• Gabriela (5/5): Só vale pela localização, staff péssimos - A localização era boa A atendente extremamente rude, não falava as informações direito, o outro cara simplesmente ABRE DO NADA a porta trancada do quarto feminino as 9am gritando check out (que é até às 11 e azar das outras que estiverem no quarto e não tiverem checkout). O box do banheiro vira uma grande piscina pq a água não desce direito e o ar condicionado não funciona

• Muhamadaliyevna (1/5): Don’t recommend, there so many Humas but not this hotel - I had a deeply upsetting experience at this property. Due to extreme exhaustion from losing my card in Rome, I accidentally booked the room for the following night instead of the current night. I did not ask for a refund. Because it was my last money, I cried and begged the receptionist to just let me sit in the lobby or accommodate me, especially since many beds were empty. She showed zero human compassion, refused to help, and turned me away with nowhere to go. I had to pay all over again. They only care about taking your money, not hospitality. To make matters worse, the "Breakfast Included" is a complete scam. You only get one piece of croissant and a cup of cappuccino (which didn't even look like a real cappuccino). This is not breakfast; it is a tiny snack. I have stayed in many other hostels and cities, and they all provided a proper breakfast. Avoid this place if you value basic human decency and honest advertising. Does and dried Fly in a curtain is another topic. Noting. They will sell their heart if there is money. No humanity only money

• Eva (10/5): - Un grand merci à la singora de l’accueil qui a été très accommodante et sympathique lors de mon séjour. J’ai passé un très bon séjour. Les chambres sont propres et l’auberge est dans un merveilleux quartier, à 7 min de la Pinacoteca di Brera et 10 min de la Scala. Je recommande et reviendrai!

• Katia (5/5): appena sufficiente, a causa delle condizioni del bagno - location and bed Nella stanza 212, la notte del 21 aprile, il rubinetto si muoveva e sembrava si dovesse rompere da un momento all'altro, la doccia non aveva la testa, il bide' aveva l'acqua che risaliva e lo sciacquone del cesso si bloccava e l'acqua scorreva continuamente. La stanza era accettabile anche se non c'erano neanche le tende ma il bagno era davvero pessimo. • Sophie-Marie (6/5): - Was sehr angenehm war, dass es automatisch mit dem Zimmerschlüssel, auch ein Schlüssel zum Schließfach gab. Dort hat auch der Standardbackpacking Rucksack problemlos reingepasst. Was auch gut war, dass das Bad (im Zimmer) mit einer Holztür zum Schlafzimmer abgegrenzt war. So hat kein Licht die anderen gestört. In die italienische Steckdose hat trotzdem der deutsche Stecker gepasst. Zimmer war sehr eng, die Betten haben leicht geknatscht. Ich habe Anfang Mai dort übernachtet und fand das Zimmer nachts mit vier Menschen schon sehr warm. Ich kann mir schwer vorstellen, wie das im Hochsommer ist. Lüftungsmöglichkeiten waren irgendwie nur über das Bad.

Але є 2хостели з такою назвою і можна по навігації якщо не перевірити адресу,то попасти в інший кінець міста. Ліжко було зручне, сусіди тихі,ніхто нікому не заважав. Номер не великий.Постіль чиста, надали невеликий рушник,мило,гель. Сніданок включає каву і смачний 🥐 з джемом або шоколадом на вибір. На кухні та в зоні столів чисто і прибрано. Посудом не користувалася. Речі дозволили залишити на +6 годин ( але за додаткову плату +5Є) -Зламана лійка в душі, дуже не комфортно приймати душ(( вона взагалі не вкручується і не тримається по різьбі з шлангом. Погано закриваються двері в душ, старі, пошарпані. -Запах в холодильнику на кухні був не з приємних,хоча ніби і чисто. -Наявна додаткова плата за можливість залишити речі після виселення

El desayuno buenísimo, pero solo una opción, todos los días un croissant y un café por persona. El personal muy amable. Habia muchos mosquitos en la habitacion, las mosquiteras en las ventanas no funcionaban asi que si querias ventilar, habia que abrir y dejarlos pasar. El pestillo del baño estaba roto. El wifi era bastante justo.

• svbir (10/5): Ich übernachte selten in Hostels, aber dieses hier hat mir wirklich gut gefallen! - Wir hatten ein Standard-Doppelzimmer gebucht, das Zimmer war größer als erwartet und die Betten waren breit und sehr bequem! Die Handtücher waren schneeweiß und flauschig! Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, ebenso wie das gesamte Hostel. Die Lage ist hervorragend: 20 Minuten vom Bahnhof Milano Centrale und 14 Gehminuten von der Galerie Brera entfernt. Das Frühstück ist im Preis inbegriffen, wird aber zu einer ungünstigen Zeit serviert: von 9 bis 11 Uhr. Die meisten Touristen verlassen das Hotel viel früher.

Very noise, reception plays music very loud. I was bitten by something in the bed and had to go to the doctor, be careful when they say breakfast is included, it is a croissant and a paper cup coffee from a capsules machine. They provide a very small towel and only a small bottel of gel, those samples that companies give for free, they don't provide more if you stay more than 1 day, you have to pay which is ridiculous. Bathrooms with nothing to put your cloth, very old and lot of cockroaches going out at night

La posizione molto vantaggiosa e comoda per muoversi apiedi. rumori notturni, ad esempio docce o sciaquoni. In particolare la notte tra 11 e 12 aprile un continuo rumore di zoccoli o scarpe con i tacchi che si sentivano molto ( forse dalla stanza vicina oppure sopra ). La colazione inizia solo alle 9, troppo tardi per chi esce la mattina.

Pero el personal poco amable, pedí que no me dieran litera porque sufro de espalda y lo ignoraron, venía el desayuno incluido en el precio y no lo sirven hasta las 9, necesitaba marcharme antes y les da igual. No me sirvieron nada. Adicional, si necesitas dejar aunque sea una mochila en consigna, te cobran. Poca luz en la habitación, solo en mesilla de noche. Poco amables y servicios minimos. The location was great, the room was very clean and there was a pool table downstairs and plenty of seating. The problem was the room was absolutely boiling hot and there was no way to alter this. The air con was not working and even with the windows as open as much as possible, it was hard to sleep. Also, the shower was barely functioning beyond a couple of trickles of water, it needs a new shower head. We paid quite a lot for this room, so I expected more .
