- Herned Alonso (10/5): Estancia de Hotel Sicarare - Valledupar - El personal es muy atento, las instalaciones muy aseadas y agradebles, las habitaciones son muy cómodas y el desayuno es muy rico Para los que debemos trabajar todo el día y que regresamos tarde al hotel, sería muy bueno poder disfrutar de la piscina en un horario más extendido, ya que al llegar al hospedaje después de las 6:00 pm ya no encontramos disponible el servicio. Si el horario fuera tan siquiera hasta las 8:00 pm podríamos relajarnos luego de un arduo trabajo de todo el día y aprovechar el servicio.

- Saudith Magela (1/5): Falta de información antes de reservar - Buen desayuno. Y el muchacho que ayuda con las maletas era muy amable al igual que el personal de la cocina. Estaban construyendo y no lo ponen en la booking que eso será un problema, uno no puede bajar al primer pesos sin salir de allí con dolor de cabeza, y el precio es igual de costoso. Cuando fui a pagar el precio era mucho más alto que en booking, pagué 100.000 mil pesos más. Y por la noche no descansé nada porque permitieron que huéspedes tuvieran una fiesta en el primer piso con música supremamente alta y después de un viaje internacional de 25 horas no descansé absolutamente nada. Definitivamente no volvería a quedarme en este hotel. La gerente quiso ser amable, pero ya el daño estaba hecho.

La comida exquisita, las habitaciones confortables, limpias. Lo recomiendo ampliamente para los que quieran alojarse en un magnifico sitio en el puro centro de la capital del vallenato.

Realice la reserva por Hotels.com, me confirmaron y aceptaron la reserva, recibí el correo de confirmación de la reserva pero cuando llegue al hotel a las 8:30 de la noche no aparecía reserva a mi nombre. A esa hora tuve que salir a conseguir hospedaje en otra parte porque el Hotel Sicarare no me resolvió.

- JGVIANA (6/5): Good choice on a budget. - Probably not the best location, kind of noisy. Just in the middle of a busy business street. But it’s a good choice for a quick stop and really good price. Decent, clean and very friendly staff. ILian was super helpful and nice. Rooms are spacious and with AC. Beds are comfortable.

- susiandres (6/5): The traditional Hotel of Valledupar - We stayed 2 nights at the the Hotel Sicarare for the famous festival de Vallenato in April, the hotel is located on the main road of Valledupar and is considered as the tradicional hotel of the city. The room we had was quiet spacious and with a hammock next to the bed, what was kind of gracious. The AC was noisy but did the job, Valledupar has a very hot and humid climate. First day of breakfast was kind of challenging because 10 am was considered already limit of breakfast time (although the Festival means long nights out and guests sleeping in) and we had to be very patient to get our juiceand hot (!) coffee. The second morning was already an improvement in serving faster and more efficient. Even considering that the festival del Vallenato is a highlight and peak in reservation, the daily rate of 860.000 Pesos (465$) is just totally exagerated and not justified at all! The pool of the hotel has more the appearance of a fountain and has no space at all for sun chairs.
