how to enter the property initially. Perhaps a message before checking in would have been helpful.

• Eduardo (7/5): - There's plenty hotels more central than this. Don't have hot water for the shower. Charge american prices please give american quality
• Carmen Rosa (8/5): Comodidad en Antigua - La cama deliciosa, la habitación cómoda y de baño amplio con una buena vista. No hay buen internet en las habitaciones
• Joshua (10/5): - Great location in a quieter part of the town but only a 10-15 minute walk from the center. Hotel staff was very helpful and even let us store our luggage for an extra day while we trekked the volcano. Delicious breakfast with plenty of options. Amazing view of the volcano from the room out of a large window which let in lots of light. No issues with the bathroom/shower. A few items on the breakfast menu (tamales/pupusas) where only available for an extra fee.
