- Lucy (10/5): A beautiful place with a great host - Deb is a great host. My husband and I had an amazing stay at their beautiful home. The room is spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is spotless. Deb made a super delicious and generous breakfast for us, and we enjoyed it in a private dinning room with a beautiful view of her garden. We also enjoyed our early morning walk in her garden with flowers surrounding and birds singing. Her place is very convenient with about 25mins driving distance to the Point Pelee National Park and the Pelee Island ferry. Highly recommend this beautiful place to anyone traveling in the area.

- Donna (10/5): What a great place to visit! - We stayed in the upper room and it was very spacious - much bigger than I expected - with sitting area, small kitchen space (microwave, coffee maker, sink) plus a half bath upstairs and full bath downstairs for our own private use. Deb's breakfast was amazing and very plentiful - very thoughtful for my dietary restriction as well! The grounds were beautiful - very peaceful. We hope to visit again!

We immediately relaxed and the serenity was palpable. I couldn't resist just sitting on the back patio for at least an hour just listening to the birds and the silence. The property is beautiful with hummingbirds feeding outside the window as we ate breakfast. Deb is very kind and helpful and the breakfasts are incredible. No hotel could compare. She even let us take our leftovers! (That’s how filling and delish it is) The only thing we would change is next time we would plan to spend a bit more time enjoying the property. There are beautiful places to sit and relax outside and a walking trail that we didn’t have time to enjoy. Next time!

- Jennifer (10/5): Lovely few days in Wheatley/Pelee - Beautifully appointed B&B in the small town of Wheatley. This is a gorgeous property, the interior and the rooms are very tastefully decorated with lots of interesting and unique furnishings and there are lovely manicured grounds. Spotlessly clean and very well appointed; the bed was very comfortable and the room had a very large ensuite bathroom. Breakfasts are outstanding - simply delicious! Deb and Gary are wonderful hosts and have thought of everything which is needed to make their guests feel welcome. Added bonus were the two labradors and dozens of (well-fed) birds of many species! We have already recommended this B&B to friends and we hope to return next year.

- Rob (10/5): - Debbie and her husband have a wonderful home near Lake Erie, on a quiet country road outside Wheatley Ontario. Its about 20 minutes to Point Pelee, one of the best places to see birds and other wildlife in Canada - we arrived just as the Monarch butterflies were congregating for their migration south to Mexico! Their 7-year old home provides a very friendly, open atmosphere with a sunroom, open living area and large, very clean and quiet rooms. Deb knows everything about the area, and is very helpful providing all you need to know about what to do and where to go. And the breakfasts! No need for lunch with those feasts - the cheese omelette with asparagus was excellent, with lots of fruit, muffins and toast. We had so much to do in the area that we didn't take advantage of the walks and pathways through the huge 24-acre area behind the house - next time we will do more exploring! Deb is very well organized and available almost any time, and can accommodate from one or two people up to a big family or group - she really enjoys what she does, and she does it well! We strongly recommend Wenzler's Landing, and consider it one of the best B&B's that we have stayed in over the past decade or so, both in Canada and in several other countries.

- Glenda (10/5): Amazing B&B - Wenzler’s Landing is one of the best B&Bs we have stayed in. If we could give a higher rating, we would – what a find!. We stayed 4 nights as we were birding in Point Pelee National Park every day – which was a short 20-minute drive away. There are 3 guest rooms available and we stayed upstairs in “The Nest”. It was a beautiful, large, clean, bright, room with a very comfortable bed, a small kitchenette, and every amenity you could ask for. Deb kindly showed us one of the main level rooms after the guests left (because we’re nosey and asked to see it) and it, too, was beautifully appointed – with a shower so large, you could have a party in it. There are several lovely common areas for guests to use, with views of the back acreage which includes a path where guests can walk. The entire house is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Breakfasts are freshly prepared by Deb, and are to die for. Wenzler’s Landing exceeded our expectations and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Deb and Gary are great hosts - and their two black labs made our stay all the more special. We loved every minute of our stay and will definitely be back.

I was only in town for one night unfortunately, but I met a great family who was also staying there for more than a week. The facility is very well appointed and spotlessly clean. The whole area is away from anything that could cause road noise despite being very close to plenty of things to do. Breakfast this morning was prepared fresh and served by Deb. The apple cinnamon French toast was amazing and made from a local bakery up the road. I spend hundreds of nights every year in hotels but this felt like I was staying at a friend's house

A quiet and tranquil B&B located on the outskirts of Wheatley, Ontario is an incredible option for business travelers who want a break from the ordinary. The Wenzler's are incredible hosts and they open their home and make you feel welcome as if it was your own. Comfortable rooms and yes they have wifi. The breakfast is incredible! You won't leave hungry. I highly recommend this B&B while in the Leamington area on business or if you want a weekend get-away.

The glorious morning room was very comfortable and provided us with our own entrance. The breakfast each morning was spectacular with fresh fruit and baked goods. The breakfast time is an excellent time to discuss the local activities with the other guests and Deb. We definitely recommend this B&B.
