- Paulina (5/5): If you are really tired, and need to lay your head somewhere… it might be an option. - It was close to the airport The room was dirty. Bedsheets were dirty. There was hair in the sink, there was hair on the floor. I stayed there just because it’s close to the airport.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - We needed a one night stay because our plane had landed late and all of the rental companies were closed. The following morning we called the front desk to request late checkout and they said no problem we needed to pay $30. Wasn’t an issue at all we were more than willing to pay. At 11:15 the front desk wasn’t happy because we were still in the room but they hadn’t let us know that we needed to go to the front and pay. It was never mentioned over the phone and we figured that they could charge the card on file. The room was spacious but there was a cigarette burn in one of the comforters. Overall it worked as a place to lay our heads for a few hours, but wouldn’t recommend staying long term.

The sink in the bathroom had a crack in it. Toliet was so low that would have been perfect for a child. Do not and will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

- Felicia (9/5): We enjoyed the stay - The room we received for approximately $100 was huge, spacious, with two extremely large beds. The bathroom was also big and spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary toiletries—gels, soaps, shampoo, toilet paper, and clean towels. There were no specific odors in the room; it was clean. The room had had a TV, an iron, a microwave and an AC. The microwave was extremely dirty, so we couldn't use it. Our room was on the 2nd floor and because the building does not have an elevator we had to carry up and down our heavy luggages by ourselves.

Breakfast is not provided.

This is not fair when I have a 70 and 75 year old sister and brother inlaw that could not stay in that hotel. We had to drive an hour to find another hotel. I need my money back inmediately
- David (5/5): Overall it was just an okay stay. - We didn’t have breakfast. We chose to sleep in. We liked having a cool room to relax and watch movies on our 40th anniversary! It was nice to have a refrigerator, but didn’t use the kitchen. The shower water pressure was terrible and the bathroom towels were rough and cheap. Also the ceiling fan did not work.

She acted nice but the looks she was giving my children and myself told it all. She was very judgemental and in the case of you skin is your sin. She needs to do something else than post judgement on people because they black. Just because im black doesnt mean we are drug addicts, dealers or anything. I have a remarkable background and never ever had any issues. My family just moved to Texas and just needed a place to rest until our place was ready. I still showed forms of respect even though she was rude.

This place refused to give me a room knowing that they take the fema registration. Then when my registration goes through he tried making me pay for the room. While smiling and laughing at me because I was being so polite. So after I figured out the bad vibe he throws my paper and tell me find somewhere to stay. Like wow so I picked my paper up and left thank god I did. I hear they have bed bugs and insects in there room. The place looks dirty. Also I told them I had someone that’s pregnant and I need a non smoking room. He told you get I give you. At that moment it was time to go. I’ll never book or even look up a hotel with this name and btw this was in Houston Texas the day after hurricane Ida. Sad place very bad experience for black and white people there smh

Expedia has contacted them 3 times but the manager is never there and never returns my calls or Expedia’s. They are thieves making me have to fight to get my money back. There was marijuana all over the table when I walked into my room, the front desk lady is rude and this place has bed bugs from other reviews I’ve read. I was too scared to look but would not recommend anyone stay here.

My only complaint would be that they left the air conditioning off in the room which made it feel like a sauna with a musty smell when we entered. Due to its size, it took over 12 hours to actually cool it down. Also, the water never got above a tepid temperature which made it unpleasant for taking a shower.

Colors you haven’t seen in years, fixtures / features chosen to make the place look good but just not perfectly executed, and all the standard stuff just pulled off with variety.

- Calhoun2010 (10/5): Best hotel in the area - This hotel is the best. The people that own the hotel are very nice and the rooms have nice beds would stay there every time I need to be in Humble. The ceiling have clouds on them and make you feel at peace. The room we stayed in had a living room plus a king bedroom and a kitchen with a full size icebox and stove in it a full size sink to wash your dishes. The bathroom was a good amount of room very very very clean room. The only down fail is the property dose not have a pool. But internet is really good so that makes up for it.

The room was larger than expected; it had a seating area with a couch, 2 king beds, a full kitchenette, and bathroom. The lock on the door didn't seem very secure, but nothing bad happened. Just don't count on the breakfast, not much is available.

- Verified traveler (4/5): - The room was old and outdated ,the bed was very uncomfortable I had to turn the mattress to get to sleep, the carpets were so dirty that I had to wear socks to bed, the towels and pillow cases were dirty and paper thin, the towels were also so stained that I did not use them (I bought my own. It would be a nice motel if they would spend so money to upgrade and get it cleaned up.

- amirmarafi (8/5): Perfect for the money saver - This is the seventh time for me to stay in this house hotel in four years in row Likes 1- I just love this place and it keeps returning me back from my country. Surrounded by trees and nicely arranged plant decorations 2- I must say that the hotel manager is doing his best to fulfil the needs of the hotel customers 3- things have improved since my last stay one year ago 4- the best thing about this hotel is its very near location to the airport and interstate highway 59/69. And it is close to all attractions 5- don't think about having a continental breakfast because you won't. You have a choice of an apple or a banana and a bowl of cereal and a coffee along with a sweet pastry. That's it 6- cleaning ladies don't speak fluent English but they are good honest people and they do their work better if you tell them what you want Dislikes 1- The front room doors need to be repaired to get a better insulation because I get mosquitos and any kind of outside air coming/flowing in continuously. Besides you can hear sounds of all sorts and get bothered by that specially at night when you are asleep 2- I think the carpet needs to be replaced because it may harbour some kinds insects that live there 3- The toilet's exhaust fan is too noisy and I only work for a few minutes in the fear of bothering my neighbors

- Laurel (8/5): Friendly, clean, great value, convenient location. - What a pleasant surprise. Upon arrival I noticed how clean the lobby was and the hotel staff was very helpful and polite. Once I arrived at my room I was again very pleasantly surprised. My expectations were rather low because I had booked the room purely based on the cost savings. The rooms were spacious, very clean and was happy to learn the room came with a kitchen. Full sized electric stove with oven, microwave and an apartment sized fridge. There were no pans, dishes or utensils but having the option of a kitchen was something I hadn't expected. Although dated, the rooms were very clean. The refrigeration for the room was ice cold ... something I definitely appreciated. The bed were a bit too firm for me as were the pillows but overall,not bad. I will definitely be staying here again for the convenience and savings. I went Memorial Day weekend which was my sons graduation and happened to be a historical flood in Houston and needed a late check out at the last minute and the hotel staff was quick to say no problem. NO QUESTION,I will be saying here again and again.
- catt4 (6/5): Average 2 Star - Good Pricing - Although the rooms have a bit of a musty smell, they are pretty good size, have a fridge & a nice flat screen TV. Beds were moderately comfortable, and the units are single story so there's nobody making noise above. If it weren't for the good pricing, we probably wouldn't have stayed here, but we would stay again under the same circumstances.
