- Joseph (6/5): So so - It was ok clean but the TV didn’t work and there was no hairdryer. Someone in the room next to us was smoking in their room because the smell was coming through the vents. I am so not a picky person but won’t be back to this hotel.

- Ellen (4/5): - Expedia charged me $167 for this double bed room. It was worth about maybe $50 to $60 at the most. Baseboards dirty. Room smelt musty and mouldy. No hot water is shower and then discovered the hot and cold water had been switched (this is a safety issue as I could have scalded myself if I had turned on the cold water tap first). Supposed to have a “continental breakfast” for this place but the bagels were hard and dry, the pod coffee was lukewarm. I want some of my money refunded please. I would never go back here again. Expedia ripped me off big time!

- Donald (6/5): Inexpensive, basic rooms - I was looking for an inexpensive room to spend a night in. This is a basic room with tv, microwave, fridge, air conditioned and wifi. Close to amenities Bed was comfortable, mattress was firm, not saggy at all. Room was clean, has a basic washroom with a shower. Water pressure was good. Owners were helpful for finding a good place to eat dinner. They lent us a fan, (Wife and I like our rooms cold). If your looking for a room without any frills, this is a decent place to stay

Free wifi was supposed to be included and no password was given to us, got in our room (which the door looked broken into) to freezing temperatures, a tv that didn’t work ( we had to request a new cable box that was then left hanging off the side off the tv to teach the outlet) , and hair dryer ripped off the wall in the washroom. Not sure what they want 100 dollars for? We were supposed to get continental breakfast which is clearly included in my purchase from 6AM and the door was locked until even after we left at 7-730AM . Windows were smashed in and broken on the room next door. Shower wasn’t properly cleaned. Overall disgusting experience and place - I don’t know how they are running still. I will be finding out how to contact someone for part or all of my payment refunded. What an absolute joke. Worst motel experience of my life !!!!!

- Tay (8/5): - Our room was quite small as well as the bathroom having only a shower and no tub. However it was clean and if we had any problems ie. no hot water, coffee maker, they were willing to fix/accommodate. The beds were comfy and there was no noise issue. Stayed a week and overall was a pleasant place to stay.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Pleasant Stay - I can't attest to the quality of the main motel but we were given what amounts to a one bedroom apartment in the basement of the main house because a baseball team had booked most of the motel. The proprietor correctly assumed that we wouldn't be very pleased with boisterous partying next door. Extremely clean and spacious with full kitchen and quiet. Good wifi and wide screen TV. I'd definitely stay here again if we can get this same suite. Oh, and an overcharge on check in was voluntarily and happily refunded on check out. Very happy.
