- Corrie Conder (10/5): - Free shuttle to the park and the airport is excellent. Staff were really friendly. Beds incredibly comfy. Some of the local dishes at the restaurant had been so changed for the Western palate they had no flavour.
- Edwin (7/5): Beste locatie in Mulu - De hotelkamer was heel erg mooi, in het bijzonder de badkamer. Het resort ligt in de jungle, wat geweldig is. Det brengt ook met zich mee dat je met minuscule kleine diertjes in aanraking komt die je liever niet in je kamer wil. Gelukkig is het personeel bereid daar snel een einde aan te maken. De prijzen voor excursies zijn gewoonweg te hoog vergeleken met de prijzen die het National Park aanbieden.

- Florian (9/5): Luxus im Jungle - Komfortable Zimmer mit den üblichen Mariot Standard, verteilt im umliegenden Wald und über Stege Erreichbar. Das National Park wurde mit einem Shuttle Fahrzeug nach Bedarf in ca 5 Fahrminuten erreicht. Das Motorgeräusch des Stromgenerators ist überall zu hören, vor allem Nachts. Nach der ersten Nacht haben wir ein Zimmer auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite. Dort war es etwas leiser, jedoch das Motorgeräusch war immer noch da, so dass der Aufenthalt auf dem Balkon überschattet wurde.. schade, es hätte perfekt sein können.

- Chrislair (9/5): Luxus mitten im Regenwald - Sehr schönes Resort, große Zimmer mit toller Ausstattung, großes schönes Bad. Alles über Wege auf Stegen zu erreichen, mitten im Regenwald gelegen. Auch der Pool war sehr angenehm. Das Personal superfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen war lecker, auch wenn es nicht immer alls gab, was auf der Karte stand. Wenn man bedenkt, dass alles per Flieger dorthin transportiert werden muss, ist das verständlich. Die Ausflüge zu den Höhlen waren gut organisiert, toller Guide und kleine Gruppe.

- Adleen (10/5): Amazing holiday, would highly recommend it - Everything was lovely about this resort but what really stood out were the very gracious hosts/hostesses there, from the reception staff, to the restaurant staff, to the cleaners and the gift shop girl. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and most accommodating. The swimming pool was lovely, the children enjoyed it thoroughly. The shuttles were frequent and quick between the resort and the National Park Nothing
- Gregor (7/5): Wir würden das Mulu Marriott Resort weiter empfehlen mit dem Zusatz nicht dort zu essen - Fantastische Lage mitten im Regenwald! Besser geht es nicht. Shuttle Service funktionierte sehr gut zwischen Hotel und Mulu Nationalpark und Airport. Fahrer sehr freundlich. Anlage insgesamt schön aber schon in die Jahre gekommen was bestimmt auch am Klima liegt. Frühstück ist ausbaufähig. Service könnte da aufmerksamer sein. Abendessen im Hotel Restaurant können wir nicht empfehlen. Haben 2 mal dort gegessen und waren enttäuscht von der Qualität und dem Umgang mit Reklamationen. Hier stimmt Preis Leistung nicht.

- Orest (9/5): Wunderbares Resort zum Entspannen und Erholen - mit ein paar „Schönheitsfehlern“. - Eine wunderbare Lage mitten im Urwald, sehr einladend gestaltete, gepflegte Zimmer, schönes Restaurant mit guter Küche, aufmerksamer Service. Sehr geschätzt haben wir den perfekten, vom Hotel kostenfrei angebotenen Shuttle-Service zwischen Flughafen/Hotel und dem Nationalpark-Headquarter: jederzeit abrufbar, kaum Wartezeiten, überaus freundlicher Service!! Die Menüauswahl ist oft ziemlich eingeschränkt, der Service zählt bei der Menükarte erst mal auf, was „unavalaible“ ist. Auf Reisegruppen scheint die Küche zudem schlecht vorbereitet zu sein, dann ist das Büfett schnell leergeräumt, ohne das es ‚Nachschub‘ gibt. Auf den zweiten Blick besteht ein großer Instandhaltungs-Bedarf: die Vordächer z. B. über der Restaurant-Terrasse sind überall undicht, teilweise rauscht das Regenwasser in Strömen durch die undichten Stellen, die Klimaanlage im Restaurant funktioniert wohl schon lange nicht mehr, in den Ecken stehen einige große AC-Boxen, die mit Mühe den großen Raum abkühlen. Manche Türen zum WC sind im unteren Bereich völlig aufgeweicht und modrig. Die Sitzauflagen bzw. Sessel in der Lounge etc. sind mit Flecken übersät und verschmutzt, durchgesessen und/oder zerfranst.

- John (8/5): A magical jungle stay - The location was fantastic, and the rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable. The only thing that let it down was the lack of available choices on the a la carte restaurant menu. However, what they did manage to produce was very tasty.

L'amabilité de tout le personnel, et sa prévenance. (Nous avons eu un gros souci de vêtements et de chaussures mouillés, et tout a été lavé et séché, y compris les chaussures!) Nous avons apprécié la disponibilité de la navette de l'hôtel, qui permet de rentrer à n'importe quelle heure du jour ou du soir, sur simple demande. - Erin (10/5): Thank you so much for having us. It was a special, memorable stay celebrating my husbands 40th. - Our stay at Mulu Marriot was amazing. The hotel was beautifully set in the rain forest and so well maintained for comfort and style. The hotel staff went out of their way to look after us and make sure we had everything we needed. Our family enjoyed the tours arranged by the hotel to the National Park. Mulu was a real highlight of our trip to Malaysia. Also love that the hotel is working hard to make sustainable choices to reduce waste and keep this amazing environment beautiful. Leaving! It was so nice we wanted more time. One small suggestion is to encourage guests to refill a personal drink bottle for the day trips to reduce plastic bottle waste.

- Ian Smejkal (9/5): A very pleasant, relaxing stay! - The premium room was lovely, spacious, comfortable bed and very nice bathroom. Breakfast was varied and very nice. The location and hotel is lovely! We were lucky enough to have good weather, so were also able to enjoy the pool, which is relaxing and perfect for a long weekend! The free shuttle from and to the airport and national park entrance was really practical! The choices on the menu for dinner were quite limited and there were 3 items which weren't available on both evenings, one of which I would have liked (beef randang). Otherwise, the dishes we ate were only ok, nothing amazing and also quite expensive! My wife ordered the pasta carbonara and it wasn't really carbonara at all and the portion was very small as well. I ordered the burger one evening and the burger itself was good but the fake bacon wasn't great, the coleslaw was sweet (yuck!) and I was given hardly any chips.

The room was absolutely stunning—spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The surroundings were breathtaking, making every moment feel special. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable; their warmth and friendliness truly made us feel at home. It was a long stay, but every day was filled with happiness and great experiences. I can’t recommend this hotel enough! The stay was wonderful overall, but I did feel that the food options could be more varied, and the cocktails didn’t quite meet expectations. It would be great to see a wider selection to match the fantastic experience elsewhere at the hotel.

- Peter (10/5): Absoluut unieke ervaring midden in het oerwoud van Borneo - Mulu resort is een echt unieke plaats midden in het oerwoud van Borneo. De staf is bijzonder vriendelijk en geeft veel advies voor activiteiten in de buurt. Het comfort van de kamers is hoog, de ontbijt faciliteiten zijn uitstekend. Verblijf in dit resort geeft je een absoluut unieke ervaring! Het gevoel ver van de 'bewoonde wereld' te zijn is bijzonder. De enige verbinding met her resort is via een vliegtuig, bedenk dat in de moesson periode deze verbinding ook kwetsbaar kan zijn.

Always to hand and nothing was too much of an issue for them, exemplary service! The food selection for breakfast was most impressive, catering for everyone's needs and dietary requirements.

Zu schön um wahr zu sein - Unser Aufenthalt in Mulu ist einerseits durch den wundervollen Nationalpark und anderseits durch das tolle Hotel Mulu Marriott Resort geprägt. Die Zeit dort ist ein absolutes Highlight auf unserer Borneo - Rundreise! Das Personal war überaus freundlich. Wir erhielten ein Upgrade für eine Suite, die uns fühlen ließ wie Prinzen und Prinzessinnen. Das Essen war super. Auf der Terrasse zahlten wir niedrigere Preise als drinnen am Buffet. Die Vegetation im Hotel ist traumhaft. Das Flughafenshuttle versetzt einen in einen Film. Wir werden unsere Zeit dort niemals vergessen! Mulu liegt weit ab und isr schwer zu erreichen. Vermutlich ist die Instandhaltung des Hotels wahnsinnig aufwendig. Und das sieht man (mit der Lupe) hier und da. Aber machen diese kleinen Dinge es nicht noch sympathischer?

- Claudia (8/5): - La cosa che in assoluto mi è piaciuta di più è stata la stanza, con un letto comodissimo e un bagno davvero bello e confortevole. La struttura è bellissima, il personale gentile e simpatico, il buffet estremamente vario e abbondante. La posizione troppo lontana dall’ingresso del Parco -che va bene per la maggior parte delle persone perché c’è un servizio navetta che porta in su e in giù, ma non per noi che per fotografare volevamo trattenerci la sera molto tardi.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig. Das Essen schmeckte sehr gut und kam zügig, nicht wie in anderen malaysischen Hotels. Das gebuchte Kingsize Bett war ein Queensize und man merkte jede Bewegung des Partners. Im Restaurant fühlte man sich teilweise nicht immer willkommen.

La habitación increíble, el entorno, las instalaciones: piscina, restaurante, spa todo genial! La comida bufete pero bastante bien. La gente del hotel muy amable. La comida del bufete podría ser un poco mas variada. La gente del hotel aunque muy simpática les faltaba un poco mas de proactividad al resolver alguna incidencia.

Our room was very comfortable and stylishly decorated, with a ceiling fan, air conditioning, a coffee machine, a deep bath and a balcony overlooking the jungle. We really appreciated the room upgrade. The restaurant serves a wide variety of well-prepared dishes to suit all tastes. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Lovely, warm outdoor swimming pool with views of the surrounding jungle. The hotel provides umbrellas in case of tropical downpours. The free transport to and from the airport and the national park was very convenient. Highly recommended as a great base for exploring the national park.
- Craig (10/5): - The Marriott at Mulu is a piece of luxury and tranquillity within a jungle environment. You can experience the wildlife and spectacle of the rainforest without having to forego the luxury. The room was clean and spacious with a great shower and nice products. The pool wasn’t huge but enough for a lovely refreshing dip and the spa provided a good selection of treatments. Dining was slightly limited but remember where you are!! The only negative to the whole stay was the air con in the gym being broken. Overall- would highly recommend the Mulu Marriott and the Mulu National park is certainly worth the visit.

- Farhani (9/5): Smooth and top notch - Had an amazing stay at Marriott Mulu. The staff were excellent—warm, helpful, and always a step ahead. The free shuttle to and from Mulu Park made exploring a breeze. My room was also upgraded, which was a lovely bonus. Everything was smooth and top-notch! None.
- Jason (8/5): A lovely stay but certainly not 5 star level. - The rooms were spacious and well furnished. Very comfortable bed with good quality linen. The bathroom was large and the shower was amazing! The staff were all very friendly. The restaurant’s à la carte menu was quite limited due to at least about 7 or 8 options not being available for the 4 days we were there. The transport the hotel uses to collect and drop guests off from and to the airport, as well as to and from the National park entrance was very rudimentary and below the standard expected.
- Nadiah Tan Abdullah (9/5): The most magical experience within a rain forest - The personalised services and how attentive each crew was, Ben the GM was always at the customer point, he was there at the airport pick up, at the Coffee House. The quiet and serene environment with the green forest surrounding the hotel makes it feel very relaxing and good for personal reflection. The Spa was really good with gentle yet firm hands of the local. Donny the driver was particularly very friendly and keeps you feeling warm and welcoming. The national park is close by and easy for any walks that you would like to do on your own without a guide. Small enough and cosy enough to make you feel home away from home. The wood panelling and deco keeps us feel close to nature and the feel if being in Borneo. N/A

Aún así esto es entendible por lo remoto que es el lugar.

- Hui Chi (9/5): 姆魯是個遠離塵囂的好地方，姆魯國家公園的美景值得千里迢迢一訪。而萬豪提供了絶佳的住宿條件。 - 萬豪的接送服務真的很棒.晚餐內容天天有變化,肉類的變化不太多,大多為雞肉.少見牛羊或海鮮類食物.早餐略嫌敷衍，用餐可選在室內或室外（游泳池畔）。房間置身於森林間，晨昏散步很舒服，時不時能見到森林小動物。游泳池很小，人多時只有泡水程度。有禮品店，酒吧，美容按摩預約。開放式櫃枱，正午時辦理入住汗流浹背。飯店區域只有一座吊橋可供對外通行，周遭皆為水域。 四天中跳電一次，網路訊號很差。

- Hui Chi (9/5): 姆魯國家公園值得一訪。萬豪酒店是個不錯的住宿地點。 - 萬豪有獨一無二的地利條件，身處熱帶雨林中，住宿期間隨時可見多樣的物種。為減少一次性塑膠瓶垃圾，飯店採玻璃瓶重覆使用的策略，值得肯定。 若飯店內能增設零食販賣部或便利商店就更好了。
- Anna (7/5): - Obiekt w sercu buszu. Piękna okolica. Darmowy transfer z lotniska i do parku. Bardzo kiepskie jedzenie. Bardzo drogie i Bardzo niesmaczne. Wystarczy przejsc przez mostek i można zjeść w przystępnej cenie znacznie smaczniej. A najlepiej zjesc w samym Parku. Panie kucharki gotują najlepiej na całym Borneo ;p Hotel nie ma żadnej konkurencji, więc może świdrować cenę w nieskończoność. Ostatni remont byl tutaj w 2015 roku więc dość dawno. Warunki pogodowe są tutaj bardzo wymagające, dlatego najwyższa pora na odnowienie pokoi.

Étant végétarien, le buffet proposait de nombreux plats qui chaque jour différaient de la vieille. Les activités proposées par l’établissement sont intimistes et les guides, à l’écoute, transmettent leur amour pour ce lieu coupé du monde. Pour aller dans le détail la salle de sport nécessite un renouvellement de certains equipments ou du moins un entretien du matériel de musculation plus prononcé.
